**What do you like best about Calendly?**

We used to use Excel to book a full day of phone interviews, but the effort was becoming much too manual. We ended up using Calendly in order to automate our interview scheduling with job seekers and free up administrative time. It is very simple for candidates to use, they can pick a time that works best for them, they receive an email confirmation of their call and it automatically goes into our recruiters Google calendars.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

There are a lot of features to set up on a link and it can be confusing for my team to follow. I decided to make a template that could be cloned since we tend to make many Calendly links. If one button is not clicked properly on properly within the settings of the link, the link may not display as we would hope.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly is the software that helps us in scheduling business meetings quickly by sending a link with all the date and time details to the another party and when they agrees to the preferd time and date which happens just by clicking on that link then it automatically schedules the meeting and sends a reminder to both the parties. That's why it makes all the to do list online for us.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

If you are using free plan of the software then it is not customisable at all. Also, if you face any bug while maintaining all the to do list then their support team is also very unresponsive. They take more than 5 days to reply for a single complaint ticket.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As calendly can easily get integrated with Google calendar, workspace, Outlook and Microsoft. So, if you want to work use it as an API tool with different softwares for exchanging data then it is a most resourceful and useful software for any business but if you want to use it alone without integrations then it might not be the best option for you.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

What I like most about Calendly is how easy it makes scheduling meetings without the usual back-and-forth emails. The ability to share a simple booking link where people can see my availability and schedule a time that works for both of us is incredibly convenient. I also really appreciate the automatic calendar syncing and reminders, which help prevent double bookings and reduce no-shows. Overall, it saves time, keeps my schedule organized, and makes the booking process smooth for both me and my clients.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Some things about Calendly that could be improved are the limited customization options on the lower-tier plans and the pricing structure for some advanced features. Certain features like multiple calendar connections, detailed workflows, or more branding control require upgrading to higher plans, which can feel restrictive for small businesses or independent users. It would also be helpful if the interface offered more flexibility for customizing booking pages and forms to better match personal or business branding. Overall, while the platform works very well for scheduling, expanding customization and making more features available in the basic plans would make it even more user-friendly.

I use Calendly to simplify scheduling, making it easy for people to book appointments without back-and-forth emails. It syncs automatically with my calendar and sends reminders, preventing double bookings and reducing no-shows, saving time and keeping my schedule organized.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly makes scheduling calls and appointments for my business incredibly easy. I can set up different types of appointments and even accept payments, and set up an availability calendar that works across different events, so I don't have to make myself unavailable 5 different times. I was able to integrate it in my website incredibly easily as well. I truly can't imagine using anything else.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I wish it could be integrated with more payment processors, but that is literally my only complaint. All the other features have been useful and helpful.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I require discovery calls to learn how to best help potential clients in my brand strategy and design business, because I've found that real-time conversations help me to convert faster. I've been using Calendly since I started offering these calls, and I've watched the tools and features improve over time. It is an invaluable part of the way I do busines.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I really love how Calendly creatively handles scheduling from the start. It’s super convenient how the platform lets me manage my schedule and provides an available booking management system for my audience and clients. They can book meetings directly at their convenient time, and it aligns with mine, saving a lot of email exchanges. I think it's fantastic how it was easy to use from the get-go. You just open a web page, and it guides you on when to book and how to book, which makes it really straightforward. It also shows the relevant time zones, which is great when coordinating with people in different regions. The way Calendly reflects meetings on my calendar and informs both parties is amazing and impressive. I think they have one of the best UI designs because it’s very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I really cannot edit my time slots, like, for example, making it fifteen minutes instead of thirty minutes. I think there was a bug in it. I really did not know how to fix this. And I would really appreciate, like, booking a meeting. It can actually open it in the same place. Like, it would then take you to another web page or home page, like, simply from the email attachment. You can interact with the gadgets or the extension or the tool to book from without opening a new page.

I use Calendly to manage my schedule and provide a booking system for clients. It saves a lot of conversations and emails, avoiding unnoticed messages. Calendly helps me directly book meetings at convenient times, reducing miscommunication.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly is very useful for scheduling meetings and calls. I find it a really great app that has helped me a lot in my work. I particularly like the meetings feature and the auto-schedule, as it links with the calendar, so I don't need to schedule manually. Additionally, the initial setup of Calendly was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Edit after the call is scheduled for one on one or round robin. Also, I think meeting names that I have created should be used.

I find Calendly very useful for scheduling meetings and calls. It links my calendar and allows me to auto-schedule, so I don't need to schedule manually.

I've had numerous times where the service has been down or offline which has resulted in missed bookings for sales calls

I needed a calendar booking system that integrated with TypeForm, Google, and HubSpot. This benefits me by having clean forms for potential customers in HubSpots where they don't have to leave the form to fill out a calendar booking, then it's all logged and tracked in my CRM.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Its Ai agent is amazing helping me in all my Scheduling and the best thing is that its smart meeting summaries, because of this functionality I don't need any additional meeting recorder or summarizer to actually summarize the entire meeting for me and make the minutes of the meeting. This is the best functionality so far for me and it is helping me in my day to day meeting schedules automating maximum meetings tasks for me.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

It has a learning curve when make an advance setup which is sometimes gets harder as you have to be very patient while making it because of error and trial.

It was a bit difficult to schedule interviews according to the candidate's suitability, but with this software, I can offer different options of timing and they can select the most convenient time.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I really like that Calendly has a specific note area where I can write down my specific message for the students. It also solves my meeting and coordination problems and benefits me by giving clients the option of choosing increments of half hours and hours. The initial setup was very easy, and I linked it with my Webex calendar and personal room. It didn't take long at all, and there was a step-by-step instruction for doing it.

