Nothing I don't dislike, but a feature that should be consider is a quick peek into the candidates progress. I hate having to open a new window or having to go back into the main page to look at another candidate. I kind of like being able to see my list of candidates to one side and their progress on the other side, kind of like an outlook email. That would make efficiency at 100%.
