What do you like best about Clientjoy?

When I was doing freelancing I used Gridle to manage my clients from Leads to Proposals and managing the respective projects (project management) and also Client Support, Invoicing, and Revenue realization. this tool helps to manage things with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clientjoy?

Deployment is not available in mobile -android/IOS , no access to mobile is which I dislike and if they implement in the near feature it will be a great alternative product and a co-exist with their competitors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clientjoy?

Overall, the interface is simple to use and intuitive. I like the clean look and feel and the ability to have workspaces to segregate teams and sub-companies or brands within the main organizations. I also like the role-based access that it provides to different members of the team. Finally, based on the features, it looks like a tool that has been developed by former agency people for agency people - much like one of their taglines which is great!

An additional benefit is the marketing content that they provide in terms of free guides and resources which is priceless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clientjoy?

The Android app needs work, especially on the UI and the workflows. For now, compared to the website or web application, it looks like the Android app was put together in a hurry and so it needs a lot of work. Also, the read-made proposal templates need work as they are not as customizable and not that attractive, to begin with. It would be nice to preview each template before applying it. I started using ClientJoy to help manage my prospects. The CRM is perfect for that but I soon discovered I could also send invoices and manage my proposals.
