Super easy to automate and be "hands-off" while staying personal. The hosted page to update your card has made it so easy for customers to update their info without logging in, and makes it a better experience for customers. **What do you dislike about Churn Buster?** It's hard to find things I dislike about Churn Buster. I will say, I was on the fence about paying for a service to help me recover revenue. I had a few custom emails I would send to customers, and was testing copy to see what worked best, but I had to do it all manually. While I was able to recover churned revenue on my own, it was as "smart" as Churn Buster. **What problems is Churn Buster solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm saving money that I wouldn't receive because of failed payments. The biggest benefits for me are: -The process is automated, and I automatically get their "best practices". I can tweak schedules and emails, but haven't found a need to yet. -The payment update page, makes it super easy for customers to update their billing info without logging back into the site. This makes this process completely painless for the customer. ### 3.
