This also allow us to be able to scan documents in and we have all the information needed under one thing. **What do you dislike about CareCloud Concierge?** I dislike how slow it can be! I have spend over 15 minutes waiting for it to load. **What problems is CareCloud Concierge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Billing and documentation of patients. The user interface is extremely easy to use and navigate. Training materials are helpful and teach things well. The system is regularly being improved and updated. **What do you dislike about CareCloud Concierge?** Sometimes, support tickets can take a while to be resolved, but this has only seemed to be an issue when it's something very strange that no one has encountered before. **What problems is CareCloud Concierge solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to access all patient records at any time. Having our front office and back office documentation in one system is amazing. The reports app within CareCloud is amazing - you can run reports on just about anything. ### 5.
