**What do you like best about Click Maint CMMS?**

We’ve been using Click Maint to manage maintenance requests, preventive maintenance, and work order tracking across our property, and it has made a significant difference in how we organize daily operations.

The platform provides a central location for submitting, assigning, and tracking work orders, which has improved communication, accountability, and response times. The preventive maintenance features help ensure recurring tasks don’t get overlooked, while reporting tools provide useful visibility into workload and performance.

What I appreciate most is the simplicity of the system. Team members were able to learn it quickly, and it has helped us move away from paper-based tracking and scattered communication. The software is flexible, easy to use, and continues to be a valuable part of our maintenance operation.

I would recommend Click Maint to any organization looking to improve maintenance management, work order tracking, and preventive maintenance planning.

**What do you dislike about Click Maint CMMS?**

One feature I would like to see improved is the ability for non-employees, such as customers, guests, tenants, or residents, to easily submit maintenance requests through a dedicated portal or simple web form. While work order management within the platform is strong, collecting requests from external users can require additional steps or third-party tools.

I would also like to see continued improvements in reporting customization, automation, and mobile functionality as organizations scale their operations.

These are relatively minor concerns, and they have not prevented us from successfully using the platform on a daily basis.

**What problems is Click Maint CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Click Maint, maintenance requests often came through phone calls, emails, radio traffic, and conversations, making it difficult to track everything consistently. Click Maint provided a centralized system for managing work orders, preventive maintenance, and task assignments.

The biggest improvements have been increased accountability, better visibility into outstanding work, improved communication between departments, and the ability to track maintenance history over time. We now have a much clearer understanding of workload, backlog, and recurring issues, which helps us allocate resources more effectively and stay ahead of maintenance needs.

The platform has helped us become more organized, more proactive, and more efficient in our day-to-day operations.

One of the biggest advantages of Click Maint is its ease of use. The system is intuitive, user-friendly, and has allowed our team to quickly adapt to the platform with minimal training.

**What problems is Click Maint CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We experienced a temporary issue with system lagging shortly after implementation. The Click Maint support team responded immediately and worked closely with us to investigate the problem. It was ultimately determined that the issue was not related to the Click Maint software itself, but rather an outdated version of Google Chrome and related platform applications. Once the necessary updates were completed, the system performed as expected. We were very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the Click Maint support team throughout the process.

**What do you like best about Click Maint CMMS?**

It is extremely easy to use and set up. The layout is straightforward, and learning the system is so simple that even someone 100 years old could use it. Another plus is that it costs close to nothing for my company across three different plants, especially compared to competitors.

**What do you dislike about Click Maint CMMS?**

Customization is still lacking, but they’re adding new features every month. Because of that, I’m guessing that over the next couple of years, anything that’s even slightly annoying will get addressed and fixed.

**What problems is Click Maint CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We weren’t able to properly maintain a solid PM schedule for our machines. Creating breakdown service orders in Plex ERP was easy, but pretty much everything else was a challenge. Click has mainly solved our PM scheduling and tracking issues but still does everything else.

Ease of use, pretty much all self explanatory. I like the parts lists, and it automatically figuring cost of a job, plus giving me the monthly budget. The ability to add photos from the mobile app and requests at the machine are a big plus.

The only change/add-on feature I would like to see personally, is to easily back date in the work orders.

**What do you like best about Click Maint CMMS?**

I love that Click Maint CMMS is easily accessible through mobile devices. Our staff can access it from the field, and they don't have to go back to their office to use it on a laptop or PC. This convenience is really helpful because the work is done out in the field, whether in a basement, on a roof working on an HVAC unit, or inside dorms repairing issues. They can easily access work orders on their mobile device and close them out right there, instead of waiting to return to their office. Click Maint CMMS is also user-friendly, which made our transition from our previous system, Hippo, very smooth without any issues during the initial setup.

**What do you dislike about Click Maint CMMS?**

I think Click Maint CMMS, and maybe it's a feature that I'm not familiar with. But just being able to upload the inspection documentation. So, a lot of times, we'll track, you know, whether the sprinkler inspection or some other fire safety inspection. The reports we wanna upload into Click Maint CMMS, so that we can have access to those documents. I haven't seen where that feature is yet.

Click Maint CMMS solves the problem of maintaining accurate work orders and provides easy mobile access to documentation, letting my team complete and track tasks on-site without returning to the office.

It’s new software, and it still needs some improvements to give us more flexibility in our setup. For example, being able to enlarge columns and move an asset to another entity, etc.

That BI (Business Intelligence) is the real hero, though. It ain't just colorful graphs; it’s my proof. It shows the bosses that the old saw line is costing us more in downtime and repairs than a new one would. It tracks every minute of "blood and sweat" we put into those machines

It gives us structure. It’s easy to create maintenance requests right from the floor. Asset history comes naturally as a result of using work orders and PMs. With the dashboard providing feedback to managers, nothing falls through the cracks.

I’d like to see the ability to drill down from reports and KPI views for more detailed information.

