## Calendly Reviews
 ### 1. Effortless Scheduling with Seamless Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sasi B. | Business Development Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I use Calendly to schedule meetings with potential prospects, which has helped me generate valid inbound leads and reduce the time to qualify drastically. I love how it automates meeting schedules with interactive quick qualified questions, allowing me to eliminate prospects without an immediate need. Calendly is user-friendly and easy to get used to. What I most loved was being able to create an interactive calendar link that integrates with any calendar (GMeet, Teams, or Apple). Both parties can see their available time slots and book a specific time slot based on availability. It overcomes constraints from different time zone differences and helps streamline the process irrespective of global presence. The initial setup of Calendly was very easy, taking less than two hours. We picked Calendly for its immediate functionality and professional look for our clients. The pricing of this product is much better than other alternatives.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Some workflows might not work as expected if we don't sync the secondary calendar. Calendly might show us as available when actually we are not. Sometimes there will be performance issues while accessing the portal

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to schedule meetings with potential prospects, which has helped automate scheduling, reduce the time to qualify leads, and eliminate prospects without immediate needs. It integrates calendars, solving time zone issues and making the process seamless.

 ### 2. A Game Changer for Streamlining Scheduling of Meetings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabina K. | IT Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I like how people can book a meeting with us directly based on our availability. We also get automated emails that confirm and remind them about the meeting. As a result our team does not have to make many follow-up calls. We can set up types of meetings with specific lengths and break times. This feature also lets us manage a lot of meetings, across team members easily.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

It feels restrictive that features like routing forms and team scheduling are locked behind higher tier plans. Integration options with CRM tools like Salesforce are limited unless you are on the most expensive plan.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly has solved the headache of scheduling meetings across conventional time zones as well as availability windows. This has saved our team many hours and allows us to focus on higher value work instead of managing back-and-forth scheduling emails and calendar conflicts.

 ### 3. Calendly Streamlined Our Scheduling with Seamless Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sierra C. | Practice Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

We have been using Calendly at our office to streamline patient and client scheduling, and it has made a noticeable improvement in our day-to-day workflow. It eliminates the back-and-forth of finding appointment times and allows patients to self-schedule based on real availability, which saves our team a significant amount of administrative time.

The integration with our calendar system works seamlessly, and automatic reminders help reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations. We also appreciate how easy it is to customize appointment types and availability based on provider schedules.

Overall, Calendly has helped us stay more organized, improve patient communication, and keep our schedule running more efficiently. It’s simple to use, reliable, and has become an essential part of our front office workflow.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

1. Customer support can be slow or limited
A frequent complaint is that support isn’t very responsive, especially for billing or technical issues. Users often rely on help articles instead of live help.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves the inefficiency of manual scheduling by allowing clients to book appointments instantly, reducing administrative workload, minimizing scheduling conflicts, and improving overall customer experience.

 ### 4. Highly Customizable, Minimalist Scheduling with Seamless Calendar Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan B. | Owner and CPA, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I find the customizability of Calendly is quite detailed and I really can't think of any features it's lacking in terms of its integration with all my various different calendars. I also really like the design. I think it's important that the user interface is thoughtfully constructed and that my clients and prospective clients have a seamless experience when trying to book a meeting. Calendly does this well with the fewest number of clicks possible. The design is minimalistic but also comprehensive

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Overall I have almost no issues with Calendly. The only slight thing that I wish I could have Calendly do is book buffer events around the start and end of an event that are just private and only I can see. They're not inviting the person but frankly it probably can do that and I just haven't found that feature or spent enough time looking

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to manage meeting times and save back-and-forth emails and scheduling. I also really love using the booking questions as a means to collect information for prospective clients that can automatically be worked into my Zapier workflow and cause trigger actions based on responses beyond just having booked a meeting. I kind of build out a context profile for any specific prospect based on Calendly responses and I love it

 ### 5. Flawless Multi-Calendar Sync and Routing Forms for High-Value Meetings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aman J. | Founder, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

The seamless user experience and universal adoption are its biggest strengths. The real time sync across multiple calendars (Google, Outlook, iCloud) is flawless, virtually eliminating double-bookings. The Routing Forms are also excellent, allowing you to qualify leads before they ever touch your calendar, ensuring you only spend time on high value conversations.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Nothing much, but if I have to put something out; the branding and customization options are quite limited on lower-tier plans. Also, while the UI is clean for the booker, the admin backend can feel a bit rigid when trying to set up complex team based "Round Robin" rules or multi-step automated workflows compared to newer, more flexible competitors.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By automating the coordination and timezone math, it shortens our sales cycle and significantly reduces no show rates through automated SMS/Email reminders. The primary benefit is recovered time, it saves our team several hours of administrative work per week, allowing us to focus entirely on closing deals.

