What do you like best about eTeam?

eTeam works with big databases within their ATS which they use Job Diva, which helps them to tackle various positions. eTeam offers using of different social media tools such as Linkedin and Facebook which helps a lot to figure out multiple sources of candidates and make the pool of candidates. Hiring of different positions according to hierarchy helps make extra incentives which is around 3-5% on bigger roles to small roles which makes work more like a play. What do you dislike about eTeam?

What do you like best about eTeam?

I appreciate eTeam about their flexibility and variety they offer. eTeam works with so many different databases and are very open to handling a wide range of positions, which keeps our work very interesting and holding. The chance to use various ATS platform and social media tools like Lindkin, Indeed and Facebook to search candidates and make the pipeline efficient. What do you dislike about eTeam?

The thing which i found chanllenging in eTeam, is that sometimes client aren't as responsive as we'd like it to be. Their turnaround times can be quite short, which adds pressure and can make it difficult to manage expectations and deadline effectively. What problems is eTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?

eTeam Tackles very tricky challenge of finding the right talent or right candidate for international companies. They streamline and make hiring very easy for companies to connect with qualified candidates using various ATS(Applicant Tracking System) and VMS (Vendor Management System). Working with eTeam has given me a very start in my professional career in recruiting during my college days, working with different ATS and VMS has enhanced my ability to manage my recruitment efficiently and effectively allowing me to sharpen my skills and learn from a great team.
