It allows your intake forms (custom if you desire) to import information directly into patient demographics. Your scheduling system talks to the patient EHR and keeps patietns on track with their care plans. The two way texting feature and patient facing app have made life easier for all of our patients and have received rave reviews from them! I also love the integration with Cash Practice, which creates seamless payments and auto-drafts. If all that isn't enough, their customer service is top notch! I use their AI assistant multiple times a week for when I can't immediately remember where to find a feature, and if "Fin" doesn't know what I need, they connect me immediately to a live person. I have never been disappointed by their aim to please and true care about my practice. **What do you dislike about ChiroHD?** Truly no downsides. I can't think of anything I would change. **What problems is ChiroHD solving and how is that benefiting you?** Chiro HD allows my scheudling system, EHR, communications, reputation management and collections to be all integrated. This provides not only ease of use and ease of onboarding new users, but also far less room for errors. ### 2. From scheduling to patient records, everything is seamless and easy to navigate. The user-friendly interface makes it simple for our team to stay organized, and the integrations are seamless. The customer support is top-notch, always quick to respond and super helpful. **What do you dislike about ChiroHD?** One enhancement that would be incredibly helpful is the implementation of ERA capabilities for insurance billing. They are always friendly and helpful and respond in a timely manner. If they can't solve your problem they are never afraid to let you know they need to do some more research and they will get back to as soon as possible. **What do you dislike about ChiroHD?** I'm not happy with the insurance processing side of it. **What problems is ChiroHD solving and how is that benefiting you?** Almost every problem that I come to customer support with, the whole system is updated by the next day if it was a true glitch. ### 5. I don't have many to do and not very often so it really is minor for me, but to be able to print all would be ideal. **What problems is ChiroHD solving and how is that benefiting you?** The access to notes and just the software is phenomenal.
