**What do you like best about Influence?**

I've been using Reviews.io for a while, and recently upgraded the programme to include Influence.io. It's by far the best loyalty programme I've come across (we've tried Yotpo and Smile.io), and has been really easy to set up. 
The guys at Influence are also really easy to work with. They will happily jump on a call when you need support with integrations or set up. 
Finally, it's worth noting that Influence.io is significantly better value than other providers.

**What do you dislike about Influence?**

Generally very happy with Influence. Everyone is very happy to help, but some of the set-up could be slightly more intuitive (which I'm sure will come as they develop). 
It would also be fantastic to have Klaviyo templates so creating email flows with Influence integrated in is even easier.

**What problems is Influence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Influence to help spread the word of our brand. Paid media is our core channel, but is increasingly expensive. We find Influence.io helps us bring in new customers for a fraction of the price.

**What do you like best about Influence?**

Does just what we need! We were way overpaying for other loyalty programs. Onboarding was stress free and Kai from there team has been wonderful when any questions arrise!

**What do you dislike about Influence?**

They are a newer loyalty platform so some functionally is in the roadmap. However, love how receptive they are to working with their dev to have the platfrom meet our needs and ideas (to the best of their ability of course).

**What problems is Influence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Retaining customers, increasing LTV with an easy to use Loyalty program all while saving us money!
