**What do you like best about Clientjoy?**

I really enjoy using Clientjoy because it's simple to use and its user-friendly interface ensures that everything functions smoothly. The lead pipeline feature stands out for me due to its simplicity and ease of use, making the whole process of managing leads visible and straightforward. The initial setup of Clientjoy was very easy, requiring almost no effort on my part, except for modifying templates, which I loved.

**What do you dislike about Clientjoy?**

I am extremely frustrated with the almost unusable document builder in Clientjoy. This issue severely impacts my ability to create necessary documents efficiently, resulting in excessive work and rework. Additionally, the lack of support since it became Synup is a major concern. Since they've been bought out, the support has become virtually non-existent. They don't respond to tickets, don't attempt to assist, and simply close tickets without any communication.

I use Clientjoy for creating proposals and tracking leads, simplifying documentation and follow-ups.

At the time of writing, ClientJoy does not offer a dedicated mobile app. While the web interface is responsive and accessible from mobile devices, having a dedicated app can provide users with more convenience and on-the-go access to their client management tasks.

ClientJoy has become an essential part of my web design agency. **What do you like best about Clientjoy?**

I really enjoy using clienjoy. it has made my life significantly easier. You can do so much with the website. For instance i am able to take payments, build leads, send email marketing to clients, create invoices, and so much more. It even offers app integration with zapier and other similar apps. i use clientjoy pretty much every day since ive found out about it. the customer support has been really good to me. the implementation makes it super easy to complete any task.

**What do you dislike about Clientjoy?**

I dislike the fact that the contracts dont seem to be law binding. also when making a template from scratch you have to use this annoying drap and drop interface. it is not fun

**What problems is Clientjoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

clientjoy is solving the problem of having to use multiple interfaces to accomplish the same thing you can do in just one device. Clientjoy offers tools and functionality that most other businesses would rather pick and choose one fuctionality and thats it. Clientjoy has compacted all types of integrations that can be used together or separetly.

**What do you like best about Clientjoy?**

It's a very versatile platform that covers a lot of needs. You can add custom fields to pretty much anything, add branding with a custom domain, and set up document templates exactly how you want. It's super user-friendly and easy to set up, and customer support has been great at answering questions. I'm slowly shifting my billing and contracts over to Clientjoy and so far so good, been using it a lot the past few days.

**What do you dislike about Clientjoy?**

Only major limitation I've run into is not being able to connect multiple mailboxes, which would be particularly helpful for email sequences, and they only support Google & Outlook for their calendar integration.

**What problems is Clientjoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It combines functionality that I previously needed a bunch of different software for (invoicing, contract signing, CRM, etc) into one platform and subscription.

I absolutely love clientjoy. Its super easy to use and well integrated. You have so many options to choose from. Whether youre just getting started or youve been in the game a while, clientjoy has everything you need to be successful. Theres contracts and proposals, invoices, and crms. Plus its all FREE. I am so happy that i found clientjoy. Its seriously the best one stop shop tool.

Wonderful UX and clean UI.

Invoicing is effortless and super professional.

Client management is easy and intuitive.

White labelling offers beautiful finish.

Perfect for my creative agency at www.zenfluex.com. Clean and professional.

Customer support is very fast, I got plenty of help from Nirav who has been very kind and informative about the product. 

I like the roadmap of clientjoy, the emails and video tutorials from Yash.

ClientJoy team are a great culture and I am happy to invest in them. 

I am confident using ClientJoy my creative agency will be doing better sales, quicker payments and have happier clients overall. 

This is a product I am likely to use for many years so I hope clientjoy can continue to serve for decades to come!

I recently started using Clientjoy.io and I am very happy with my experience so far. The user experience is clean and easy to navigate, which makes invoicing and managing my clients a breeze. I was also very impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by Nirav - they were quick to respond to my queries and very helpful throughout the setup process. The invoicing feature is superb and the clean white label adds a professional touch to my coaching business. It makes it easier for my clients to keep track of invoices and payments as well.

Brilliant Client Portal: Your clients will feel like VIPs with a portal that's intuitive and ability to customize needed features.

**What do you like best about Clientjoy?**

The best thing about Clientjoy is how simple it is to use. When I tried Clientjoy a couple of years back, it was not that mature. Recently I decided to give it a go with a trial once again. I was pleased with its progress. I bought it instantly, and I am now in the process of transferring my business to Clientjoy.

Here are the key things I liked the most:
1: The dashboard is designed brilliantly, and it is easy to monitor your overall business health.
2: The proposal and invoicing features are reliable.
3: All client communication is entirely customizable.
4: It includes a ready-to-use client portal.

**What do you dislike about Clientjoy?**

There is nothing that I dislike at the moment. The only thing I miss is the ability to fully customize the invoice templates. Currently, there are just 4-5 templates for invoices. For example in case of proposals, they have 25 templates, and we can even upload our own designs.

