**What do you like best about Charla?**

With regular updates and the steady addition of new features, I believe they will soon become tough competitors for big players like Tidio and Chatwoot. There are still many things that are in a basic stage, but we’ve been using Charla for more than a year now, and I can clearly see the progress. Considering they have a very small team, it’s impressive how consistently they meet the deadlines set in their roadmap. No doubt they deserve 10 stars for actively improving the product and providing timely support. But since I feel is some cons so added 9 star for now.

**What do you dislike about Charla?**

I’m mentioning this here because there are a few issues, but I genuinely believe they will be fixed. That’s also why we’re continuing to use Charla, and we don’t have any plans to shift. Still, since these points are affecting the experience, I want to call them out clearly.

First, the chatbot’s design looks a bit outdated. Second, the mobile application also needs more regular updates. Third, the desktop application should feel like a dedicated app; right now it still feels like a browser wrapped inside an app.

**What problems is Charla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for day-to-day live chat with customers, and we also use the embedded knowledge page. Whenever we get a lot of traffic through live chat, the AI chatbot helps us reduce stress and manage the workload more smoothly.

**What do you like best about Charla?**

Charla has completely transformed how I handle customer support. The AI assistant handles 90% of technical support questions and purchase inquiries automatically, saving me hours every week. The setup was straightforward, and integration with WordPress was seamless—just paste the property key and it works immediately. I use it daily as my primary support channel, and it's become essential to my workflow. The AI accurately answers complex WordPress and WooCommerce questions, providing excellent customer support 24/7. The best part is I can focus on building products instead of constantly answering tickets.

**What do you dislike about Charla?**

The initial setup of special instructions took some time to get right, but once configured properly, it works great. The AI occasionally needs fine-tuning to stay within topic boundaries, but the customization options allow you to control this effectively. Overall, the benefits far outweigh any minor setup time.

**What problems is Charla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Charla solves the problem of being overwhelmed by support requests and sales questions. Before Charla, I spent hours every day answering technical support tickets and purchase inquiries, which took time away from product development. Now, the AI handles 90% of these questions automatically—from plugin setup and troubleshooting to pricing and feature comparisons. This benefits me by saving 10-15 hours per week, reducing ticket volume by 80%, and allowing me to focus on building and improving my plugins instead of constantly fielding support requests.

**What do you like best about Charla?**

I love the versatility and ease of use of Charla, and its ability to connect with all channels like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and the Web. It's fantastic that it can be integrated anywhere and, with the new release, I've also connected it to my CRM. Charla works exceptionally well on all the channels it is connected to. The element that impressed me the most is the support, both through AI and with an indispensable human aspect, like the help from Adam, who is quick in providing correct guidance and in resolving issues. I am recommending it to my colleagues and my clients.

**What do you dislike about Charla?**

I like everything, but the integration with Telegram is missing, which would definitely be interesting (I hope to find it in Charla soon). Of course, if the interface were also in Italian it would be better, but it's fine as it is, it's very intuitive.

**What problems is Charla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Charla solves many issues and is an tireless collaborator. I appreciate its versatility and ease of use, it connects to all channels like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and I can integrate it anywhere. The human support is truly excellent, thanks also to Adam.

**What do you like best about Charla?**

I am using Charla for customer support, and I love their new chatflow features which allow us to create orders in WooCommerce directly from chat. I also like their chatbot which works for us 24 hours, improving our support even when we are offline. Additionally, the team is continuously trying to improve features, which is great.

**What do you dislike about Charla?**

The admin interface design is confusing sometimes, but the support team told me they are working on it.

**What do you like best about Charla?**

I appreciate that Charla is clean and simple and actually works. I like how I can set up the bot and train it to improve every day. It's great that when an operator isn't available, the bot can come to the rescue to answer user questions. I found the initial setup to be super easy, taking only about 15 to 30 minutes. After testing every chat system out there, Charla came out on top. These features really stand out for me.

It can be great to have more detailed reports about visits.

Charla provides fast answers for people who need instant responses and allows me to attend to both current and potential customers efficiently.

It’s full of features , chat bots , knowledge base , routing between the live agents ,in one/tenth the price of the other tools in the market.

Tickets functionality can be added noticed a little bit with missing things like tickets merging.

**What do you like best about Charla?**

I'm satisfied with the price I paid for Charla and I appreciate that the team listens to its users to improve the platform. I primarily use the chat, the online chat translator, the AI ​​bot, and the integrated knowledge base, which enhances communication with clients. Charla is our official user liaison tool. I like that it's easy to integrate and relatively quick to learn.

We are always demanding more and more... but reliability with the AI bot and live translation is paramount.

**What do you like best about Charla?**

Packed with features for a such a low cost solution. We like that there is both live chat and helpdesk for offline tickets. Agent interface is a breeze, fast and very modern. Support usually respond within a day. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Charla?**

More integrations. It has Messenger integration but was hoping for Instagram as well, as some of our customers leaves messages there.

I use it as for my customers presales/service support, powering the live chat on my website.

**What do you like best about Charla?**

Charla covers pretty much all the basics you need to start an online business. Love the Messenger integration and Helpdesk. Great solution overall, with a fraction of the price offered by other competitors.

Maybe a Whatsapp integration would have been usefull.
