
eTeam works with big databases within their ATS which they use Job Diva, which helps them to tackle various positions. eTeam offers using of different social media tools such as Linkedin and Facebook which helps a lot to figure out multiple sources of candidates and make the pool of candidates. Hiring of different positions according to hierarchy helps make extra incentives which is around 3-5% on bigger roles to small roles which makes work more like a play.
