"Comprehensive Traffic Control with a Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

I like how easy it is to manage all our network rules in one place instead of juggling different tools. It also gives clear visibility into traffic, which makes it much easier to spot and fix issues quickly. Having everything in one place saves a lot of time. Instead of jumping between different cloud tools, we can update rules, review logs, and troubleshoot issues from a single dashboard, which makes day to day work much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

Some parts feel more complicated than they need to be, especially when setting up or fine-tuning policies. It can take a bit of trial and error to get everything working the way we want. Policy setup can feel a bit layered, especially when you are trying to understand how different rules interact. It would help if there were clearer guidance or examples built into the workflow, so you don't have to rely as much on documentation or trial and error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and User-Friendly Security with Minor Setup Hurdles"
What do you like best about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

I like Check Point CloudGuard Network Security because it's easy to use and effectively keeps my network safe from threats. It works fast and doesn't slow down my work. I really appreciate how I can manage everything from one place and see what's happening on my network in real time. The automatic blocking of threats without needing much intervention from me saves a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

What doesn't work as well for me is that sometimes it takes a bit of time to set up new rules when I need to make changes quickly. Also, the reports could be simpler to understand. Those are the main things I'd like to see improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cloud Guard: A One-Stop, Continuously Updated Security Solution"
What do you like best about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

Cloud Guard is one stop shop for all security related aspects of the webapplication or networking bit.

Best part is that CloudGuard keep updates the rules or security protocols and configurations regularly that enhances the security and reduces the blast radius significantly.

Manual configuration or tuning required to be very minimal. And its dashboarding features across different layers makes everyones life easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

Initial configuration and integrating with your organisation EDN will be rigid and somewhat tedious process initially.

For beginners it would really take quite some time to root through all the options it has considering its powerful nature across security aspects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Industry-Leading Threat Prevention with Seamless Unified Management"
What do you like best about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

I like its industry-leading threat prevention best, blocking 100% of malware and exploits with zero false positives per recent CyberRatings tests. The unified management console also stands out, offering consistent policies and visibility across multi-cloud and on-premises setups for seamless operations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

The main drawbacks of Check Point CloudGuard Network Security are its steep learning curve and complex initial setup, often requiring deep familiarity with Check Point ecosystems or cloud architectures. Users also criticize the high pricing, dated user interface with occasional lags, and limited support for some features like IPv6, serverless, or certain VPN modes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enterprise-Grade Cloud Security That Just Works"
What do you like best about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

When we started using Check Point CloudGuard Network Security, what struck me right away was how quickly we got solid, enterprise‑level protection without having to tear apart our existing cloud setup. Everything was up and running smoothly, and it just worked.

What I like most is that it brings together firewalling, intrusion prevention, and advanced threat protection all in one place. Whether we’re dealing with workloads in the cloud or on‑prem, the policies stay consistent and easy to manage. The management console also deserves a mention cause it’s super clear and having everything visible from one dashboard really saves time day to day.

Also, the auto scaling feature is really good, It automatically keeps up so the security layer never becomes a bottleneck, and, to be honest, It just runs in the background catching issues and anomalies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

The main thing of Check Point CloudGuard Network Security is that is not very beginner-friendly. If you think about smaller teams or people who don't have any previous experience. The initial setup can feel complex and requires some time to fully understand the different things like routing options or blades.

All this things compared to the pricing, that is definitely on the higher side compared to some cloud-native alternatives, so It's an investment that needs to be justified by a serious security requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Security with Centralized Management"
What do you like best about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

I like Check Point CloudGuard Network Security because it's a strong threat prevention tool that provides clear visibility into cloud network traffic. I appreciate the centralized security management, which makes it easier to monitor and control security policies across different cloud environments. The platform is reliable and scalable, helping to protect cloud workloads against modern cyber threats efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

One area that could be improved is the user interface, which can sometimes feel complex. Simplifying the dashboard and navigation would make it easier to manage security policies and monitor cloud activity. Additionally, improved documentation with more guiding steps would help deploy, configure, and perform tasks more quickly, with step-by-step implementation options. "Strong Zero-Day Protection and Better Traffic Visibility, with Cloud Scaling Automation"
What do you like best about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

Checkpoint CloudGuard Network Security is a good product. It has helped us to protect against Zero Day attack. we were in search for a cloud scaling and automation tool which was fulfilled by Checkpoint CloudGuard network Security. Earlier we were not able to inspect the traffic about where our actual traffic was going but due this application the requirement was fulfilled. Also, the customer support responded quickly for the query we raised Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

The architecture is complex because during implementation we found out that the complex architecture was becoming a hurdle for us. OEM should introduce more documents so that the architecture should be easily understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Cloud Security, But Prepare for a Steep Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

I really like the threat prevention accuracy and how Check Point CloudGuard Network Security handles files using Content Disarm and Reconstruction. It makes me feel secure knowing that malicious code is stripped from documents and reconstructed safely before reaching users. I also appreciate the single pane of glass management, which allows me to oversee our entire security posture across multiple clouds without constantly switching contexts. It works dependably in the background and doesn't generate a lot of false positives, reducing the time my team spends on manual investigations. The integration with cloud-native tools is smooth and gives me a clear sense of control over our network traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

While the platform is very powerful, the initial setup and policy tuning can be quite complex, especially for teams that are not already deeply familiar with the Check Point ecosystem. The learning curve is steep, and getting the configuration exactly right for a specific cloud environment takes a significant amount of time and planning. I have also noticed that the user interface can feel a bit dated and sometimes lags when I am trying to load large dashboards or complex reports, which can be frustrating during urgent tasks. Additionally, the licensing and pricing models are somewhat opaque and expensive, making it a bit difficult to map out costs as our environment scales. I would also like to see more intuitive logging tools, as the current built-in reporting can feel clunky, often requiring me to export data just to perform a clear analysis. "Centralized, Layered Defense with Strong Visibility and Logging"
What do you like best about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

What I like most about Check Point security is its centralized policy management and how it brings firewall, IPS, anti-bot, anti-virus, and sandboxing together into a single, layered defense model. It also stands out for strong logging, identity awareness, and solid visibility, which is helpful for audits as well as incident response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

Security is widely respected for its high catch rates and robust "single pane of glass" management, it is often a "love it or hate it" platform. So broadly no issue to be report as of now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Peace of Mind with CloudGuard Security"
What do you like best about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

I really appreciate the peace of mind that Check Point CloudGuard Network Security gives us. It actively monitors network traffic and blocks threats in real-time, which has led to fewer incidents and faster response to potential security issues. The visibility it provides is impressive; the intuitive dashboard shows what's happening in our cloud network at any given moment. I find it incredibly useful to see potential risks, traffic flows, and compliance status all in one place. This centralized view has saved us hours of manual monitoring and simplified our audit process. A major plus is the automation, where CloudGuard automatically applies security policies and prevents common threats, allowing our small security team to manage a large, complex cloud environment more efficiently. Integration with our existing cloud platforms like AWS and Azure was easier than expected, and the support team has been responsive when we had questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Cloud Firewall?

I think the pricing is higher than some other tools we considered, and some advanced features require more technical knowledge to configure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
