**What do you like best about Churnkey?**

I really like Churnkey for its excellent customization. It's easy to create specific flows with the correct language that fit nicely with our branding. I also appreciate how it balances customized steps with best-practice suggestions. Collecting custom cancellation reasons and providing offers to specific lapsing customers are standout features for me. The initial setup was very easy, just a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Churnkey?**

It is a great product if you use it in its entirety, not just a couple of the features. We felt that it was only cost-effective when utilising the full feature set.

**What problems is Churnkey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Churnkey simplifies the process of handling cancellations and failed payments, making it easier to funnel churning customers into alternative states without designing a complex system ourselves.

**What do you like best about Churnkey?**

Churnkey is how easy it was to integrate. The interface is very intuitive and allows for the customization of cancellation experiences, which has helped us better understand why customers leave and to implement strategies to retain them.

**What do you dislike about Churnkey?**

offer more pre-designed templates for retention flows or provide more practical examples to optimize the initial setup. And allow more customization of the integration.

**What problems is Churnkey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Churnkey, we were losing customers without clearly understanding why. Now, we can detect cancellation patterns, offer personalized solutions (such as pauses or discounts), and recover subscriptions that would otherwise have been lost. This has helped us reduce churn and improve retention without much additional effort.

**What do you like best about Churnkey?**

Churnkey makes it easy to create custom cancel flows to help identify cancellation reasons and solve those with a special offer.  The team is great to work with and the software is easy to use regardless if you are on a managed of self-serve plan.  We went with the managed plan so that their team could help implement it and set it up.

**What do you dislike about Churnkey?**

Anytime you find a great product, its natural to want it to do more than it was intended to do.  So far I like everything and I know it will continue to improve.

**What problems is Churnkey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Churnkey helps us retain customers who are likely to cancel due to timing or financial constraints.  We can present different offers and see which one is most effective so that we can be confidnet in the offers we present.

**What do you like best about Churnkey?**

Churnkey has been an invaluable asset to our business. It provides valuable insights into the root causes of customer churn, allowing us to take proactive steps to retain more customers. Additionally, their payment recovery feature has proven highly effective in recovering revenue from accounts that have fallen behind on payments. I highly recommend Churnkey to any organization looking to reduce churn and improve customer retention.

**What do you dislike about Churnkey?**

I have been working with Daniel on getting better metrics regarding the plan details.  This woudl help me save a lot of time on monthly reporting!

**What problems is Churnkey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Churnkey is helping us retain customers as well as give better insight as to which plan or plans is churning a lot.  This helps support us in our efforts to save customers.

**What do you like best about Churnkey?**

Churnkey was easy to integrate. We use Churnkey on a daily basis, mostly to recover failed invoices. We plan to incorporate more features in our processes.
They keep listening to feedback and adding new capabilities. 
Their team always answer fast, which I love.

**What do you dislike about Churnkey?**

There are some parts that don't integrate well with the way we work. We are working on a solution and I am sure we will find a solution thanks to their great team.

**What problems is Churnkey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to manually retry failed payments and contacting clients was time consuming. Thanks to Churnkey, most of it is automated now.

**What do you like best about Churnkey?**

Churnkey has been a lifesaver for improving customer retention. Its customizable offboarding flows, actionable insights, and seamless integration with platforms like Stripe and Chargebee make it incredibly effective. Within months, we saw a noticeable drop in churn rates, directly boosting revenue. The support team is excellent, always quick to help.

A must-have tool for any SaaS business focused on retention.
