I love how simple and intuitive CANDIS is to use while still being very powerful. The automated invoice data extraction and approval workflows save a lot of manual effort. I also appreciate the clear visibility into invoice status and the centralized document storage, which makes collaboration and tracking much easier for the entire team. CANDIS also integrates well with accounting software, making exporting invoice data smooth and reducing duplicate work. This integration keeps our financial records consistent and ensures that processed invoices move into our accounting system seamlessly. The initial setup of CANDIS was fairly easy and straightforward. The interface guided us through the main steps, and connecting our accounts and basic settings didn't take long. One improvement I'd suggest is adding more step-by-step onboarding guides and short video tutorials to help new users get comfortable faster. Enhanced reporting and dashboard customization would also be valuable for deeper financial insights.
