What do you like best about Click Maint CMMS?

In my experience, the time tracking toggle button has been especially useful for accurately recording technicians’ time without creating additional workload. The platform also makes it easy to submit intuitive work order requests without requiring a login — users can simply scan QR codes for assets or locations to generate a request. I like that work orders can be quickly categorized as preventive or reactive, with scheduling options available right on the same page.

Another strong point is Click Maint’s active feature request system. They collect feedback from users and their development team consistently works on requested improvements. The platform overall feels stable, easy to navigate, and is backed by a responsive customer support team that addresses issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click Maint CMMS?

The KPI dashboard has been less helpful. It’s not interactive and can be difficult to use for analysis. Asset management also has limitations: equipment is either marked active or deleted, with no option to classify assets as inactive while still retaining historical data. Additionally, asset offline time cannot be edited, meaning that any errors require assistance from support staff to correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Click Maint CMMS?

We’re approaching the end of our first year using Click Maint CMMS software, and it’s been a strong and rewarding partnership. Click has proven to be an excellent fit for our needs for several key reasons:

Affordable: Low annual fees make it budget-friendly without compromising functionality.

Secure & Accessible: As a web-based platform, it meets our technology team’s security standards and can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection.

Responsive Support: Any issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Accurate Reporting: Cost tracking and reporting are now precise and reliable.

As the company continues to grow, it’s clear they’re listening to customer feedback and making meaningful improvements on a regular basis. With the addition of regular newsletters and webinars, their already strong communication has become even more engaging and informative.
