What do you like best about Clientjoy?

Clientjoy has made running my agency so much easier. Everything is all in one place, invoices and proposals all have templates ready to go. Great deal, happy I found this software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clientjoy?

Some of the email templates need to be reworded. The grammar was a bit off, and I didn't realize it until after a few invoices were sent to my clients. Looked a bit unprofessional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clientjoy?

I am using Clientjoy for almost 1 year, and the most I like customer support and the Client portal's new feature that we can add tabs that can show any web pages and apps and I like the follow-up emails. Clientjoy will replace sales CRM, proposal/contract, client emails, and Invoicing tools. and custom branded client portal.

In 1 year, they improve a lot. and more features coming soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clientjoy?

The mobile app, sometimes cannot log in need to be re-installed, and its basic feature, of not adding clients, I believe that'll improve soon because in 1 year time they improve a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clientjoy?

I found that the software was easy to use, focused on client management, and provided clear measures to manage your leads and clients, rather than the usual project management that is not focused on CRM. Clientjoy lets you do Invoices and quotes and soon automate emails, for which many templates save a lot of time. What do you like best about Clientjoy?

Here´s why i love most:

- Beautiful UI/UX

- Simple to use. Very intuitive yet very powerful and complete

What do you dislike about Clientjoy?

There is nothing that i miss. But i could use TAGS or custom fields in the proposal section.

I use that to send proposals and contracts, so i need to know which is which and order accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Custom Client portal

- Sales pipeline

- Quotes, Proposal & Contracts for E-Signing

- Payments with Stripe, Paypal and also custom payment like bank transfer.
