**What do you like best about Cardinity?**

I was looking or a simple/sophisticated solution for our advertisement company and came across Cardinity. What I liked - no setup fees, easy integration (especially with tutorial videos in their Youtube channel), great support and easy to navigate account area. We were a local company but decided to expand to other EU countries, so accepting payments internationally with Cardinity has been our key goal to do so. We sell services online so that was all that we needed. Now we just wait for these clients to pop up.

**What do you dislike about Cardinity?**

Except for the fact that their account area is a bit ugly, there is nothing to dislike. Paperism when registering was a small stepback (we thought that we will need to provide less documents), but idk it wasn’t a big deal.

**What problems is Cardinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said, we were a company that only had clients in single country. We were able to settle payments only with bank transfers, but when we wanted to go international we were suggested to use credit and debit bank payments. So their payment method allowed us to expand our market and target audience. Technically, not a problem, more like an improvement.

**What do you like best about Cardinity?**

I like that they are cheap and quick on response. Our company managed to
switch from another provider because we saw that Cardinity offers smaller
fees per transaction. This was the main reason we switched. The reason we
stayed is because of the way they communicate with us. I like that it's direct
and personal while providing quality support. Also, and this is the best part, is
that they are quick to respond to letters. We had a few problems which we
needed to be fixed asap. We wrote to their support, hoping that if we haven't
solved the problem by the time they respond, we would use their help.
Usually, they are faster than our google skills, so they save us time and work
to help our site.

**What do you dislike about Cardinity?**

Oh wow, the paperwork. I don't know if it's among all the providers, but I
believe the paperwork we had to provide was excessive. It was pretty
annoying. Maybe it’s not about the amounts, but the way it was handled. The
other provider we used was much more friendly on how customers upload and
show documents. Even after onboarding, we were asked to provide proof of
transaction, etc. At least that after it’s done the experience with Cardinity is
nothing but pleasant.

**Recommendations to others considering Cardinity:**

Get your business certificates and personal documents ready. I wish I knew exactly what kind of documents I need to provide in order to register

**What problems is Cardinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are saving time. With all the help to ease our use with Cardinity, we worry
less about payments and focus on our business. We fully trust our customers’
payments to Cardinity, so this is the part we do not need to worry about
anymore.

**What do you like best about Cardinity?**

I am a journalism student that tries to make it as an individual freelancer. My website is my first project, so I do not know much about website creation or payment gateways. While there is quite a lot of information about creating a website, I struggled to find decent info about payment gateways. Well, I chose Cardinity because a friend recommended them and have been pleasantly surprised. 

My experience with finance organizations was that they always seemed that they do not have time for small clients. That is what I like most about Cardinity. Their customer support managed to help me a lot while on-boarding, integrating, etc. I felt bad that I ask too much, but they were patient and helpful with every matter I had. I have no way to compare because they are the only provider I used, but since they showed care and reason while working with me, I think about no other payment gateway. While I am still working on my website, I know that all I need to do is finish my website to start selling my services. The payments part is already being handled. Overall, incredibly happy with their support, can't wait to start selling.

**What do you dislike about Cardinity?**

For an individual with a lot of loose ends, it was hard to find information about how to integrate and what documents to provide. I think my process would have been a lot smoother and faster if I knew exactly what I would be asked to provide to board with Cardinity. I haven't had documents prepared, so every time I got the letter from them on what to provide, I had a fuss searching for documents, fixing the website, etc. I bet for more experienced merchants, this is no problem, but this is the only thing I struggled with yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Cardinity:**

Do your research. I believe most people are unhappy about payment and finance services is because they lack information. I always thought and still make finances is a sensitive topic, so there are many regulations I am too lazy to read. But I bet that detailed research about it would have definitely helped while registering with Cardinity.

**What problems is Cardinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All I needed was a cheap payment provider for my website. Little did I know, I needed the support. I thought registering with the provider is easy, but without Cardinity help, I wouldn't be able to do it. I am happy to know that in the future, if I face problems or need help, I can always count on their support team to help me out.

