Sharing resources, and engaging with members is efficient as well. **What do you dislike about CampusGroups?** It has a complex interface and lack coustomization options. **What problems is CampusGroups solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me to manage various events and helped in group management and communication with various tools and features it provides such as event registration, ticketing and group collaboration, etc. ### 2. The QR code function is great. The system is flexible enough and gives you many options for setting up your events. The member directory is also very helpful. You can also allow external guests to sign up for clubs and events even they don't have an account with your institution. It's also very nice that admins can impersonate other users to help troubleshoot issues or provide support. **What do you dislike about CampusGroups?** The report module can be slow sometimes. While the directory function is very good and flexible, there isn't a way to list everyone and print out the list. **What problems is CampusGroups solving and how is that benefiting you?** We provide this tool to student clubs. Because the tool is fairly easy to use, club leaders are able to manage their own club sites and events without much training and handholding. This allows them autonomy and self-reliance. ### 3. This is extremely important because the paper flyers we create for our events can be replicated for CampusGroups. It makes it easier for students and faculty to get the most important information about an event, besides the description. In addition, you can use and create tags for events. This makes it simple for students and faculty to find events that are geared towards them. For example, I can tag an event as "LGBTQ" and those in the community can search for events specifically tagged as such. **What do you dislike about CampusGroups?** One thing I dislike about CampusGroups is that when I have created an event, there is no way to preview it before posting. Yes, I can save it as a draft and then preview that way, but it would be much easier if there was an ability to just click "Preview" to see what the event will look like once it goes live on CampusGroups. **Recommendations to others considering CampusGroups:** If you want your events to be easily created and user-friendly, then CampusGroups may be the system for you! **What problems is CampusGroups solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find that our events are being better reached for students and faculty. Every day, emails are automatically sent out through our own campus system that lists events for the next two dates. They can easily click on the event and it brings them to our event page. The integration is excellent and by allowing students and faculty to register for the amount, it gives our organization a better idea as to how many people will be at our events.
