What do you like best about circuly?

circuly powers all the standard subscription operations we need (payments, invoicing, communication, and customer portal), but what we value most is its flexibility to adapt to our unique business model.

Our subscription lets families swap toy boxes every 90 days, keep toys their children love, and pay a small fee for early swaps. With circuly, all of that just works in the background. Every operational detail behind these options — whether it’s charging the swap fee, tracking which toys come back, or adjusting the subscription and price in case of extensions — is handled automatically by circuly. The system charges automatically if toys are missing, keeps our stock up to date, and handles swaps smoothly. It feels like the software was built for us, not the other way around.

What do you dislike about circuly?

circuly enables us to realize our vision by automating the behind-the-scenes details that customers never notice, such as swaps, renewals, returns, and billing adjustments. This means that, for families, everything simply works as it should. With all aspects—from customer profiles to payments—managed in a single platform, our processes remain streamlined and our team can stay focused on what matters most: our members and their experience.

circuly's integration with our shop system was quick and easy, and the variety of settings means we can tailor the platform to our needs. What do you dislike about circuly?

We don’t have any real dislikes to mention. Like any growing platform, there are aspects that are continually being refined and new features being evolved. For instance, we’d love to see the functionality of the Customer Self-Service Portal expand further. Particularly in the area of the exchange process, to make it even more seamless for our members to find the perfect next size bike for their needs. What do you like best about circuly?

KINDAMI was launched to fill a gap in the French market — while long-term subscription services for children’s equipment are already popular in Germany, the Netherlands, and the Nordics, but nothing similar existed in France. So with KINDAMI our goal was to change that and introduce a long-term subscription service for kids' equipment for the French market. During my research into companies operating this model abroad, I noticed that most of them were using circuly — and that’s how I discovered it.

From the very beginning, circuly made the onboarding and setup process incredibly smooth. The technical barrier was low, and the onboarding team guided us through every step, from configuring the platform to connecting Shopify and setting up email templates.
