"Regular Updates, New Features, and Responsive Support from Charla"
What do you like best about Charla?

With regular updates and the steady addition of new features, I believe they will soon become tough competitors for big players like Tidio and Chatwoot. There are still many things that are in a basic stage, but we’ve been using Charla for more than a year now, and I can clearly see the progress. Considering they have a very small team, it’s impressive how consistently they meet the deadlines set in their roadmap. No doubt they deserve 10 stars for actively improving the product and providing timely support. But since I feel is some cons so added 9 star for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Charla?

I’m mentioning this here because there are a few issues, but I genuinely believe they will be fixed. That’s also why we’re continuing to use Charla, and we don’t have any plans to shift. Still, since these points are affecting the experience, I want to call them out clearly.

First, the chatbot’s design looks a bit outdated. Second, the mobile application also needs more regular updates. Third, the desktop application should feel like a dedicated app; right now it still feels like a browser wrapped inside an app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Charla has completely transformed how I handle customer support. The AI assistant handles 90% of technical support questions and purchase inquiries automatically, saving me hours every week. The setup was straightforward, and integration with WordPress was seamless—just paste the property key and it works immediately. I use it daily as my primary support channel, and it's become essential to my workflow. The AI accurately answers complex WordPress and WooCommerce questions, providing excellent customer support 24/7. What do you dislike about Charla?

The initial setup of special instructions took some time to get right, but once configured properly, it works great. The AI occasionally needs fine-tuning to stay within topic boundaries, but the customization options allow you to control this effectively. Overall, the benefits far outweigh any minor setup time. What do you like best about Charla?

I love the versatility and ease of use of Charla, and its ability to connect with all channels like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and the Web. It's fantastic that it can be integrated anywhere and, with the new release, I've also connected it to my CRM. Charla works exceptionally well on all the channels it is connected to. The element that impressed me the most is the support, both through AI and with an indispensable human aspect, like the help from Adam, who is quick in providing correct guidance and in resolving issues. What do you dislike about Charla?

What do you like best about Charla?

I am using Charla for customer support, and I love their new chatflow features which allow us to create orders in WooCommerce directly from chat. I also like their chatbot which works for us 24 hours, improving our support even when we are offline. Additionally, the team is continuously trying to improve features, which is great. What do you like best about Charla?

I appreciate that Charla is clean and simple and actually works. I like how I can set up the bot and train it to improve every day. It's great that when an operator isn't available, the bot can come to the rescue to answer user questions. I found the initial setup to be super easy, taking only about 15 to 30 minutes. I'm satisfied with the price I paid for Charla and I appreciate that the team listens to its users to improve the platform. I primarily use the chat, the online chat translator, the AI ​​bot, and the integrated knowledge base, which enhances communication with clients. Charla is our official user liaison tool. Packed with features for a such a low cost solution. We like that there is both live chat and helpdesk for offline tickets. Agent interface is a breeze, fast and very modern. Support usually respond within a day. Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