 ### 6. A smart and reliable tool for hassle free scheduling and makes meetings much more efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** VINAY P. | Mechanical Design Engineer, Design, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I like Calendly for the convenience and time savings it brings to scheduling. It turns a usually slow and repetitive process into something quick and seamless. Instead of exchanging multiple emails to find a suitable meeting time, we can simply share a booking link and let others choose from available slots, making scheduling much more efficient and far less frustrating. I appreciate how easy Calendly is to use, with a clean, straightforward, and simple interface that both our team and external contacts can navigate without confusion. Setting it up and managing it requires minimal effort, which is especially useful in a busy work environment where speed and clarity matter. I also value the professional experience it creates, making the booking process look organized and polished, which is important when scheduling with clients, candidates, or partners. Additionally, it helps us stay more structured internally by ensuring appointments are clearly arranged and easier to manage, reducing scheduling stress, and creating a more organized and professional way to book meetings. It's a simple tool, but it has a big impact on daily productivity and communication.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Calendly works very well overall. But there are a few areas where it could be improved. At times, some of the more advanced features can feel limited unless you move to higher tier, which may not be ideal for smaller teams or users with simpler needs. It would also be helpful to have even more flexibility in customization, especially for branding, booking pages, and meeting workflows. Another area for improvement is how certain settings and options are organized. The platform is generally easy to use, but some features can take a little time to locate or configure properly.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to streamline meeting scheduling, saving time and reducing the back-and-forth emails. It simplifies appointment management, prevents overlaps, and creates an organized booking process. This helps us stay on the same page, making scheduling efficient and hassle-free.

 ### 7. It was my first choice for the perfect and easy to use scheduler and years later. It still is.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siddhartha K. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Best tool for booking consultation calls. It’s easy to set up meeting reminders, and it’s just as easy to create your own custom booking link.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Calendly has improved a lot, and I’ve been using it for a long time. I do wish we could store meeting recording links, or have more editing options to better personalize the meetings that were booked.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly gave me my first free, easy-to-use booking link that I could share with clients. Since I was just starting my business in 2024, Calendly provided the perfect way for me to manage bookings and stay organized. Now I’m considering adding more users to Calendly, but that will depend on whether I can manage them through an admin account and access reporting.

 ### 8. A simple and reliable tool for scheduling meetings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahilparvat G. | Salesforce Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

What I like most about Calendly is how simple it makes scheduling meetings. Instead of going back and forth through emails trying to find a time that works, I can just share my scheduling link and the other person can pick a convenient slot. It saves a lot of time and keeps everything organized. I also like that it integrates with my calendar and automatically blocks unavailable times, which helps avoid double bookings.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

One small downside is that some useful features are only available in the paid plans, so the free version can feel a bit limited if you need more advanced scheduling options. It’s still a great tool overall, but having a few more features available in the free tier would make it even better.D

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly helps solve the problem of back-and-forth emails when trying to schedule meetings. Earlier it used to take multiple messages just to finalize a suitable time, which was inefficient. With Calendly I can simply share my availability link and the other person can choose a time that works for them. It saves time, keeps scheduling organized, and reduces the chances of double bookings since it syncs with my calendar.

 ### 9. Simple to Use and Easy to Set Up for Calendaring & Booking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lloyd W. | Operations Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

It a very simple to use piece of software. One of the easiest to set up and run for basic calendaring and booking. Integrates with your standard calendars and video conferencing like outlook/google/exchange/zoom/teams/webex.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

We don't love that we cannot double book appointments. I know they have group appointments and team scheduling but we wanted round robin staff members to look at each of their appointments and decide whether they want to double book that spot so they'd have two appointments at the same time. Many companies do this as a way to deal with rising no-show rates. We send a confirmation text for each appointment and if the lead doesn't respond then we double book the spot. In order to do this, we had to move to a different solution because it just couldn't work in Calendly. As a result we now use both Calendly and Oncehub. We also wish it integrated with our CRM (keap), though we work around it using Zapier.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A simple way for leads to book appointments on our calendars that fits into our workflows, that is easy to administer and manage. It is low maintenance and easy to set up.

 ### 10. Calendly: Best-in-Class Scheduling with All the Integrations We Need

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor N. | People Experience Lead/HR Manager, Human Resources, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I think that Calendly is the best scheduling tool out there as far as having all of the integrations that I need and for me to oversee my team and their schedules. Customer support is great - very friendly, helpful, and prompt. It is easy to integrate into our existing tools. We use it extremely often, on a weekly basis.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Calendly is not always user-friendly, especially for people who are not tech-savvy. I do not struggle with using the platform, but a few people on my team do because they find that what they are looking for is not always in the most intuitive spot. Sometimes, despite marking themselves as busy on their calendar, Calendly still presents those dates/times as options for booking.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly allows us to schedule meetings on an ongoing basis without needing to monitor it in order to keep the work organized. As the team lead, I was able to set it up and "forget it" without needing to go in and make changes very often.

