As new ways of working look to come into place and we return to the office, the popularity of flexible working, and therefore the need for hot-desking, is on the rise. To support this, we’ve developed Clearooms to not only manage meeting room bookings but to now also manage hot desk bookings too. It has been designed to be really simple to set up, straightforward to use and with just the fundamental features needed to facilitate hot desk booking.

Manage all of your meeting rooms in one place with the Clearooms portal. Here you can see an overview of all meeting room availability with a clear and colour coded design, helping to instantly see where’s busy and which rooms are free. The portal is also where you can take advantage of the customisation options to add your own finishing touches to the app.

Clearooms is only £6.50 per room per month or Desk booking from £20 per month on a rolling monthly basis. There's no contract tie ins and no cancellation fees.

What do you like best about Clearooms?

Pricing - Per desk rather than per user.

Reliability - I have never known Clearooms to be down.

Ease of use - Making hotdesk booking easy means that people actually book desks before coming into the office, also makes it easy to see if there are free desks in the office for those considering coming in.

Implementation and integrating with Azure AD was straight forward.

Support - The Clearooms team are always quick to respond to any issues we have had and got them resolved or pointed us in the right direction to resolve them quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clearooms?

I guess for some use cases there may be a requirement for more features but we have not found that to be the case for ourselves.

Setting up amazon fire tablets as meeting room availability displays did require a more involved process than i would like but we were supported by the Clearooms team who helped us sort it out quickly. It would have been very straight forward if we had a pure android or apple tablet for the purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Booking desks so people know there is space for them before attending the office.

Recording visitors to our offices.

Map of the office so people can easily see where people will be and the layout.

Meeting room availability, and booking.