I needed a full fledge solution to manage my freelancing work. Clientjoy covers almost every part of my business. From sending proposals to leads to sending invoices to customers.

ClientJoy allows me to work fast and without a big learning curve... not only for myself but for anybody working with me...  they can be up and running in no time. I love the ease of use, and is not bloated with features I don't need.  The best features for a CRM all in one place. And I love the customer service... second to none!

**What do you dislike about Clientjoy?**

It is not a super popular app since they are fairly new but would love to see them grow to be a leading name in the industry.

It allows me to easily keep track of my leads and where they are in the conversion funnel. It is not complex to set up and it runs with all of the apps that I use via webhooks - it wasn't so bad setting it up afterall!

Such a great all-in-one business / CRM solution! Can manage client proposals, contracts, invoices and other documents all from this one app. Great UI experience and dashboard. Was easy to import contacts and get the program up and running with my own branding and cname setup. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Clientjoy?**

There are a few features I would like to see such as ability to set and see goals in the dashboard and bookkeeping/accounting. Other than that very impressed and pleased with the product!

Before ClientJoy I was using 3-5 tools to manage my business but can see how ClientJoy will easily replace the need for other tools and be my all-in-one solution - exactly what I've been searching for in a business / CRM solution!

I love how easy it is to use. The CRM is simplified compared to others like Hubspot. It's easy to navigate and to add data. 

It seamlessly turns leads into customers and the automatic invoicing has been a time saver.

**What do you dislike about Clientjoy?**

No downsides yet, but I'd love it if I was able to add a new customer from a task I had setup. Also automatic reminders would be great for leads so that I can follow up.

I am keeping my business far more organised which is helping me save time and money. I can also keep track of leads in my pipeline and then manage customers. I love how I can set reminders to get in touch with my clients once I've worked with them.

I've  tried many all in one business management platforms and I end up not really using them due to them being not intuitive or missing some thing I need. Clientjoy checks all the boxes for me! Especially because it has a clean CRM, custom fields, email, automation, and white label.

I wish you could arrange the dashboard but I think it's on the roadmap.

They really are the diamond in the rough. The only negative I can think of is that they have been keeping a low profile, so are still yet undiscovered by many users who do not know what they are missing out on,

Clientjoy has made running my agency so much easier. Everything is all in one place, invoices and proposals all have templates ready to go. Great deal, happy I found this software!

Some of the email templates need to be reworded. The grammar was a bit off, and I didn't realize it until after a few invoices were sent to my clients. Looked a bit unprofessional.

**What do you like best about Clientjoy?**

I am using Clientjoy for almost 1 year, and the most I like customer support and the Client portal's new feature that we can add tabs that can show any web pages and apps and I like the follow-up emails. Clientjoy will replace sales CRM, proposal/contract, client emails, and Invoicing tools. and custom branded client portal.
In 1 year, they improve a lot. and more features coming soon.

The mobile app, sometimes cannot log in need to be re-installed, and its basic feature, of not adding clients, I believe that'll improve soon because in 1 year time they improve a lot.

Best customer service and simple and easy-to-use platform that works and does for your project.

I found that the software was easy to use, focused on client management, and provided clear measures to manage your leads and clients, rather than the usual project management that is not focused on CRM. Clientjoy lets you do Invoices and quotes and soon automate emails, for which many templates save a lot of time. I also found the customer service reliable and noticed that they release updates regularly.

Although clientjoy includes integrations with major apps like Zapier, Pabbly, etc. I will love to have a direct integration with Quickbooks. I still can work around it.

It offers all your communication need. A user does not need to switch between tools like slack, asana or basecamp. Everything is available on Gridle. Also., it's very much user-friendly.

Overall, the interface is simple to use and intuitive. I like the clean look and feel and the ability to have workspaces to segregate teams and sub-companies or brands within the main organizations. I also like the role-based access that it provides to different members of the team. Finally, based on the features, it looks like a tool that has been developed by former agency people for agency people - much like one of their taglines which is great!
An additional benefit is the marketing content that they provide in terms of free guides and resources which is priceless.

**What do you dislike about Clientjoy?**

The Android app needs work, especially on the UI and the workflows. For now, compared to the website or web application, it looks like the Android app was put together in a hurry and so it needs a lot of work. Also, the read-made proposal templates need work as they are not as customizable and not that attractive, to begin with. It would be nice to preview each template before applying it.

**Recommendations to others considering Clientjoy:**

If you're a fledgling agency or solopreneur in the digital marketing space, this will be one of the best investments you will make. Agreed, there are probably a few similar products out there that might offer you a bit more but not for the same price. Also, the fact that the people behind ClientJoy are people that have had experience in the marketing and digital agency space should prove to be beneficial.

It is definitely a product that has a lot of potential in the long run but it is also one that can be used to harness a better sales pipeline and account management right away.
