What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?

I DON'T LIKE THAT A NEW ACCOUNT OR CLIENT HAS TO BE ENTERED TO SEND THE E-SIGNATURE

CLIENTS NEED TO SIGN BEFORE THEY CAN BE ENTERED IN THE DATA BASE

ALSO YOU CANNOT SEND E-SIGNATURE TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE ON THE SAME EMAIL HAS TO BE INDIVIDUALLY AND THAT'S TIME CONSUMING. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Effective Case Management, Looking for No-Fault Upgrade"
What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?

I find 8am CasePeer to be intuitive, with the right buttons in the right places and the right information, which helps keep things in order. It's pretty easy to use once the initial setup, which involves a lot of information input, is completed. The integration with Outlook and OneDrive works great. I like the mobile version for quick case info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?

Minnesota, and several other states are no-fault states, so it would be nice to have a section about no-fault, for instance, a section to track PIP payments, PIP coverage (stacking), and disputes about PIP medical bills (which require mandatory arbitration) and an arbitration section within the No-Fault section to track 1) medical bills; 2) wage loss; 3) Replacement Services. Also, there should be a section in the settlement section dedicated to no-fault settlements (Now, I can only pick liability or UM/UIM, and many cases have disputes with settlement discussions and I put them under UM/UIM, but it gets confusion when there is a UM/UIM underlying claim. Also, I would like to be able to generate a medical bill summary listing all of the providers, total incurred, total paid by PIP, total paid by Insurance, and current balance with some type of date stamp so that we know when it is current.
