**What do you like best about ClearTouch Operator?**

I like the DIDs that ClearTouch Operator provides, as they have good contactability. Additionally, when integrating with their APIs, the error rate is very low, which means their APIs work in real time and create a good experience. I find the API engagement and structures to be pretty good, successful, and sustainable. It also allows us to create a self-service setup with as many DIDs as we want and offers an unlimited number of channels. This helps with high-paced routing of calls at a high agent-to-channel ratio, allowing reach to customers with new numbers and indirectly increasing contactability.

**What do you dislike about ClearTouch Operator?**

Any new requirement that is asked takes a lot of time for ClearTouch Operator to respond. Optimizing the APIs is a major issue, as the system is very complex and requires multiple API calls for a single integration, which is tiresome. It would be better if they could create more optimized APIs.

**What problems is ClearTouch Operator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClearTouch Operator acts as a secure platform for calling out our customer base, utilizing manual or automated uploads. Its good contactability through DIDs and reliable, real-time APIs enhance our outreach and experience.

**What do you like best about ClearTouch Operator?**

Cleartouch Operator is one of the major competitors among dialer automation tools nationwide. One of their most favored features is the Lead Management System (LMS), which significantly reduces the manual effort required for uploading data. This feature is very ease to use & integratre.

And their customer support is much appreciatable thing.

**What do you dislike about ClearTouch Operator?**

The disliking feature of them is their back office panel could be more effective in terms of features.

**What problems is ClearTouch Operator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usage of Clear touch in calling unit is helping to automate our dialer upload process to next level of execution. The support from their executives is commendable.

The finest CRM program on the market is affordable, has exceptional customer support, and allows reports to be modified as needed, easy to read detials on dashboard.

**What do you dislike about ClearTouch Operator?**

SOP cannot be added with a screenshot, but perhaps this feature will be available soon.

Level 1 leaders may quickly retrieve call center reports in dashboard style with a single click because they are automated and don't require MIS or personnel to create them.

Clear touch has solved Our Problem of CC in Multiple locations with Multilingual languages , its very easy for a Plug and Play Contact Centres , i am actually using the services for 3 kind of business.

**What do you like best about ClearTouch Operator?**

TCN is a cloud-based technology which is adaptable to fulfill all of our call center requirements.  Seamless integration, a wonderful product with a wealth of features that are always being updated - all in one spot. Supervisors may easily monitor agent status, reports, analytics, and recordings.

More progress is required in speech recognition and HQM.
