What do you like best about CharityAdvantage?

It is very easy to get to talk with donors and get their information for my higher up employers. Very inexpensive for our nonprofit and very easy to use. The support is 100% easy to reach and very helpful. Would definitely use again. Our users love the great interface and it helps us manage and analyze our data very nicely. What do you dislike about CharityAdvantage?

Some times it is glitchy software and could use some updates. Our customers find it very useful and all users of it get the same benefits. Some older users need a little more help but they don't do that wrong. Could use a little bit more simple set though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CharityAdvantage:

Easy to get on board and support is very helpful throughout the process. It was easy to go live and was very quick. Maybe add more user friendly interface to help the average user but other than that, it is very very good software that helps you track process nicely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CharityAdvantage solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are looking to gather more donors and spread awareness of Breast Cancer. We have been able to reach, track, and thank more volunteers/donors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
