As a School Administrator and System Manager, I’ve worked with many SIS and LMS platforms, but Classe365 is in a league of its own.

What I like best is how incredibly proactive they are. In my experience, most systems are slow to change, but Classe365 is constantly pushing the envelope with new features and updates. I have never seen another system move this fast while remaining so professional and reliable.

The most impressive part is that despite the rapid pace of improvement, the system stays completely stable. It’s a highly suitable, pro-level solution for any school looking for a system that actually grows with them rather than falling behind. It has truly transformed how we manage our institution. The Mobile App & The Future

While the core system is outstanding, the Mobile App currently has its limitations. It doesn’t yet offer the same deep functionality and polished experience as the desktop portal. For a system that is otherwise so advanced, the app feels like the one area that needs to catch up to the "pro" standards of the rest of the platform.

However, I want to highlight the Classe365 Support Team. They have been very proactive in communicating with us, and they’ve informed us that a major overhaul of the Parents App is currently in development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a Super Admin, I use Classe365 daily to monitor academic activities, manage user accounts, and review reports. Faculty and students also engage with the platform regularly for classes, assignments, and communication. The system’s reliability and ease of navigation make it a consistent part of our university’s daily operations. Overall, Classe365 has become an essential tool that supports continuous teaching, learning, and administration throughout the week.

The platform offers clear documentation, intuitive setup tools, and responsive onboarding support.

Classe365 is our most important tool for organizing our school. I like that we can record our students and teachers and then assign them to the appropriate courses. The software allows uploading course materials and chatting with students and teachers. Additionally, exams can be uploaded relatively easily and corrected by teachers. I particularly like the ability to send emails to individual classes, courses, teachers, or students. Attendance can be recorded and monitored very well. When composing an email, one cannot navigate using the tab key and arrows, which makes it somewhat cumbersome. During exams, it would be better if one could see all the same questions listed together for correction, instead of going through all the questions for each student individually. I truly appreciate how Classe365 helps us stay organized and efficient in managing our virtual classes. The ability to keep everything in one place, including student lists, enrollment status, recorded classes, and assignments, significantly simplifies our workflow, making management seamless. I especially love the exceptional support provided by the customer service team, which enhances our experience by resolving any issues swiftly and professionally. The inclusion of tutorial videos and a guide for walkthroughs is a fantastic feature that aids us in overcoming setup challenges, ensuring even those unfamiliar can navigate the system with ease. Ravi always goes above and beyond to help me to something I don’t understand. He’s not only knowledgeable, but also patient, and encouraging especially when I feel overwhelmed or unsure. There have been times I’ve felt a little lost or even silly for not grasping certain features right away, but Ravi always meets me with grace and clarity. He explains things step by step, never rushing, and always with a friendly tone that makes a big difference. I’m truly grateful he’s part of the Classe365 team. I like that Classe365 is a comprehensive tool that helps us manage everything from start to finish through the student journey in our school.
