Since 2013, Churn Buster has worked with 1,000+ subscription accounts. Dunning runs email recovery campaigns on dedicated sending infrastructure, adds SMS on platforms that support it, and measures recovery with Rolling Analysis. Cancel Flows asks why customers are leaving, shows save offers, and tests those offers against each other. It includes a one click cancel option for click-to-cancel requirements, Offer Cooldown to limit how often one customer can accept the same offer, and Sentiment AI on exit feedback. Pricing is a flat monthly fee based on MRR tier. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Churn Buster?** How easy it is to integrate into Stripe setup and use "best-practices" easily. Super easy to automate and be "hands-off" while staying personal. The hosted page to update your card has made it so easy for customers to update their info without logging in, and makes it a better experience for customers. **What do you dislike about Churn Buster?** It's hard to find things I dislike about Churn Buster. I will say, I was on the fence about paying for a service to help me recover revenue. I had a few custom emails I would send to customers, and was testing copy to see what worked best, but I had to do it all manually. While I was able to recover churned revenue on my own, it was as "smart" as Churn Buster. **What problems is Churn Buster solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm saving money that I wouldn't receive because of failed payments. The biggest benefits for me are: -The process is automated, and I automatically get their "best practices". I can tweak schedules and emails, but haven't found a need to yet. -The payment update page, makes it super easy for customers to update their billing info without logging back into the site. This makes this process completely painless for the customer. ### 3.
