Casebook’s high level of customization is both a strength and a challenge—it offers great flexibility, but the many detailed decisions needed to fully build out the program can feel overwhelming. We experienced some calendar integration issues early on, but the support team was quick and responsive in resolving them. I think the downside is the cost of casebook over time. I think another thing is my dates don't go in order of the dates they were written. It is not chronologically in order.
