## Calendly Reviews
  ### 1. Effortless Scheduling with Reliable Reminders

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raquib . | Student, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I often use Calendly to schedule meeting dates and times with HRs and senior executives, and it feels organized and official. One of the most useful features is that if a meeting has been set up and dates are decided, a reminder for the same can be added directly to my calendar. This feature of pairing with my own calendar for reminders has been particularly useful. Although I don't use it often, I also like that we can add buffers before and after each meeting, allowing for breaks which is quite conscious and useful. Setting it up was pretty simple, much like a regular calendar app with the added feature of booking or scheduling a meeting.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I think the issue of booking a lot of meetings could be improved. Like, a particular genre, let's say an interview, should have a daily cap of 4 interviews per day, which should be customizable by the user. This gives more freedom to the user and reduces strain for both parties.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly helps me fix meeting dates with HRs and executives efficiently. It solves authenticity issues by serving as an official meeting agreement. The set reminder feature integrates with my calendar, organizing my schedule and ensuring I don't miss appointments.

  ### 2. A user-friendly interface and a well-organized calendar to plan each day

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Definitely, the calendar organization and the friendly user interface help me plan my day, both professionally and personally. I can have my calendar up to date.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Nothing to complain about: I love everything about this product. I wouldn't change a thing.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization and planning: the app helps me avoid overlapping events and facilitates real-time collaboration.

  ### 3. Automatic Calendar Sync That Keeps My Schedule Perfectly Booked

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahil S. | Frontend Software Developer | UI/UX Designer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

The best part is how it syncs with my calendar automatically. Once a client books a slot, it appears on my phone immediately, anf time is blocked ofd so nobody else can book it.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The worst part is that the free version only allows one meeting type.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly stops the back and forth emails when trying to pick meeting time. It lets clients see my available slots and book a call instantly, which saves me time and keeps my calendar organized.

  ### 4. Disappointing Experience, Poor Support

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick T. | Audio Engineer

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I don't currently appreciate anything about Calendly. I may have given it a second chance, but rude customer service was the final straw.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I don't like that Calendly didn't fulfill its main value proposition, which is particularly disappointing since the last encounter was entirely ineffective. I was really frustrated with the customer service, as they were rude. Also, the confirmation email didn't help at all—it lacked the date, time, or a meeting link, just pushing a free trial instead. It's annoying because the whole point is to make booking meetings easy, but now it just made things complicated for me.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly worked for booking meetings in the past, but recently failed, sending a confirmation email without critical details, leading to frustrations and extra work.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akash M. | CTO, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

What I like best about Calendly is how simple it makes scheduling. Instead of endless email exchanges, I can just share my link and let others pick a time that works for them. The integration with Google Calendar is seamless, and I appreciate the reminders it sends - it reduces no-shows. It feels professional, saves time, and creates a smooth experience for both me and the people booking with me

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The main drawback with Calendly is that some of the more useful features, like advanced integrations and customization, are locked behind the paid plans. For smaller teams or individual users, the free version can feel a bit limited. Also, first-time users sometimes find it a little confusing to set up their availability. Other than that, once it’s set up, it works smoothly.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves the constant back-and-forth of trying to find a meeting time that works for everyone. ### 12. Great for Scheduling, Limited in Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah C. | Independent Contractor, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I like how easy it is to set up Calendly and create meeting types. It really solved my problem of limiting the number of meetings without having to monitor it manually.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The limit on the number of meetings could only be applied to a specific timeframe, like a day or a week. This meant I had to set availability for one week at a time to ensure the project didn't exceed a certain number of signups. It was annoying for me because it still required some manual management and was probably hard for users as well, who couldn't sign up more than a week out.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to offer meetings with changing time slots daily and an automatic limit on total meetings without manual oversight. It's easy to set up and creates meeting types effortlessly, solving my need to limit meetings automatically.

I also appreciate the analytics and team features that make coordination smoother. Overall, Calendly is a reliable, time-saving, and user-friendly tool that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to streamline their scheduling process.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

One thing I dislike about Calendly is that many of the advanced and most useful features (like round-robin scheduling or detailed customization) are only available in the paid version. For small teams or individuals, this can feel restrictive

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves the hassle of scheduling by removing the back-and-forth emails and confusion over time zones. It also ensures there are no double bookings, helps manage buffer times between meetings, and sends automatic reminders so no one forgets their appointments.

