We been using ChildFriendly for over a year as our complete operations system software. It is working great. We have cut back substantially on adminstrative personelle. Our staff spend minimal time on admin work and have much mre time with the children, for staff training and quality improvement. We can readily identify bottlenecks, reduce inefficencies and optimze staffing. It handles all billing, payments, communications with families, etc. and does much much more than our previous software and costs much less. **What do you dislike about ChildFriendly Pro?** I have nothing negative to say. Excited to see the new features they continue to add such as the Learning Module that was just announced. **What problems is ChildFriendly Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been searching for a software that has all the features we need to grow and run quality prorgams. ChildFriendly does exactly that. We have cut back substantially on adminstrative personelle. However, those seem to have been resolved. **What problems is ChildFriendly Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am a director of a daycare company based in Alberta, Canada that switched to Child Friendly about a year ago. Previously, we were using the leading daycare software in the industry. We have found Child Friendly to be a game-changer in making our reporting paperless, our payments error-free and subsidy collection seamless. They have built it with specific customization for Alberta which really sets it apart from the rest. No brainer if you are AB based. ### 4.
