**What do you like best about CallSine?**

I really appreciate CallSine's ease of use, as setting up the system was incredibly simple. The intuitive interface allowed me to configure accounts and integrate with LinkedIn and Outlook in under ten minutes, including AI training specific to our organization. I love how CallSine helps relay our messages to potential customers, making our outreach much more effective with its custom integration and message delivery capabilities. The ability to find prospective audiences just by describing our ideal customer is immensely valuable, as is its functionality to draft content and campaigns that are tailored to our services. CallSine's large amount of reporting provides essential feedback, enabling us to refine our messaging to better inform prospective clients. The user experience is outstanding due to the beautifully designed user interfaces, making it a great software solution overall.

**What do you dislike about CallSine?**

up till now, nothing. I can monitor all the agent activity and see what is going on.

**What problems is CallSine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CallSine to relay messages to potential customers, benefiting from custom integration and message delivery. It finds prospective audiences and drafts content, simplifying lead generation and enhancing communication.

**What do you like best about CallSine?**

The system is extremely structured and you don't get the random output or hallucinations that you can expect with other AI tools we have tried.  We use this in place of a dedicated sales person and get the perfect outreach that runs all day and night for us.

**What do you dislike about CallSine?**

We have no complaints - best platform out there in our opinion

**What problems is CallSine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business is based on networking and referrals so spending hours personalizing emails would take all day, or we'd need to hire someone just for business development.  CallSine handles all of this including sequenced outreach that can actually pull more personalized info than we would include if we had to do it on our own

**What do you like best about CallSine?**

I find CallSine incredibly easy to set up, especially with the help of their team, which made the entire process smooth. The software significantly enhances the effectiveness of a small sales team, scaling our top-of-funnel acquisition, which is crucial for our sales automation and lead generation efforts. I particularly appreciate the LinkedIn integrations, allowing seamless connections and interactions to boost lead acquisition. The feature where an agent can handle tasks for us is also invaluable, saving time and resources. Their dashboards and reporting are instrumental in providing insights into the sales process, while their customer service is commendably supportive and responsive. Overall, the platform has led to increased conversions and revenue, which is why I would purchase CallSine again. My satisfaction is further underscored by a perfect recommendation score of 10 out of 10.

**What do you like best about CallSine?**

I find the AI capability of CallSine to be significantly better compared to other tools, making it incredibly easy to use. The intuitive setup process stands out because the tool is designed to guide users through prompts, which is effective for both experienced and new representatives. I am particularly impressed by its Agentic AI feature, which creates highly personalized messages for each prospect, allowing me to effectively reach a very specific target market and secure more meetings. I also appreciate the built-in database of potential target market contacts, and I love how easy it is to create campaigns and personalized messages. Its integration with our CRM system is seamless, enabling me to drive more value across the sales team without spending much time on prospecting. The campaigns feature is impressive as it allows me to use both email and LinkedIn, automatically generating messages based on my chosen contact frequency for each prospect. The CRM integration lets me continue running Salesforce reports while CallSine handles campaigns with minimal involvement from the sales team. Additionally, the new AI Agent feature is anticipated to simplify campaign creation further, allowing the sales team to focus more on closing deals rather than prospecting.

CallSine offers impressive power, which does come with a learning curve when you first begin using it. The platform provides extensive customization options, making it a strong choice for personalized outreach, though it may require some time to explore and master all its features. However, after becoming comfortable with the system, the improvements in both performance and personalization make the initial effort worthwhile.

At Franklin 500 Entertainment, our focus is on content creation and audience development, so effective outreach is essential—whether we're reaching out to potential partners, collaborators, or new subscribers. Previously, our outreach process was both time-consuming and lacked the level of personalization needed to make a real impact. CallSine has addressed these challenges by automating and enhancing our outbound calls with AI-driven messaging that comes across as both personalized and genuine. This allows us to expand our outreach efforts while maintaining relevance, ensuring each call feels purposeful and consistent with our brand. **What do you like best about CallSine?**

For sales (med device) specifically, don’t usually have the time to do extensive outreach and follow-up. Was able to spend more time in the field talking to prospects in person/case supporting.

**What do you dislike about CallSine?**

Not fully integrated with my CRM so still had to do some initial inputting.

**What problems is CallSine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Send concise consistent emails to prospects as well as follow up without my having to take a day out of the field for prospecting via email and calls.

Its great that it uses AI to create such unique messages.

**What do you dislike about CallSine?**

Getting it to work has been an uphill battle and just not intuitive enough. I just gave up after multiple weeks and sessions with their team to get it to function correctly.

**What problems is CallSine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ideally, it was supposed to solve the problem of having automated follow-ups that weren't scripted but rather AI generated. I couldn't get  to that step with the bugs though.

I like the power and simplicity. It is easy to get started. I simply upload contacts and content, then the powerful AI takes care of writing great emails. Here is why they are great:

-personalized based on research the AI does on the content provided
-engaging

**What do you dislike about CallSine?**

Compared to other sales engagement tools, at first look it seems like there is less tooling than other sales engagement tools. And, it is true. But, if you are looking for strictly the best tool to produce emails that convert this is it. The other aspects? You may want to look at a more robust sales engagement tool.

**What problems is CallSine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rep efficiency - spend less time on research and drafting emails.
