
Charm alows us to segment D2C eCommerce brands in more useful ways for our top-of-funnel research and outreach. I'm loving the Spider Charts showing channel usage. It allows us to start conversations with brands on their terms and based on how they currently attack the market. Startup and on-boarding was easy and they have a library of quick tutorials to explain how to use the tool. My ADRs use it every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
