The Click Maint CMMS is simple and easy to use. It is robust enough to meet the needs of our organization without alot of "bells and whistles" that we did not need. The price is exceptional and includes support from customer support services as needed as well as ongoing webinars without an additional cost. Easy for anyone to submit a work order, with pictures and defined information with QR code or a link that can be emailed. The system build was very easy after initial onboarding. The whole system makes my life alot easier as everything I need is in one place. I use it every day from data entry to tracking/monitoring/scheduling, updating email correspondence to report generation. Simple and effective! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not found anything that I dislike about the system as yet. There are some things that are unique to our organization that I've had to customize through "work-arounds", but what I've not been able to figure out how to do the customer support team has helped me find strategies that work.
