What do you like best about CareCloud Concierge?

Everything is in one cloud-based system, so no need for a file server or backups. The user interface is extremely easy to use and navigate. Training materials are helpful and teach things well. The system is regularly being improved and updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, support tickets can take a while to be resolved, but this has only seemed to be an issue when it's something very strange that no one has encountered before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
