Sharing meeting links with the clients is simple, which removes back-and-forth emails that we used for scheduling. They have forever, they are not well interoperable and it is hard to tell people that you have 4 different calendars that to schedule time with you requires looking at all of them. But Calendly pulls all those together and tells people when they can actually reach you, and that is such an obviously desirable feature it is shocking it took so long for Calendly to come along and solve the problem. **What do you dislike about Calendly?** Calendly is part of the way to solving my calendaring problems. I wish that it pulled together information from the different calendars and provided 1 single easy to use aggregated calendar. It’s clean, intuitive, and doesn’t make you jump through hoops just to set up a simple meeting link. The automation and workflows are like my backend assistant. It has really helped me schedule so many things, and make setting up meetings with people much simpler. **What do you dislike about Calendly?** The main opportunity is to easily create (1) off meetings outside the set schedule. Right now, this requires multiple steps. **What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Calendly primarily for two things: booking guests for my podcast, Deep Shallow Dive, and setting up 30-minute intro calls. For the podcast, it saves me from the endless back-and-forth that used to come with coordinating interviews. I just send the link, they pick a time, and it’s locked in. Scheduling was always a hassle until Calendly came along; super grateful! **What do you dislike about Calendly?** Because my calendar items are complicated, it's not automated as I'd like -- I manually go in and update my availability regularly which is prone to error (since I don't always remember when I schedule something outside of Calendly to go in and update my availability. After one hour back in Bookings, I paid for Calendly out of pocket. The UI and UX makes it the best I've ever used. I set up my pro version of Calendly in use a few minutes. While I could have used the tutorial provided, the user flow is simple enough that I didn't need to. I felt confident to just walk through the questions and insert whatever I needed. Calendly is my default calendar manager - I send it to folks so much that it's on my business cards. That means you always need to create two event types, one for each language. This is quite annoying because we cannot just use one event type. I have shared my link with so easily they can do. Using link on my emails and messages as well **What do you dislike about Calendly?** Overall I like the features of Calendly very well **What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Calendly helps in scheduling the meeting effectively. Even though I was using Google Calendar scheduler it limits storing the customer details for further follow up. No more back & forth emails of "what about this day/time?" Additionally, I like that I can setup rules/parameters for my calendar like 30 minute buffers between meetings. This is helpful so that I don't get overbooked and have time to reset between meetings. **What do you dislike about Calendly?** I honestly cannot think of any reason why to dislike Calendly. **What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Makes it easy for prospects to see my calendar and book times that are available for them. Instead of the back and forth I can just send a link and our clients can schedule a meeting that works for you. No more conflicts and issue of availabilities and visibility. Calendly has distinctive vision on how meeting should be scheduled and they made it extremely easy to use. We have embedded their script on our dashboard and with API - our internal ERP updates everyone involved. **What do you dislike about Calendly?** Since Calendly is constantly evolving and updating - its really hard to mention which I dislike. **What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Calendly for two use case - scheduling meetings with client and hiring new talents. Google calendar has no issue but it was always a bottleneck for our team. Visibility across teams about meetings became challenge as volume went up. Thanks to Calendly - this problem got solved. ### 49.