Calendly makes scheduling effortless with intuitive availability tracking, customizable working hours, and built-in buffers between meetings. The user experience is clean and straightforward, which helps both our team and candidates book time quickly without unnecessary back-and-forth.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

We’ve had a very positive experience overall. As our scheduling needs continue to evolve, additional customization options for more complex scheduling scenarios and team-based availability would make the platform even stronger.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves the challenge of scheduling inefficiencies and back-and-forth communication by giving candidates and recruiters clear visibility into real-time availability. It benefits our team by reducing administrative time, ensuring meetings respect working hours and built-in buffers, and creating a smooth, professional scheduling experience for everyone involved.

  ### 35. Flexible Calendar Sync and Preset Scheduling Options are Great

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I appreciate the preset calendar options and the ability to sync with multiple types of calendars. I also like that I can customize my schedule into 15-minute, 30-minute, or 1-hour time blocks.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

It can feel a bit static when there aren’t any options that work, or when an option works but not for the full amount of time needed. Also, I find the process of adding participants to be clunky.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It eliminates the back-and-forth of trying to find time across multiple calendars for meetings. It lets someone choose the times that work for them from a pre-selected set of options that also work for me.

  ### 36. Effortless Scheduling and Seamless Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vimal M. | Sales executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Calendly simplifies the scheduling process and eliminates much of the usual back-and-forth communication. Its seamless integration with calendars makes it easy to manage meetings efficiently, which is particularly helpful when coordinating with several people.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Sometimes the interface feels slightly rigid and changing availability or rules for different meeting types can take extra time.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly simplifies appointment scheduling for health checkups by allowing users to book slots easily without calls or follow-ups. It reduces scheduling errors, saves time for our team, and improves the overall booking experience for customers.

I love how reliable the service is; I’ve never had an issue with it, and it does the job very well. The customizability of Calendly stands out for me, like being able to write my own thank you emails and choose where the meeting happens, which I find really helpful. I also appreciate how straightforward the integration is when using Calendly with Webflow for my clients. The initial setup of Calendly was very easy and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The user interface could be improved

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly helps me get appointments booked quicker by removing unnecessary back and forth to arrange meetings.

  ### 38. Recommended | A must for Businesses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anam A. | RevOps and CRM Specialist, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly saves so much time for teams that need to constantly connect with clients-whether in sales or customer support.
What I like best:
 - It saves so much time. Earlier people used to exchange so many emails just to find one slot. Now - with a single link, you can schedule a meeting, send follow-up emails, and have everything automatically synced in one place.
 - Very easy integration with website and CRMs.
- Good customer support.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

For low-tier plans - features are very limited. It can get a little pricey if one needs to do customisation.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a book a demo page on our website. That's linked with Calendly, it helps us bring leads by properly integrating it with sales team calendars.
Our key account managers team uses it on daily basis to book meetings with customers - no back and forth emails, they just share an email with link - and boom, all the work is done.
I love it!

  ### 40. Calendly and Zapier integration review from a user and automation experts POV

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mehandi I. | Automation Expert, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Pricing is something that they can improve along with AI capabilities

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems calendly is solving and its benefits are:-

a) Online appointment scheduling for different events either - event wise, department wise.

b) No more hustle to check the available time slots in the calendar, simply send the calendly event link and you are good to go.

  ### 41. Easy Scheduling Saving Time from Long Email Threads

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

What I like the most is just how easy it makes scheduling. Seriously, it takes the whole annoying back-and-forth long email chains out of the equation. I just send one link and people can see exactly when I'm free, pick a time that works for them, and it all just shows up on my Calendar. It honestly saves me like 30 minutes a week, maybe more. It just works as expected, very simple to use which is all I really want from a tool like this.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

My main issue is that I feel it is a bit overpriced for what it is, especially if I need to make some adjustments or use slightly more advanced features. For instance, if you want to be able to set up group meetings or remove the Calendly branding, you have to jump up to a pricier tier, and I don't really use those other features enough to justify the cost. Also, sometimes the mobile experience is a little clunky, I always have to go through the desktop to make edits.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly is basically solving the massive time sink of scheduling. Before I used it, setting up a single meeting could take three, four, maybe even five emails going back and forth: “Are you free Tuesday at 2?” “No, how about Wednesday at 10?” “Can’t do 10, does 11 work?” It was an absolute headache. Now, it's literally instant, all I have to do is just send one link and the meeting gets scheduled.

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I use Calendly for calendar management, and I really like the feature of sending emails to recipients with all meeting details without manual intervention. It schedules meetings on my behalf and sends emails to recipients, as well as reminders before meetings. The setup was user-friendly; I just had to create an account and start.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

as such no dislikes

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly schedules meetings on my behalf, sends emails to recipients with meeting details, and reminds them before meetings.

