Ease of Use, Ease of Implementation, Frequency of Use

Classe365 is our most important tool for organizing our school. I like that we can record our students and teachers and then assign them to the appropriate courses. The software allows uploading course materials and chatting with students and teachers. Additionally, exams can be uploaded relatively easily and corrected by teachers. I particularly like the ability to send emails to individual classes, courses, teachers, or students. Attendance can be recorded and monitored very well. Lastly, I appreciate the function to create a personalized certificate for each student at the end of the year.

I truly appreciate how Classe365 helps us stay organized and efficient in managing our virtual classes. The ability to keep everything in one place, including student lists, enrollment status, recorded classes, and assignments, significantly simplifies our workflow, making management seamless. I especially love the exceptional support provided by the customer service team, which enhances our experience by resolving any issues swiftly and professionally. The inclusion of tutorial videos and a guide for walkthroughs is a fantastic feature that aids us in overcoming setup challenges, ensuring even those unfamiliar can navigate the system with ease. Ravi always goes above and beyond to help me to something I don’t understand. He’s not only knowledgeable, but also patient, and encouraging especially when I feel overwhelmed or unsure. There have been times I’ve felt a little lost or even silly for not grasping certain features right away, but Ravi always meets me with grace and clarity. He explains things step by step, never rushing, and always with a friendly tone that makes a big difference. I’m truly grateful he’s part of the Classe365 team.
