
I really enjoy using Clientjoy because it's simple to use and its user-friendly interface ensures that everything functions smoothly. The lead pipeline feature stands out for me due to its simplicity and ease of use, making the whole process of managing leads visible and straightforward. The initial setup of Clientjoy was very easy, requiring almost no effort on my part, except for modifying templates, which I loved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am extremely frustrated with the almost unusable document builder in Clientjoy. This issue severely impacts my ability to create necessary documents efficiently, resulting in excessive work and rework. Additionally, the lack of support since it became Synup is a major concern. Since they've been bought out, the support has become virtually non-existent. They don't respond to tickets, don't attempt to assist, and simply close tickets without any communication.