**What do you like best about Click Maint CMMS?**

In my experience, the time tracking toggle button has been especially useful for accurately recording technicians’ time without creating additional workload. The platform also makes it easy to submit intuitive work order requests without requiring a login — users can simply scan QR codes for assets or locations to generate a request. I like that work orders can be quickly categorized as preventive or reactive, with scheduling options available right on the same page.

Another strong point is Click Maint’s active feature request system. They collect feedback from users and their development team consistently works on requested improvements. The platform overall feels stable, easy to navigate, and is backed by a responsive customer support team that addresses issues quickly.

**What do you dislike about Click Maint CMMS?**

The KPI dashboard has been less helpful. It’s not interactive and can be difficult to use for analysis. Asset management also has limitations: equipment is either marked active or deleted, with no option to classify assets as inactive while still retaining historical data. Additionally, asset offline time cannot be edited, meaning that any errors require assistance from support staff to correct.

Click Maint is helping us streamline asset management by monitoring equipment uptime, cost of maintenance, extending equipment reliability, inventory management and tracking employee efficiency. The CMMS provides historical data that is helpful to make smarter decisions when it comes to assets and facilities.

What I like about using Click Maint is how accessible the program is, both in the app and on the website. I also appreciate the newer features, such as the ability to create enterprises for multiple properties, which makes it easier to keep everything organized.

**What do you dislike about Click Maint CMMS?**

One improvement I think would be helpful for Click Maint is making it easier to communicate with the person who submitted a maintenance request through the app or website, potentially by using the “comment” section within the work order. Another suggestion is to allow adding more than one location in the “Locations” section when creating a work order, since some requests may involve multiple areas.

**What problems is Click Maint CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem that Click Maint solves—and that has been beneficial to our team—is that it lets us create work orders on the spot and complete them immediately. Being able to handle work orders right away has improved our efficiency and made our workflow smoother. Click Maint also addresses the challenge of work order visibility by allowing the creator to receive email notifications on the status of their work order. This streamlined communication has improved customer service across our teams.

it would be nice to be able to have two different locations on one account so we can just click on one of the locations and all of the work orders at that location are all there rather than both locations work orders are mixed up

**What do you like best about Click Maint CMMS?**

Very easy to use and implement. Everything is straight forward to set up and find what you are looking for. Great for small to medium size companies. There have been some technical issues but customer support has been quick and helpful in fixing them. It has made our asset and facility management so much smoother and visible since we implemented Click Maint. They are adding new features all the time, listening to customer recommendations, are very transparent on their goals for each quarter, and have a solid roadmap for future features.

It is not as feature heavy as other CMMS.

It is helping make our work orders more transparent and helping to facilitate communication on these issues quickly and effectively. It is also helping us put preventative worker orders on the fore front to reduce our reactiveness. Click Maint is also helping us effectively monitor our assets.

**What do you like best about Click Maint CMMS?**

The Click Maint CMMS is simple and easy to use.    It is robust enough to meet the needs of our organization without alot of "bells and whistles" that we did not need.  The price is exceptional and includes support from customer support services as needed as well as ongoing webinars without an additional cost.  Easy for anyone to submit a work order, with pictures and defined information with QR code or a link that can be emailed.   The system build was very easy after initial onboarding.    The whole system makes my life alot easier as everything I need is in one place.  I use it every day from data entry to tracking/monitoring/scheduling, updating email correspondence to report generation.   Simple and effective!

**What do you dislike about Click Maint CMMS?**

I have not found anything that I dislike about the system as yet.  There are some things that are unique to our organization that I've had to customize through "work-arounds", but what I've not been able to figure out how to do the customer support team has helped me find strategies that work.

**What problems is Click Maint CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Click Maint CMMS is helping me manage facility and grounds maintenance (both reactive and preventive) significantly more efficiently and effectively, thus saving me time in my position; it also helps me stay organized regarding work that needs to be done, building assets and related documents (such as warranties - life expectancies - replacement parts, etc), status, etc.    We have only had the system for a couple of months but in that time, much has been done to build the system - we are looking forward to using it to better predict future building expenses from PM to potential repairs and replacements - longer term strategies.  Everything stored in a secure cloud-based system that is easy to find and use.   We are not using the new floor plan module as yet but plan to do so - participated in a webinar as to its potential use and that looks promising.

We’re approaching the end of our first year using Click Maint CMMS software, and it’s been a strong and rewarding partnership. Click has proven to be an excellent fit for our needs for several key reasons:

Affordable: Low annual fees make it budget-friendly without compromising functionality.

Secure & Accessible: As a web-based platform, it meets our technology team’s security standards and can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection.

Responsive Support: Any issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Accurate Reporting: Cost tracking and reporting are now precise and reliable.

As the company continues to grow, it’s clear they’re listening to customer feedback and making meaningful improvements on a regular basis. With the addition of regular newsletters and webinars, their already strong communication has become even more engaging and informative.

The core of the program is very good.  Some custom options that we would like to see have been in development for quite some time and as yet have not been released for everyone.  Generally, shortcomings are few.

