**What do you like best about CareCloud Concierge?**

It is visually appealing, and web based are the only likable features. 

**What do you dislike about CareCloud Concierge?**

We were sold iPad charting app that was "to be released in 2 weeks" That was 3 YEARS AGO!! It is still not available! We are leaving CC very UNHAPPY clients...

**Recommendations to others considering CareCloud Concierge:**

RUN!!!! They have no accountability, and do not stand behind their product!!!! 

**What problems is CareCloud Concierge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

not solving any! paying for a portion of an EHR that is not available is not smart business!!