The thing that could be improved is the optics. The colors are bland.

Calendly solves my meeting problems and coordination. It benefits my students by offering flexible scheduling in increments of half hours and hours.

I like how easy Calendly is to use, and I appreciate that it can be shared with multiple people. I love how it integrates with my Google Calendar and other call recording tools, providing me with complete control over all my meetings. I use Calendly to arrange my new client agenda and sync it with my team. I really appreciate how it lets me provide prospects with an easy way to book and helps me organize my team's agenda without double booking. The setup and implementation are easy, which I like a lot. Calendly allows me to easily set up different calendars and monitor them all in one place. Plus, I can sync everything with one Google Calendar to avoid double bookings. It's a simple, straightforward tool, which makes my work much easier.

I don't like that it takes a minute to load when embedded in a landing page and sometimes people think the link is broken.

I use Calendly to book meetings from my website, and it has been really helpful because I don't have to deal with any back and forth with people interested in booking with me. They can easily see my calendar and available slots. I like that it's easy to use, and the initial setup was a breeze—it was up and running within 10 minutes. It’s easy to embed on my website, and I can easily embed any availability calendar. Plus, it syncs perfectly with my Google Calendar.

It has very limited use in my workflow, maybe they can improve that.

Calendly so far has been great and I am still using calendly. I have more bookings now and I even embedded it on my website, so this embedding has helped me to share my booking page directly from my website. This shows a sense of professionalism to my clients.

In the new era of AI, I think calendly should have more AI features which is missing right now with Calendly. So they should work more on this.

Finding the time on someone's schedule and then hoping them to honor the time is really challenging. Calendly booking makes it easy to book the time and makes sure there is no double booking at the same time. Also I can check my calendar for appointments and I keep getting reminders so I do not miss my appointments. So i think this was a big challenge that Calendly is solving for small business like me.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly is a free meeting scheduler for businesses and consultants. It works with all popular calendars. 

All you have to do is set working hours on Calendly and share the Calendly link with clients. It will check your calendar and show only free slots to your clients. 

I can set meeting rules in advance, including duration and buffer time. This is an essential tool for sales calls, interviews, and coaching sessions.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I started using Calendly recently. It works with many tools. I have to find out if there is any drawback.

Calendly helps me offer better consultation and service through virtual meetings. I can share a Calendly link with clients for scheduling a meeting. No need to worry about other processes. It will accept bookings and remind me in time.

I appreciate how Calendly allows us to group colleagues and merge our calendars to find common free times. This feature makes it convenient for prospects to book with us. My favorite part is definitely the group link feature, which means not just my calendar, but I can add another two or three of my colleagues, and it will only show timings that work for all of us. The initial setup is very easy; once you set up the pages you want, you just have to share the link with the prospect, and they can book directly from there.

Calendly takes away the back-and-forth of finding a meeting time. I just share my link, and people pick a slot that fits their schedule. It automatically adds the event to my calendar and sends reminders, so I never miss a meeting. It’s clean, easy to use, and saves a lot of time every week.

Sometimes I wish there were a few more customization options for the free plan, like adding my company logo or adjusting the reminder message. Other than that, it works really smoothly.

I don’t have anything I dislike about Calendly; it does its job well and works exactly as I need it to.

We needed something that could read our Google Calendars and route a client to the correct staff member. Our other platforms integrate with Google Calendar to create an appointment, but they don’t actually read the calendar or offer true two-way integration.

The best thing that i know about calendly is the availability feature that it gives, I can just put the timings and it will do it by own. Also, calendly just creates a web page for booking a meeting, also it creates a webpage for me where client can come and book meeting as per their convenience. I can just now put my availability and the clients can book the meeting from there and it has also a feature where clients or anyone have to book at lest 4 hour prior. We can also just ask some questions before a meeting so we can do the meeting more efficiently. I can share the link of my webpage instead of going back and forth for fixing a timing where I am available.

I really like that Calendly is a very simple product that's easy to use and not confusing at all. It syncs really well with Google Calendar, which is a huge plus for me. What's also great is that I can customize forms and capture more information, like understanding where a customer is coming from or their potential problems, by creating specific questions. Embedding Calendly into our website is a seamless process, as it opens up a form-like structure that reduces friction for users booking a demo, making everything smooth. We've been using their free plan, which has been pretty much helpful for us since we have lower volumes and our use cases don't require a paid plan. Besides, the initial setup is straightforward and customer-friendly, without needing any training, and I was able to set everything up in less than thirty minutes.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I use Calendly to manage all my external consulting sessions and it handles all the time zone math for me, which used to be a major headache. I love that it completely removes the mental load of scheduling. I used to have constant anxiety about double booking myself or forgetting to send a Zoom link, but now I don't even think about it. The features that help me most are buffers and minimum notice, ensuring I'm always organized and ready instead of just reacting to my schedule. The initial setup was extremely easy, and I appreciate how it integrated with Zoom.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

It's currently difficult to sync directly with Apple/iCloud calendars. I often have to use Google Calendar as a middleman, which is an extra annoying step. I think they should bring back direct support. I'd like to see native support returned so users don't have to switch to Google or Outlook.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to manage external consulting sessions across time zones, eliminating scheduling headaches. It removes the mental load of scheduling, preventing double bookings and sending reminders like Zoom links. Features such as buffers and minimum notice ensure I am organized and ready, not just reacting to my schedule.

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I use Calendly for scheduling and letting people book demo appointments. I like that it allows me to open calendar slots and enable people to book slots, sending us both appointment reminders. It's simple and easy to integrate into a website and send email links. The initial setup was very easy due to its good onboarding workflow.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Some features could be free but I understand the paywall