**What do you like best about Cardinity?**

I have been using Cardinity for a year now and couldn't be happier. What I love about them is that I do not need to worry about the payments in my online store. Payouts are regular, and on time, customers' payments go through easily, and the rate is ok. If problems do occur, all I do is write their support a letter, and they help solve it quite fast. I don't need to worry about it myself, fixing bugs, etc. For me, it's a lazy merchant's dream when it comes to online payments.

**What do you dislike about Cardinity?**

I wouldn't say I liked the onboarding procedure. I believe the process can be done relatively simpler and more accessible. Starting from the registration form to uploading documents, this part of Cardinity has not yet been polished that nicely. 
Furthermore, the communication through emails is  (I believe) outdated. A customer-friendly option would be going through the process on their website or an interactive account area.

**What problems is Cardinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I save money - transferring from Stripe (which offered 5% more) is excellent. In the short run, it might not seem that much, but I managed to save quite a chunk of money over a year. 
Also, as I mentioned, I like that their support is so responsive and helpful. I do not need to worry about problems much rather than just writing them a letter.

**What do you like best about Cardinity?**

I was looking for a simple/sophisticated payment provider and came across Cardinity. What I like: 
-	No setup fees and easy integration
-	Customizable checkout look, easy to navigate account area
-	Internal checkout option
I have been using them with OpenCart, and so far, I have got no problems. I also liked their customer support, responsive, easy to understand, kind, and helpful. Tho I haven‘t faced that many issues that I would need to message them

**What do you dislike about Cardinity?**

I wouldn't say I liked the way they communicate about their product. I wanted to dig deeper and learn about e-commerce payments, but searching for information on their website was frustrating. I had to google elsewhere and then follow whether the information matches them. They would have easily avoided emails and messages from us if their website were easier to navigate.

My online store. Rather not mention.

Overall, our experience with Cardinity is ok. Payouts are on time, account area is ok, payments go through. After registration there is nothing to say bad about

I didnt like their communication and onboarding. It took too long and sending everything via email was not pleasant for me. Furthermore I had to provide more documents than I thought I would need.

Shifted from another provider quite fast since we got declined.

Easy and simple registration process. You can open merchant account in 1 day. Documents process takes also a short time up to 1-2 days.

**What do you dislike about Cardinity?**

Missing alternative payments, but promised that this feature would be enabled soon.

We can accept payments worldwide in 3 major currencies - USD, GBP and EUR.

All started nice with a good support and somehow long onboarding.

It seems like my main mistake when joining them is that I disregarded other users reviews .

A simple Cardinity Review in google will hlp you saving time and money when integrating their API and closing your account without any clear reason.

  ### 10. Great KYC, Good service.

**What do you like best about Cardinity?**

Honestly they seemed to be extremely thorough on they KYC (know your customer) aspect, which is usually a good sign. They support subscription payments which is an important requirement in my business.
They also accept all major credit and debit cards for a minimal cost for as low as 0.25 EUR + 1.3%, which is unheard of. It's basically the friendliest price in the market and on top of that, it can decrease even further depending on your turnover (and how nice you are to the team ;D). 

Also easy and smooth integration with your e-commerce management system, they provide a clear guide on integration procedures is provided.
The team is also friendly and easy to talk to, it didn't feel like talking to robots but to normal people who are trying to do their jobs to the best of their ability.

**What do you dislike about Cardinity?**

Actually they were being really annoying with the paperwork requirements, they kept asking for random papers about random shareholders, which had nothing to do with payment processing, and not at once. So they would be like "oh yeah we need 1 more document which is birth certificate and then you can process payment", and then 5 days later "oh and now another document".
I absolutely understand the requirements of KYC, and I appreciate a payment processor who follows the rules. I just think it was excessive and made the process take much longer than it should. Other payment processor's process was much quicker.

I think if Cardinity could send the full list of required documents, instead of asking them one by one in a row, it would basically solve the main thing i disliked about them. 
Again, good KYC means they care and are compliant, which is a good thing. I just disliked the process.

Have your paperwork ready, and be kind to their team. They deserve the best ! :)

**What problems is Cardinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a new payment processor to go alongside Paypal. It is really difficult to find a reliable payment processor which also supports subscription billing. 
We came from a payment processor who kept 10% in reserve and 5.5% in fees (And a robotic support team), so it was a breath of fresh air to move to Cardinity.
