"Modern Invoice Management That Truly Saves Time."
What do you like best about CANDIS?

I love how simple and intuitive CANDIS is to use while still being very powerful. The automated invoice data extraction and approval workflows save a lot of manual effort. I also appreciate the clear visibility into invoice status and the centralized document storage, which makes collaboration and tracking much easier for the entire team. CANDIS also integrates well with accounting software, making exporting invoice data smooth and reducing duplicate work. This integration keeps our financial records consistent and ensures that processed invoices move into our accounting system seamlessly. The initial setup of CANDIS was fairly easy and straightforward. The interface guided us through the main steps, and connecting our accounts and basic settings didn't take long. What do you dislike about CANDIS?

Some advanced features take time to understand for new users, so more in-app guidance or tutorials would help. Occasionally, invoice data extraction needs small manual corrections for complex formats. Improving customization options for workflows and reports would also make the platform even more flexible. One improvement I'd suggest is adding more step-by-step onboarding guides and short video tutorials to help new users get comfortable faster. Enhanced reporting and dashboard customization would also be valuable for deeper financial insights. Additionally, faster handling of edge cases in invoice recognition and more flexible approval rule settings could further improve the overall user experience. What do you like best about CANDIS?

What do you like best about CANDIS?

It gives us a clear overview over our finances and makes accounting so much easier.

What do you dislike about CANDIS?

The servers are a bit slow at times which is kinda annoying at times. But they are improving it whenever they can. The automatic connection between bills and transactions is awesome but still has some flaws like creating duplicate contacts that then need to be connected manually, but never the less its way faster that doing everything by hand ofc.
