"Nice platform, Easy to navigate, Subpar content"

What do you like best about Chute?

Chute was a great interface and easy to navigate. They kept accessible records for every image that was approved for use, which was very nice and made working within the program simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chute?

The quality of the content was lacking. The images that were populated were not related to travel and it made it very difficult to weed through and find usable images for our purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chute solving and how is that benefiting you?

We no longer work with Chute, although we tried to create more filters to garner better images and better quality, though it wasn't working for us at the time. I cannot speak to how they filter images and how quality is now, but that is what our experience was right before switching to CrowdRiff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UGC is great for customers but also works great for our entirely remote workforce, as we use Chute to implement employee contests to showcase their workplaces, as part of building engagement among staff around the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many missing features that competitors like Pixlee and CrowdRiff offer.
