What problems is Ceipal ATS solving and how is that benefiting you? Ceipal’s smooth and fast performance makes it easy to keep logs and track candidates throughout the day. Its AI features help refine searches, and the harvesting function works better than in other apps, allowing us to source candidates even when we are not actively working on a requirement. The integration with job portals like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder is more effective than using the web logins for these sites, as Ceipal helps us find the best resources across all portals. The AI features also assist in identifying the perfect match. Additionally, the ability to email and message candidates directly through Ceipal saves recruiters a significant amount of time. Tasks like resume parsing, candidate matching, and interview scheduling can be automated with the use of AI-Powered Automation, which helps us to complete a lot of duties without much time and effort. Job Posts as Integrated Job Boards integrate with more than 50 job boards for easy candidate sourcing. As for candidate engagement, Ceipal ATS allows sending mass emails or SMS marketing campaign in addition to offering branded career sites. Easy Navigation characterized this User-Friendly Interface, which was further aided by the need for Comprehensive Reporting for management purposes. There are several areas that Ceipal ATS may improve on, even though it has many useful features. The interface is functional, however, new users can feel a sense of information overload when they first log in because of the different options and settings available. When doing the integration with some job boards or VMS portals, there may be bugs that result in time wasting. It is also observed that the time it takes for customer support to respond may be prolonged which makes the users helpless in crucial circumstances. Some users say that the customization features are too basic for some specific needs that they may have.
