What do you like best about Charla?

I'm satisfied with the price I paid for Charla and I appreciate that the team listens to its users to improve the platform. I primarily use the chat, the online chat translator, the AI ​​bot, and the integrated knowledge base, which enhances communication with clients. Charla is our official user liaison tool. What do you like best about Charla?

Packed with features for a such a low cost solution. We like that there is both live chat and helpdesk for offline tickets. Agent interface is a breeze, fast and very modern. Support usually respond within a day. Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Charla?

More integrations. It has Messenger integration but was hoping for Instagram as well, as some of our customers leaves messages there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
