What do you like best about Clientjoy?

Although clientjoy have everything you need to run your agency. Invoice, proposal, client portal and crm etc.

What do you dislike about Clientjoy?

I am not sure If I dislike anything in clientjoy. I am not going to say it is perfect but it has more features than you expect.

What do you like best about Clientjoy?

Simple interface with all the features you need...they also have the option of multiple workspaces so you don't have to put all your data in one dashboard like other apps

What do you dislike about Clientjoy?

The android app doesn't have the ability to manage leads. However, I believe that'll come and improve with time.

Also, their support hours aren't always in est. Since most of their agents are in IST. However, they do respond throughout the day - even if not immediately and go out of their way to make sure your issue is resolved). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clientjoy?

First of all, I like its very simple but functional user interface. Clientjoy requires a very low learning curve. So, anyone can use this application easily. I mostly like the nice in-app proposal section and the workflow among invoicing to the customers, product or items management. It offers all your communication need. A user does not need to switch between tools like slack, asana or basecamp. Everything is available on Gridle. Also., it's very much user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's only one thing I'm not too fond of about this tool is, it gets stuck at points. And when it happens, you have no other option than to restart the whole system.
