Extreme lack of reporting tools, web console is clunky, limited, buggy, and ugly. I also find the subscriptions / billing models annoying to work with, requires well thought out design on client end, and changing anything is difficult.

Finding out why API calls fail generally requires a ticket to their support to look into the matter.

Sandbox is unstable which has been the source of a LOT of pain for us, errors randomly pop up with zero changes from our end. Prod is more stable (as it should be), but not being able to reliably test changes has been a huge drain of QA and developer time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Compare to other payment methods I have been integrating, Vindicia was good balance between, the payment method provider who knew what they are into and fast/effective support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
