&lt;p&gt;Even the industry tags here are coarser than they look. &quot;Manufacturing&quot; doesn&#39;t distinguish discrete manufacturing, where scheduling revolves around production-line changeovers, from food production, where the pressure comes from perishability and safety compliance instead. Sability&#39;s Food Production reviewers might validate compliance workflows well without ever touching the changeover-driven scheduling problems a discrete manufacturer actually has, so &quot;manufacturing-adjacent&quot; is doing more work in that rating than it looks like at a glance.&lt;/p&gt;
