What I like best about CampaignDrive is how efficient it is for creating marketing collateral across multiple campaigns. I use it consistently on a monthly basis, and the platform is generally very user-friendly. It makes it easy to stay on brand while producing materials quickly without having to rely on our internal Creative team. On top of that, the support from the Pica9 team is exceptional—they’re responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help us succeed. That said, there are still areas where the platform could improve. At times, it can be slow to load, which affects efficiency—especially during high-volume periods. There are also some usability limitations, such as the lack of an “undo” feature, which can make editing more cumbersome than expected. Additionally, we’ve experienced occasional issues with integrating product content and updates, which can delay projects when we have to either manually update or wait for linked content to refresh. This platform has been a huge help for our brand marketing at the local level. What’s most helpful is its ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple locations while still giving local teams the flexibility they need to customize content. The least helpful aspect is that the platform can have a bit of a learning curve for new users, especially those less familiar with digital asset management tools. Some of the workflows can feel a little confusing at first until you get used to how the system is structured.

Pica9 was an intuitive platform for placing orders and downloading materials. Whenever one of our clients had an issue with the site, it was often easy to troubleshoot and resolve. Reports were easy to access and decipher and when there was an issue that I couldn't resolve on my own, our representative was always quick to respond and help. There were a lot of steps to uploading materials to the site, especially when the materials you were uploading could be ordered through a printer. We created a detailed step-by-step checklist to ensure everything was input correctly but this essential part of the process sometimes took quite a while to complete. You can find the perfect templates for all your needs and customize them according to your liking and get a really professional looking flyer, rack card, business card etc. Pica9 has plenty of categories to choose from. It functionally transformed how we go to market with our POS material. Campaign Drive allowed us to do that, and we've seen 200% jumps in activation in market because we're delivering messaging that actually resonates and are customized to each market.

With integration taking place over a year ago, we are still learning the platform, Pica9 offers the necessary customer support of CampaignDrive to better utilize the features available.
