There are several areas that Ceipal ATS may improve on, even though it has many useful features. The interface is functional, however, new users can feel a sense of information overload when they first log in because of the different options and settings available. When doing the integration with some job boards or VMS portals, there may be bugs that result in time wasting. It is also observed that the time it takes for customer support to respond may be prolonged which makes the users helpless in crucial circumstances. Some users say that the customization features are too basic for some specific needs that they may have.
