More importantly, it allows our end users the experience to deliver a tailored client experience at scale by customizing print materials, ordering them directly through our CampaignDrive instance and communicating or reporting on it all the way through. Jessica and the team are always super helpful and on top of our requests when we have issues. Streamlines workflow and increases efficiency – using CampaignDrive, our team has successfully built a one-stop shop for our locations to get everything they need for key promotions throughout the year. Our self-service ad builder site has significantly reduced the number of one-off requests submitted to our Marketing team, and we are confident in knowing that the materials downloaded from the site are both brand and legally compliant. User friendly – with minimal training, our field users can easily download assets and generate documents in minutes. There’s certainly a learning curve for those who are less tech savvy, but they report that it’s easy to use and intuitive once they get acquainted with the site. Customer support – our Customer Success representative has been a really great partner for us. She’s taken the time to get to know us and our business over the years, and she works alongside us to help find effective solutions for our field users. There aren’t always out-of-the-box solutions available for our unique business model/use case, but she is been extremely supportive in helping us brainstorm and implement custom solutions to fit our needs. Time consuming – depending on the size of your company, it could be someone’s full-time job to maintain and enhance the site, as it takes a lot of time to build campaigns and troubleshoot along the way. Enhancements may or may not be relevant – many feature releases are specific to landing pages, digital assets, HTML templates, order fulfillment, etc. Kudos to Pica9 for expanding offerings in these areas, but it's just not our primary use for the tool. As a graphic designer, whatever designs I can conceive of can generally be done using the Pica9 system. It's robust and offers a lot. It also offers a great amount of flexility on which design elements I want the end user to have access to and which ones I can make inaccessible to them. What do you dislike about CampaignDrive by Pica9? It's not a very intutive system, and there's a pretty steep learning curve. It's also a bit cumbersome to re-create and re-size new design elements one at a time rather than simply being able to copy and paste. When you have many assets in one folder it can be time-consuming to scroll through pages. Pica9 is rather easy for users to use which wasn't always the case with our previous DAM provider. You can send direct content links to people. I like being able to have approval over templates & seeing documents from people in my organzation once they submit them to be sure they're accurate, on0brand, and grammatically correct before they go for print. Scrolling through pages on Pica9 takes forever, difficult when trying to look through an entire library of hundreds of assets when you can only see like 12 at a time. Difficult to search for images on the software. Not an easy/ intuitive user experience, older people at our company especially struggle with this platform. Dislike that it can't host video content when a lot of our company's content is mp4 files.
