
With regular updates and the steady addition of new features, I believe they will soon become tough competitors for big players like Tidio and Chatwoot. There are still many things that are in a basic stage, but we’ve been using Charla for more than a year now, and I can clearly see the progress. Considering they have a very small team, it’s impressive how consistently they meet the deadlines set in their roadmap. No doubt they deserve 10 stars for actively improving the product and providing timely support. But since I feel is some cons so added 9 star for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’m mentioning this here because there are a few issues, but I genuinely believe they will be fixed. That’s also why we’re continuing to use Charla, and we don’t have any plans to shift. Still, since these points are affecting the experience, I want to call them out clearly.
First, the chatbot’s design looks a bit outdated. Second, the mobile application also needs more regular updates. Third, the desktop application should feel like a dedicated app; right now it still feels like a browser wrapped inside an app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