- Easy for techs to use, it has a lot of customization options that make it easy to go into specific detail and provide them with the information they need.

- Request and Work Order submission forms are very flexible and customizable. Makes the process of submitting, approving and completing tickets much faster and simpler to use.

- Requesters like the simplified submission forms that don't require too much detail, admins are satisfied with the customizable options for putting in detail like specific work order categories and asset downtime tracking features, and technicians appreciate the ease-of-use that allows them to use the system without being overwhelmed by trying to complete the work order, while having to simultaneously track their workflow progress in the system.

- The customer service is fantastic. The creators and support team are very friendly, helpful and committed to providing the end user with a quality product, as well as maintaining open communication and dialogue to continuously make improvements and receive feedback on any noted issues the user might encounter. Their response time is fast, corrections and bug fixes are handled very quickly, and they're very good about making schedule accommodations to discuss any concerns when they arise.

**What do you dislike about Click Maint CMMS?**

- The app and website are not updated at the same pace; website gets updated fairly regularly, but the app is still missing a few admin features, like parts & inventory management.

- The search filtering for work orders, parts and other categories is confusing at times. Could be simplified a bit.

- Work Order customization is good, but it lacks some flexibility for assigning different tasks (such as inspections and taking readings with numerical values like pressures and temperatures.) They recently added a "Procedures" category to fix this, but 

- Preventive Maintenances can only be assigned to a single Asset, which makes creating a PM program for multiple assets that would all be grouped together and be covered by the same PM checklist (Air Handler Units, Exhaust Fans, Ice Machines, etc.) feel very tedious and repetitive.

- Assets can have documents and files individually uploaded to them, but there is no category or sidebar menu for a "document library" for uploading files like IOM & Service Manuals, inspection and testing completion certificates, Letters of Approval, and other regulatory compliance documents that the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) would be looking for.

- QR codes are handy and could be more useful if formatting them for printing on labelling sheets was easier, but adjusting the size and shape to fit printouts is difficult and has made the process of implementing their use throughout our building very time consuming, so the project was left incomplete.

- Overall, the system would probably benefit from a slightly more structured format and less fluidity. From a technician standpoint it's very easy to use, but from an admin perspective, the setup and editing processes should be reined in a bit to make implementation and populating the system go more smoothly.

Better communication between management and technician level employees. Gives our technicians a way to see what needs to be done and let us know when it is completed.

Easy to use and implement. We are using it as a very basic sort of placeholder CMMS as our company is bringing in a new one. I wish it were my decision which CMMS we would continue with as I would choose Click.

The customer support has been fantastic. Every time I hit a wall or found an issue (few and far between), Maya has been very quick in providing teaching or solutions.

I am on Click every day multiple times a day and find that they live up to their slogan. In only a couple of clicks I am able to complete the tasks I am working on.

**What do you dislike about Click Maint CMMS?**

My dislike isn't really a negative, but the early stage of the software leaves a bit to be desired. The team has been very receptive towards my ideas for new functions in the software and I am excited for where they might be in 2-5 years from now.

We did not previously have a CMMS in place which created huge gaps in preventive maintenance and documentation. I find the app to be quiet simple and easy for the different sites to use.  This has definitely enabled our teams to respond quickly and mange the projects.  We still have more to set up but so far very pleased.  The implementation quest quick and the training adequate. We are transitioning from HIPPO CMMS and found the move seamless and pain free. The system is similar enough that our users have had no issues changing to Click Maint. As a manager, this made implementation very easy.

The communications regarding work orders allow all staff to see progress, items on hold, comments for additional needs that pertain to a w/o along with all the other tracking items.

**What do you dislike about Click Maint CMMS?**

The application still requires some ease of use for moderators. Being able to attach multiple assets will allow for inspection/audit costs when having an entire building inspected that may contain several boilers/mua's etc.

**What problems is Click Maint CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Click maint is allowing us to differentiate the costs we spend on contracted work vs. the costs of repairs on our own. Asset management allows for tracking of reactive work on specific items as well as pm work on specifics. Over and above costs are being reduced due to the upkeep and maintenance of our larger assets.

**What do you like best about Click Maint CMMS?**

I like how easy it is to use. I have loved each person I have worked with through the entire process. They have been so supportive and patient with me. The "requesters" have started using Click Maint with no complaints at all. They all say wow that is so easy. That is what I wanted to hear. I was tired of them not likeing the old system and refusing to use it. Click Maint has saved my world! I love how easy the entire intergration process was from the old system to Click maint.

**What do you dislike about Click Maint CMMS?**

I promise I tried really hard to think of one thing I can put here and I just can not think of one thing that has not made me happy or satisfied with Click Maint. The best CMMS program there is!

**What problems is Click Maint CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous CMMS system was not easy to use so the employees would complain about it being hard and just flat out would not submit their work order request through HIPPO.. Instead, they would just tell us or send an email and I would submit the work order. Since switching to Click Maint the emoplyees have been submitting work orders and I have not heard one complaint. They have allsaid wow that is so easy, or that's it?1? They are just as shocked at the simplicity of the system.
