I no longer have to switch between tabs when facilitating as Butter has so many integrations with popular tools like Miro and Google Docs Butter is unlike any other video conferencing tool because it is so bright, fun and entertaining. I regularly get great feedback from my coaching and workshop participants on how engaging they found the sessions, and that is down to Butter The customer support is second to none, with very fast response times and even emails directly from the founders who are hungry for customer insight. Simple to use and just as simple to master, I highly recommend Butter to anyone who wants to make their sessions memorable! **What do you dislike about Butter?** I'd like a native integration between Google Cal and Butter. It would also be great for participants to be completely clear how they access meetings as on occasion some attendees have been confused about how to enter. This isn't a dealbreaker as they normally quickly figure it out **What problems is Butter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Provides me with a slick and simple way to host more engaging and impactful virtual meetings and workshops. They listen to their customers and add relevant features that are requested. **What do you dislike about Butter?** I really couldn't find anything that I particularly dislike about this app. The team at Butter has done an excellent job building this app and making it fun and easy to use. If I had to choose a dislike, it would be that you can't use all the features without paying. Haha! They have to make money somehow, though! **What problems is Butter solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm not only able to make workshops and training sessions for free, but I'm also keeping my audience and students engaged and entertained. All my clients fall in love with it when they use it and have or are planning to adopt it within their organizations. I think Butter should reconsider its pricing. Basic features work very well. It makes all the other, more famous platforms look like things from the past. The design is really good, it integrates with other platforms such as YouTube, Google Calendar and Google Drive, but its unique features are what make it shine. You have emoji reactions which appear on a person's camera and help everyone see them, not being relegated to the chat like most other platforms do. Creating Polls on it is extremely easy and works fantastically well. But being able to talk to people in private inside a group call is also great. **What do you dislike about Butter?** One of the most important things in a video conference platform is certainly its connectivity. This is the top priority for me and my team when deciding on which platform we will be using and to our dismay, MeetButter's connection was terrible for most of the members in our team. I do understand this is due to geographical distance since my team is located in Brazil, not the US or Europe, and that it will be sorted out soon. But that made us change platforms even though we really loved MeetButter. **Recommendations to others considering Butter:** If your team is not based in the US or Europe, make sure everyone has a very fast internet connection to use it. Average or bad internet connections will severely hinder their experience. Teams based on those countries will probably have an easier time with it since the company is base in Denmark. Also, make sure to read the tutorials and guides from MeetButter since they explain the features from the platform, which are its main selling points and make MeetButter much better. **What problems is Butter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having meetings online with video conferences. The best benefits were the features from the platform which allowed us to do tasks during a meeting which otherwise would need a separate platform for that, such as sharing YouTube videos and doing polls. ### 16.
