Chalk simplifies the way you learn **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Pauline P. | Marketing & Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2023 **What do you like best about Chalk.com for G Suite?** I really like the fact that you can add videos and links to the designed boxes, which at the same time are easy to access because the application maintains very intuitive templates, which even allows you to make custom templates for greater comfort; plus, designs can be shared between groups, facilitating workflow. The option of using the application on any functional device is very useful, helping remote management, and avoiding using paper or many office documents. It is very practical when it comes to editing or reusing a section that has already been created, it can be easily modified and saved for a long time, and it is also possible to allow other people to use what has already been designed. The customer service works correctly when you have any questions or inconveniences. **What do you dislike about Chalk.com for G Suite?** In the main setup, starting the program is slow, but the instructions are easy to understand. When it comes to saving the created designs, it is a bit tedious, just as when it comes to keeping track it is complicated, and at the same time when printing them, it is not very efficient, because it has sections that are not deleted in the view of the tab. As a marketing manager, I require an impressive view in my sales plan, and I have to say that the text change is not very striking, but it works. **What problems is Chalk.com for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Chalk has helped me create lists and organize different things that I am able to promote and market in an efficient, eye-catching and accurate way. We use this tool to plan and teach the rest of the team in order to improve our knowledge of sales tactics and improve our communication and collaboration. It is a fantastic tool that is able to maintain an impeccable organization since the colorful style of the application helps to facilitate the location of a product or section since I can recognize all sections by their colorful palette. ### 2. They offer Plan Board which is my all-time favorite lesson plan app that offers a ton of amazing features free to teachers, including the option to track state standards alongside your lessons. They also offer a grading program where you can keep track of individual student grades, and a really easy to use attendance platform. The programs that they have developed really seem to have teachers in mind and they were developed to include features that are actually relevant in the classroom. I have tried premium paid programs that don't seem to have as many features or a single sign-on like Chalk.com does. **What do you dislike about Chalk.com for G Suite?** I wish that my county would commit to having us only use Chalk products, because while the attendance and grading platforms are great, I have to use those in combination with the county approved ones. I will forever use Plan Board for my lesson plans though because it is the best planning program I have found. **Recommendations to others considering Chalk.com for G Suite:** Try all of their programs because they are great and free to use, you might find that you want to replace the one you currently use. **What problems is Chalk.com for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to keep track of my lesson plans, student grades, and student attendance all on one website.
