
Calltouch is easy to use and doesn’t need much training. The setup is straightforward, and we were able to start using it quickly. It has good features for call tracking and analytics, which we use regularly for monitoring leads and performance. Integration with other tools like CRM and marketing platforms is smooth. Some reports and advanced features are a bit difficult to understand at first and could be more user-friendly. Occasionally, the dashboard feels cluttered when handling a large number of calls.
