I like how accessible and user-friendly 8am CasePeer is. Everything is organized, visible, and easy to access, which helps me work efficiently and stay on top of my tasks. I can create a new case file while I’m on a call, quickly access and update case information, and make changes to forms as needed. I’d like the home screen to have more prominent buttons or shortcuts for the features and cases I use most. When I’m on the phone handling HIPAA confirmations or checking a balance, I’d like personal information to be easier to access from the Medical Treatment tab, since I currently have to open two screens and navigate between them. I like that 8am CasePeer is designed specifically for personal injury work, so it knows what I'm doing, which makes it simple, understandable, and easy to track progress without overwhelming me with multiple options. I prefer it over other platforms I've used in the past. The Medical Treatment tab is crucial for my work, keeping all treatment centralized and organized with important information like dates, numbers, line holders, charges, and balances, giving me a full perspective on where the case stands. The document section in 8am CasePeer could be much better. The search bar doesn't work well, and I'd like it to be case-wide rather than limited to folders. It would be great to find things regardless of the folder I'm in. Adding tags could be really helpful here. Also, the drag and drop functionality could be smoother since it currently requires a few more clicks than necessary. The most beneficial feature of Casepeer is its ability to streamline and centralize information. In doing so, Casepeer eliminates or at least significantly reduces the complexity of managing medical records and follow-ups. It's so easy to organize and build a case with all the options that are available. If there's any issues, I like that you can easily message for support and it is addressed immediately. Updating information on a case is also a walk in the park. I like the customization option of organizing the side panel to organize the tabs in an order that best work for everyone.
