## Casebook Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is Casebook free, or does it offer a free trial?

No. According to G2 data, Casebook does not offer a free plan or free trial. Users need to purchase a paid plan to access the product. Visit the seller's official pricing page for current pricing details and plan options.

How much does Casebook cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Casebook pricing in 2026 starts at $29.00 and can reach $2,199.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Casebook PBC's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Casebook pricing best suited for?

Casebook's pricing is best suited for small nonprofit organizations and human services agencies, which represent the overwhelming majority of G2 reviewers. The Starter and Growth tiers fit small teams of 1 to 10 staff digitizing paper-based case management for the first time. The Team tier at $99.00/month is Casebook's most popular plan and aligns with nonprofits needing HIPAA compliance, workflow automation, and grant reporting. G2 reviewers from individual and family services, civic organizations, education management, and law enforcement also appear frequently. Casebook's Enterprise tier suits larger agencies managing thousands of client records across multiple programs and contracts, as confirmed by G2 users hosting over 4,000 client records.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Casebook?

Casebook offers no free tier. According to G2's pricing data for Casebook, the entry-level Starter plan begins at $29.00/month for up to 3 users, covering basic forms, SSO, and drag-and-drop report templates. Casebook's higher tiers unlock automated workflows, configurable forms, custom reports, SMS/MMS integration, calendar and email integration, Zapier, and webhooks. The Team tier at $99.00/month adds HIPAA BAA and security features. Casebook's Enterprise tier, starting at $2,199.00, adds API-based external data interoperability, 100 automated workflows, premium support, and volunteer user seats. G2 reviewers frequently cite reporting and workflow automation as the primary drivers for upgrading beyond the Starter plan.

Is Casebook considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Casebook are largely positive, with an average rating of 4.5/5 across predominantly small nonprofit and human services organizations. Most reviewers highlight strong customer support, customizable forms, and reporting capabilities as delivering clear value. However, cost concerns surface in a handful of reviews, with one reviewer explicitly noting Casebook is expensive for their organization. A few lower-rated reviews cite limited reporting flexibility and customization constraints relative to price. Overall, Casebook's pricing appears well-justified for nonprofits replacing spreadsheets or fragmented systems, where centralized case management and grant reporting deliver measurable efficiency gains, but budget-constrained small organizations may find the higher tiers a stretch.

"A Life-Changer for Digitizing Client Tracking—Easy to Navigate and Customize"

5/5

What do you like best about Casebook?

It has been a life changer for our organization. We’ve been able to become largely digitized, assign tasks to our staff, and personalize how we want our data organized. It only took a few weeks for us to get trained and set everything up in a way that best fits our organizational needs. Throughout our time with Casebook, we’ve also been able to make revisions to the layout as needed, and it has been supportive of updates to our procedures. Overall, it’s been useful for keeping track of our clients and is easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Casebook?

Some of the newer features have been harder to use, especially the texting feature and getting it to upload correctly to the client’s file/data. Adding emails has also been challenging. In those situations, we often end up relying on paper files or taking screenshots and uploading those instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like that I’m kept well informed about any changes or upgrades that take place. It may take a moment to get used to a new layout, but once I do, it’s still easy to navigate. I also find it useful to add service plans now that the process has been revised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organized Documentation, But Cost and Non-Chronological Dates Are Frustrating"

3.5/5

What do you like best about Casebook?

The best part about casebook is the documentation and how organized it is for where my notes and forms go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Casebook?

I think the downside is the cost of casebook over time. I think another thing is my dates don't go in order of the dates they were written. It is not chronologically in order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’m not sure whether there are any business problems this is actually trying to solve. I think it helps overall keep things in order for the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