  ### 44. Saves Time and Makes Interview Scheduling Easy—Even on the Go

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa M. | Human Resources Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

This app saves me so much time and frustration when scheduling candidates for interviews. I can also use the app directly from my phone while I’m on the go, which makes life so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I do not have any complaints at the moment.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

The basic plan covers the major features that are required to use for free.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The price of the upgrade plan is a bit higher than expected.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it automatically adjusts the meeting schedule

  ### 46. Effortless Scheduling with a Few Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Auroshikha D. | Developer Support Specialist, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I really like the slot feature in Calendly, which is super helpful. Breaking it down into multiple slots throughout the day allows my clients to know exactly what times are available, bringing certainty to scheduling meetings. Also, setting up Calendly was incredibly easy, much simpler than I expected, and the available guides were very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I did face some difficulty finding the time zone configurator, which was relatively little bit harder to find than it should have been. And also, sometimes meetings get double booked on my calendar, so I'm not sure how that happens.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly helps with the configuration of different time zones and provides a slot feature that's very helpful for letting clients know about my availability.

  ### 47. Great Greenhouse Integration, But Needs Single-Use Link Option

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

We use this everyday. Its easy to use/set up. I like that I can integrate it into Greenhouse for easy scheduling. I also like that I can separate the type of meetings that I have. For example, some of my interviews are video screens and some are over the phone. I also like that I can customize my interviews for each meeting type.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The part that I absolutely dislike is that when you send out the link, they aren't single use. I'd prefer to not have to send out an individual link every time I want it to be single use. For example, I send out multiple links, one for each candidate. They should only be able to use that link once. I mentioned this to a rep once and they said they'd tell the higher ups about my feedback.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping me with scheduling different interviews. I can also schedule using my team members links as well. Its very user-friendly.

  ### 48. Effortless Scheduling for Me and My Clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I love the ease of use and how easy it is for my clients and contacts to schedule with me.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

There are options being offered that I don't need and already have (AI etc). They seem redundant to existing apps.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that I can create different types of meetings with different criteria for booking (clients, networking, interviewing, etc.)

  ### 49. Ease of Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

What I like best about Calendly is how seamlessly it streamlines scheduling. It eliminates the endless back-and-forth emails by allowing clients and team members to book time based on real-time availability. The integration with Google Calendar, Zoom, and other apps makes coordination effortless.

From an operations standpoint, it helps me stay organized, reduces no-shows through automatic reminders, and presents a professional image to clients. They appreciate how easy it is to schedule with me. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and takes maybe five minutes to master. It’s one of those tools that pays for itself in time saved.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

While Calendly is a great tool overall, what I dislike most is that some of its more advanced features, like text reminders, group scheduling, and integrations with CRMs or payment systems, are locked behind higher-tier plans. It can get pricey if you’re managing multiple users or need branding customization.

Another minor frustration is when clients don’t confirm time zones correctly, even though Calendly adjusts automatically, it can still create confusion for people who aren’t tech-savvy. I’d also like to see more flexibility in customizing notifications and follow-up sequences.

Overall, though, those are small drawbacks compared to the convenience it provides, but for small business owners or independent reps, the pricing tiers can sting a bit.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves the constant back-and-forth chaos of scheduling meetings, plain and simple. Before using it, I was wasting hours each week trying to find times that worked for clients, recruits, and team members. Now, everything runs on autopilot. People can instantly see my availability, book a time that works for them, and automatically get a Zoom link and reminder, all without me lifting a finger.

For my business, this means more productivity, fewer no-shows, and a much smoother client experience. It keeps me looking professional and organized, which matters a lot when you’re meeting with families, training new reps, or running interviews.

Calendly helps me focus on meaningful conversations instead of admin work, and that’s been a game-changer for time management and growth. It’s like having a personal assistant that never sleeps.

  ### 50. Effortless Scheduling, Stellar Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayushi D L. | Webflow Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I like the easy setup process and the customization possible with Calendly. It saves the back and forth and small talk for someone looking to get my professional website development services. I also appreciate that it only makes work life easier, and I found it super easy to sign up and mark my availability. Calendly is self-explanatory, and making the switch from email conversations and small talk to this tool has been beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

The embed customisation is limited for different devices

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly saves me from the back and forth and small talk when clients want my services; they can just book a call through the link. We switched from email and small talk to the self-explanatory Calendly link.
