The UI is wonderful and easy to find desired content, navigate the donor page, and to create your organization's storyline. Nesting videos and photos help to bring a face to the vision, and commentary with each donation brings a real touch to each gift.

I most enjoy the Giving-Day Success objectives that Charidy supports - ensuring that we are set-up for success with multiple large donors prior to going live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the dropdowns (ie. for a team) create extra clicks that are not necessary. Not a major issue but was confusing when trying to find the donors who contributed to a team - not as present as the general organization donor list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
