It helps keep work orders and maintenance organized, makes it simple to manage multiple facilities, and allows quick scan-and-go input using QR codes. What do you like best about Click Maint CMMS?

In my experience, the time tracking toggle button has been especially useful for accurately recording technicians’ time without creating additional workload. The platform also makes it easy to submit intuitive work order requests without requiring a login — users can simply scan QR codes for assets or locations to generate a request. I like that work orders can be quickly categorized as preventive or reactive, with scheduling options available right on the same page.

Another strong point is Click Maint’s active feature request system. They collect feedback from users and their development team consistently works on requested improvements. The platform overall feels stable, easy to navigate, and is backed by a responsive customer support team that addresses issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click Maint CMMS?

The KPI dashboard has been less helpful. It’s not interactive and can be difficult to use for analysis. Asset management also has limitations: equipment is either marked active or deleted, with no option to classify assets as inactive while still retaining historical data. What do you like best about Click Maint CMMS?

Very easy to use and implement. Everything is straight forward to set up and find what you are looking for. Great for small to medium size companies. There have been some technical issues but customer support has been quick and helpful in fixing them. It has made our asset and facility management so much smoother and visible since we implemented Click Maint. They are adding new features all the time, listening to customer recommendations, are very transparent on their goals for each quarter, and have a solid roadmap for future features. What do you like best about Click Maint CMMS?

The Click Maint CMMS is simple and easy to use. It is robust enough to meet the needs of our organization without alot of "bells and whistles" that we did not need. The price is exceptional and includes support from customer support services as needed as well as ongoing webinars without an additional cost. Easy for anyone to submit a work order, with pictures and defined information with QR code or a link that can be emailed. The system build was very easy after initial onboarding. The whole system makes my life alot easier as everything I need is in one place. I use it every day from data entry to tracking/monitoring/scheduling, updating email correspondence to report generation. Simple and effective! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click Maint CMMS?

I have not found anything that I dislike about the system as yet. There are some things that are unique to our organization that I've had to customize through "work-arounds", but what I've not been able to figure out how to do the customer support team has helped me find strategies that work. What do you like best about Click Maint CMMS?

We’re approaching the end of our first year using Click Maint CMMS software, and it’s been a strong and rewarding partnership. Click has proven to be an excellent fit for our needs for several key reasons:

Affordable: Low annual fees make it budget-friendly without compromising functionality.

Secure & Accessible: As a web-based platform, it meets our technology team’s security standards and can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection.

Responsive Support: Any issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Accurate Reporting: Cost tracking and reporting are now precise and reliable.

As the company continues to grow, it’s clear they’re listening to customer feedback and making meaningful improvements on a regular basis. With the addition of regular newsletters and webinars, their already strong communication has become even more engaging and informative.

What do you like best about Click Maint CMMS?

I appreciate the aspect of Click Maint CMMS that allows me to preplan certain work orders. This preplanning capability is extremely beneficial because it lets me set up work orders as recurring monthly tasks. By doing so, I no longer have to worry about manually reminding my team members to complete these tasks. This feature adds a layer of automation and efficiency to our workflow, minimizing the chances of missing critical maintenance activities and ensuring seamless operation. What do you like best about Click Maint CMMS?

- Easy for techs to use, it has a lot of customization options that make it easy to go into specific detail and provide them with the information they need.

- Request and Work Order submission forms are very flexible and customizable. Makes the process of submitting, approving and completing tickets much faster and simpler to use.

- Requesters like the simplified submission forms that don't require too much detail, admins are satisfied with the customizable options for putting in detail like specific work order categories and asset downtime tracking features, and technicians appreciate the ease-of-use that allows them to use the system without being overwhelmed by trying to complete the work order, while having to simultaneously track their workflow progress in the system.

- The customer service is fantastic. The creators and support team are very friendly, helpful and committed to providing the end user with a quality product, as well as maintaining open communication and dialogue to continuously make improvements and receive feedback on any noted issues the user might encounter. Their response time is fast, corrections and bug fixes are handled very quickly, and they're very good about making schedule accommodations to discuss any concerns when they arise. What do you dislike about Click Maint CMMS?

- The app and website are not updated at the same pace; website gets updated fairly regularly, but the app is still missing a few admin features, like parts & inventory management.

- The search filtering for work orders, parts and other categories is confusing at times. Could be simplified a bit.

- Work Order customization is good, but it lacks some flexibility for assigning different tasks (such as inspections and taking readings with numerical values like pressures and temperatures.) They recently added a "Procedures" category to fix this, but

- Preventive Maintenances can only be assigned to a single Asset, which makes creating a PM program for multiple assets that would all be grouped together and be covered by the same PM checklist (Air Handler Units, Exhaust Fans, Ice Machines, etc.) feel very tedious and repetitive.

- Assets can have documents and files individually uploaded to them, but there is no category or sidebar menu for a "document library" for uploading files like IOM & Service Manuals, inspection and testing completion certificates, Letters of Approval, and other regulatory compliance documents that the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) would be looking for.

- QR codes are handy and could be more useful if formatting them for printing on labelling sheets was easier, but adjusting the size and shape to fit printouts is difficult and has made the process of implementing their use throughout our building very time consuming, so the project was left incomplete.

- Overall, the system would probably benefit from a slightly more structured format and less fluidity. From a technician standpoint it's very easy to use, but from an admin perspective, the setup and editing processes should be reined in a bit to make implementation and populating the system go more smoothly.
