Pricing - Per desk rather than per user. Reliability - I have never known Clearooms to be down. Ease of use - Making hotdesk booking easy means that people actually book desks before coming into the office, also makes it easy to see if there are free desks in the office for those considering coming in. Implementation and integrating with Azure AD was straight forward. Support - The Clearooms team are always quick to respond to any issues we have had and got them resolved or pointed us in the right direction to resolve them quickly. I guess for some use cases there may be a requirement for more features but we have not found that to be the case for ourselves. Setting up amazon fire tablets as meeting room availability displays did require a more involved process than i would like but we were supported by the Clearooms team who helped us sort it out quickly. Map of the office so people can easily see where people will be and the layout. Meeting room availability, and booking. Easy view of who should be in the office which we also use for roll call in the event of an emergency as we do not have pass based entry to provide us with a register of who is in the buliding.
