KINDAMI was launched to fill a gap in the French market — while long-term subscription services for children’s equipment are already popular in Germany, the Netherlands, and the Nordics, but nothing similar existed in France. So with KINDAMI our goal was to change that and introduce a long-term subscription service for kids' equipment for the French market. During my research into companies operating this model abroad, I noticed that most of them were using circuly — and that’s how I discovered it. From the very beginning, circuly made the onboarding and setup process incredibly smooth. The technical barrier was low, and the onboarding team guided us through every step, from configuring the platform to connecting Shopify and setting up email templates. The circuly team even helped us with go-to-market and SEO topics — something you wouldn’t normally expect from a software provider.
