**What do you like best about circuly?**

circuly powers all the standard subscription operations we need (payments, invoicing, communication, and customer portal), but what we value most is its flexibility to adapt to our unique business model. 
Our subscription lets families swap toy boxes every 90 days, keep toys their children love, and pay a small fee for early swaps. With circuly, all of that just works in the background. Every operational detail behind these options — whether it’s charging the swap fee, tracking which toys come back, or adjusting the subscription and price in case of extensions — is handled automatically by circuly. The system charges automatically if toys are missing, keeps our stock up to date, and handles swaps smoothly. It feels like the software was built for us, not the other way around.
circuly makes it possible for us to run Tribu Box the way we imagined it.

**What do you dislike about circuly?**

Nothing really stands out. In the beginning, it took some effort to figure out the best way to set things up, but circuly’s team helped us through it and made sure it worked for our needs.

**What problems is circuly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a solution that goes beyond just “subscription billing.” Our model isn’t a one-size-fits-all subscription — it involves swaps, partial returns, missing items, and more. circuly allows us to handle all of these scenarios automatically and reliably, instead of relying on manual processes that would be error-prone and time-consuming.

**What do you like best about circuly?**

At Bike Club, we are committed to providing families with peace of mind—parents shouldn’t have to stress about buying, selling, or repairing bikes as their children grow. Our business model is designed for flexibility and simplicity, but making that a reality behind the scenes can be challenging. That’s where circuly truly makes a difference for us.

circuly enables us to realize our vision by automating the behind-the-scenes details that customers never notice, such as swaps, renewals, returns, and billing adjustments. This means that, for families, everything simply works as it should. With all aspects—from customer profiles to payments—managed in a single platform, our processes remain streamlined and our team can stay focused on what matters most: our members and their experience.

circuly's integration with our shop system was quick and easy, and the variety of settings means we can tailor the platform to our needs. The customer success team is always  to answer any questions and is dedicated to further developing the platform with customer feedback in mind.

**What do you dislike about circuly?**

We don’t have any real dislikes to mention. Like any growing platform, there are aspects that are continually being refined and new features being evolved. For instance, we’d love to see the functionality of the Customer Self-Service Portal expand further. Particularly in the area of the exchange process, to make it even more seamless for our members to find the perfect next size bike for their needs. But these are improvements we expect as the product develops — not shortcomings.

**What problems is circuly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our subscription model is designed around flexibility—families can exchange bikes as their children grow—and we wanted this process to be as seamless as possible for them. We pay close attention to every stage of the customer journey, making sure there are no interruptions in riding time and no overlapping payments. We also wanted to offer transition periods, allowing families to keep their current bike a bit longer while they get used to the new one. After all, these are products for children, and there’s a lot of emotion involved.

With circuly, we were able to implement this vision exactly as we hoped. The platform automates the entire exchange process, from the self-service portal and confirmation emails to return instructions, creating replacement orders, and aligning billing cycles. This ensures families enjoy a smooth, stress-free transition. For us, it means our team no longer has to manage every swap manually—the whole process runs automatically, just the way we want it to.

circuly has been a true partner in helping us launch and manage our subscription model. We’re a bike manufacturer, and our decision to enter the subscription space was a key step toward our sustainability goals and reaching new customer segments.

A major priority for us was integrating our existing retailer network, and circuly made that possible.
circuly automates our core operations and keeps all our product, customer, and payment data in one place. Beyond the software itself, we truly value their partnership and collaborative approach. The circuly team has provided expertise and guidance as we’ve navigated this new business model, helping us overcome challenges and evolve our strategy.

**What do you dislike about circuly?**

Like any growing software company, there’s always room for new feature development, but circuly is attentive to listening to the market’s needs. We’re excited to see how the platform continues to evolve and how we can use it to further optimise our specific business processes.

**What problems is circuly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we partnered with circuly, we anticipated significant complexity in managing a subscription model. We knew that handling everything from the online journey and payments to coordinating returns and swaps would be challenging. Circuly has solved this by providing a centralised system that connects our digital and physical operations.

As we’ve learned more about the market and the business model, we find ourselves consistently going back to circuly for their experience. For example, they’ve helped us streamline our entire stock and asset management flow, ensuring every order gets a reserved product. The shops now receive direct communication about which bikes to send and what’s coming back, which has significantly reduced manual work and streamlined communication — a crucial step in making stakeholders enthusiastic about this new business model.

Additionally, circuly’s API is incredibly adaptive. 

The platform has enabled us to achieve our goals of a scalable subscription model, allowing us to focus on our core business and our customers without getting bogged down in the operational details of subscriptions.

**What do you like best about circuly?**

KINDAMI was launched to fill a gap in the French market — while long-term subscription services for children’s equipment are already popular in Germany, the Netherlands, and the Nordics, but nothing similar existed in France. So with KINDAMI our goal was to change that and introduce a long-term subscription service for kids' equipment for the French market. During my research into companies operating this model abroad, I noticed that most of them were using circuly — and that’s how I discovered it.
From the very beginning, circuly made the onboarding and setup process incredibly smooth. The technical barrier was low, and the onboarding team guided us through every step, from configuring the platform to connecting Shopify and setting up email templates. The circuly team even helped us with go-to-market and SEO topics — something you wouldn’t normally expect from a software provider.

**What do you dislike about circuly?**

Nothing so far — we’re still early in our journey, but the collaboration and support have been excellent. The team is always quick to respond, open to feedback, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed.

**What problems is circuly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a subscription management solution, circuly made it possible to launch a completely new business model in a market where the concept didn’t exist yet. The platform provides all the tools and features we need to manage subscriptions, recurring payments, assets, and customer communication from one place. This allows us to focus on growing the business and building relationships with our customers instead of worrying about the technical setup or the operations.

**What do you like best about circuly?**

Our experience with Circuly has been notably positive in several key areas that are crucial for our operations. Firstly, the implementation process was seamless and straightforward, allowing us to integrate their solutions into our operations with minimal disruption. This ease of implementation significantly expedited our adoption process.

Additionally, the API offerings from Circuly are robust and flexibile. The APIs have enabled us to create a more connected and efficient digital ecosystem, facilitating data exchange and enhancing our operational capabilities.

Moreover, the responsiveness and effectiveness of their support team in the face of challenges have been very good. Whenever we've encountered bugs or issues, the follow-up from the Circuly team has been swift and efficient, ensuring minimal impact on our operations.

**What do you dislike about circuly?**

While the platform overall offers robust and efficient solutions, we've encountered certain limitations in terms of customization capabilities, specifically within the checkout and login pages.

Circuly addresses our critical operational challenges by streamlining our subscription management, involving a checkout solution, recurring payments, inventory tracking and a customer self-management login page.

Lots of great features are already live and in place but constant improvement of those features plus launch of new ones. Not only is our feedback extremely valued but even more so: feature requests are appreciated and often implemented. It really feels like growing together

circuly automates the whole subscription management process making this very complex business model as easy (and efficient) to manage as a regular e-commerce. E.g. 
- communication with customers is automated, 
- self service handling of the subscriptions by the customer 
- automatic renewal and charge of subscriptions + invoicing
- inventory and product lifecycle value is tracked
