I'm loving the Spider Charts showing channel usage. It allows us to start conversations with brands on their terms and based on how they currently attack the market. Startup and on-boarding was easy and they have a library of quick tutorials to explain how to use the tool. My ADRs use it every day. **What do you dislike about Charm.io?** At the moment it's a browser-based tool. Would love to have a desktop app version and some added intent signals. **What problems is Charm.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've had problems with ABM-focussed intent tools like 6sense or DemandBase when it comes to targeting D2C eCommerce companies. There simply aren't eCommerce-specific industry filters in those tools. While I sacrifice the intent data with Charm.io, I know I'm always working with lists of ONLY eCommerce brands. It also shows us what ad channels companies are utilizing so we can craft outbound messaging around the gaps. ### 2. Large database of brands and filters that help us determine who we want to focus on for prospecting. **What do you dislike about Charm.io?** Nothing much. It would be good to filter different contacts within the brands that we find. For example to filter for CEOs, and then managing directors etc Right now I find the brands with Charm and then use Apollo for the contact details **What problems is Charm.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps us find companies and brands that other prospecting tools do not have. Helps find similar brands and more importantly brands that are breaking out and scaling ads. ### 3. Website and social data is very useful for our company, and though we use mulltiple databases, Charm has some of the best methods to filter their database. **What do you dislike about Charm.io?** Any dislikes I have with the platform are minor, and I do believe they are working on adding or modifying features to improve the user experience. Their team has always been very receptive to my input about this, which I appreciate. **What problems is Charm.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** The monthly unique visitor filter helps us more effectively identify our ideal client profile candidates for our business development team. Identifying these brands more concisely saves our company a lot of money and time. ### 4. Not many tools on the market pay attention to recent growth. I also like the accuracy of the contacts. **What do you dislike about Charm.io?** I would like to see more technologies. I think they're continuing to add more technologies, but I'm concerned I may reach my capacity in the next few months. **What problems is Charm.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Charm is helping us build targeted lists and provide contacts for our Sales Dev teams. We have shortened the time for researching accounts with Charm which is a big benefit. We have been getting discovery call meetings at a pretty good rate. ### 7. I can qualify who we reach out to better now that I have data on brands and I can easily filter out brands out of our ideal customer profile. **What do you dislike about Charm.io?** It takes a little work to filter out the list to get the best fit of companies you want to track or reach out to. **What problems is Charm.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** There hasn't really been a centralized way to find brands and see how they are doing. Charm allows you to find brands easily with a ton of information on the company and growth. ### 8. The depth of their data and intelligence as well as the refresh rate of this data is unmatched by any other provider. **What do you dislike about Charm.io?** Not much. Data is not always 100% accurate, but that's always the case with a data vendor. **What problems is Charm.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to target the most successful and fastest growing ecommerce brands that meet the criteria for our product offering. We were able to get much more efficient with our outbound prospecting efforts, saving time and converting more leads. ### 13.
