**What do you like best about ClearTalk?**

I could not be happer with the quality of the phone calls placed with ClearTalk, versus the competition. Their support response time is extremely quick. Using it every day within our business, we have found that integrating into our existing systems was easy. The dashboard is well put together and makes everything so easy to accomplish. They have amazing tutorial videos throughout the product that make implementation of the settings as smooth as possible.

**What do you dislike about ClearTalk?**

The only thing I do not like is the UI design. Everything else is amazing.

**What problems is ClearTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClearTalk is solving our problem of not being able to reach new leads as they come in. Using ClearTalk, we have unlimited capacity to dial every new lead the moment it enters our system.

**What do you like best about ClearTalk?**

Not only is the selection of voices pretty wide, but there are a lot of options to shape the agents how you need it to run. The Cleartalk team is also very quick with their updates, and are easily reachable for any technical support. Alan and Gianpier have been a big help throughout the process. The new UI looks great, and the way the AI learns and improves over time is very impressive.

**What do you dislike about ClearTalk?**

Granted that it's a new program, there were a number of bugs that took some time to solve. However, as I mentioned before, ClearTalk released updates and provided fixes swiftly.

**What problems is ClearTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before they had an issue with transferring to other agent, but they were able to fix it pretty quickly. Having this function for our company was key in how we wanted to execute our sales process.

**What do you like best about ClearTalk?**

Cleartalk AI is the best of all the AI companies we have worked with. I have really enjoyed working with Don and Gianpier they have been responsive and helpful in resolving any issue we have face. Our prior AI companies made a lot of promises but ended up not being able to deliver on their promises, thus costing us time, thousands of actual dollars spent, and missed revenue from lost clients. Cleartalk AI has delivered every time. Thank you Gianpier and Don! I highly recommend Cleartalk AI to any business looking to grow their sales with conversational AI.

**What do you dislike about ClearTalk?**

I can't think of any at the moment. We are axiously waiting for the visual builder to be released any day now - that will make Cleartalk a leader in Converstional Voice AI

**What problems is ClearTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem which ClearTalk solver for us at Agentus AI is that it is the first platform we have found that sovles the complex requirments of our clients without being fragile when you have to tweak the script.

**What do you like best about ClearTalk?**

ClearTalk has delivered on every solution they said they could help solve, unlike some others in the industry.

Don and Gianpier from their team have been absolute rockstars. Super responsive, always there to troubleshoot, and most importantly - they actually deliver what they promise!

The integration with our CRM platform and been simple and seamless.

**What do you dislike about ClearTalk?**

We have had no issues with the patform at this time.

**What problems is ClearTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It answers our main phone and qualifies prospects and either transfers them to our team or books an appointment.