 ### 11. Easy Calendar Sync and Shareable Links for Seamless Client Scheduling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel F. | Tax Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I like that I can sync my calendars to it and that it clearly shows my availability. It made it so much easier not to have to manually enter my schedule into Calendly. I also like having a link that’s easy to share with prospective and current clients so they can seamlessly set up meetings. With the paid option, I can create different links for different types of meetings, which helps me prepare appropriately for each one. It only took a few minutes to set up, and I really appreciated that. When I needed to contact customer support, they were responsive and provided solutions quickly. I didn't have to wait for days for them to respond. I don't log in frequently because I don't need to. It is always functioning the way it needs to.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I haven't had great luck syncing it with my zoom account so I can just have my zoom meeting info sent to the client. It would be nice if they made that easier to use. I also don't like that I can't see how many people have signed up for a webinar type meeting, even though it appears that there is that functionality.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time in scheduling appointments and meetings. I do not need to email back and forth or call a client several times to set up a meeting. I just share my link and they can choose a time that works for them with my availability. Both the client and I know how the meeting will be held and who is contacting who first.

 ### 12. Effortless Scheduling with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amaan R. | Ads manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I love how Calendly integrates directly with my Google Calendar, Zoom, and Meet. The notification features before meetings for reminders are mind-blowing. I appreciate that I don't have to worry about creating a Zoom link after getting an appointment, as this tool does it for me very smoothly. It's also great that I don't have to manually send Zoom links or do follow-ups; everything is on this tool. I'd rate the initial setup a 10/10, and I'm highly likely to recommend Calendly to others.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

You can give a generous option for follow-up emails in free plans too. Just the follow-up reminder email part will be a big addition.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly integrates with my Google Calendar to manage meetings, sends reminders, and automatically creates Zoom links, which streamlines scheduling, setup, and communication. And not only that it also shows sync with my friends calander to have a clarity

 ### 13. Easy Setup and Highly Customizable Scheduling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra D. | Onboarding Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I use Calendly to schedule all my meetings with clients as the head of onboarding. It's the best platform for scheduling my meetings and adding settings, questions, reminders, etc., to my meetings. I love how you can create different meeting templates and schedule templates. I really appreciate how you can customize everything from the questions you ask before the meeting to the message you send as a reminder to your clients. The setup was very easy, and it's a very intuitive platform.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I wish you could set a maximum of meeting per day which the platform doesn't allow right now.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to schedule all my meetings with ease. It allows me to customize settings, questions, and reminders, making it the best platform for managing client meetings.

 ### 14. Time saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Terry R. | Co-Owner / Co - Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I love how I don't have to send two to four emails just to get a 30 minute meeting scheduled. I like how I can have different meeting times available to send to different clients based on their needs and the type of meeting we need.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I would like it to be a little easier to connect multiple calendars to the platform. It was a little complicated to figure out.
I would also like my business partner to be notified of appointments when they are scheduled on our work calendar.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to send multiple emails to make appointments and then having to resend to other clients to let them know a time is not available. I love how that is automatically updated.

 ### 15. Effortless Scheduling, But Multi-Calendar Confusion

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Çağrı P. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I really like using Calendly for its straightforward functionality in booking emails, allowing others to easily schedule fifteen-minute one-on-ones with me. It's very convenient that it integrates with Google, making scheduling seamless. I also appreciate how easy it is to send a link directly to people who want to meet with me, whether through embedding it on my website or including it in emails. This feature makes it possible for them to choose a time that works when I'm available, which is great for one-on-one meetings or scheduling interviews. The initial setup with Calendly is very easy. Setting up the domain address or Calendly username, as well as meeting times and availability, is straightforward. I can share the link or embed it on my website easily.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Managing multiple calendars is a bit confusing for me. Sometimes it doesn't show when I'm not available, and it's challenging to hit all my calendars and check. It's a bit confusing to set these up, especially when I have a different calendar and an appointment. Setting it up can be very confusing, and sometimes I can't really show it or understand it myself.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly for booking emails, making it easy for others to book one-on-one meetings with me. It provides a link I can send or embed in emails and my website, allowing people to schedule meetings or interviews when I'm available.

 ### 16. Effortless Scheduling, Needs Faster Loading Times

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Osaki P. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I really appreciate how Calendly solves my scheduling problems by allowing me to create different types of event types for my clients, which is super helpful. I also like being able to customize how many people can book in for group checking calls. The thing I like most is the one-time link feature that lets me share a link instead of my entire calendar, which I find super helpful. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy, and it's easy to just set up and cost-effective, especially since it's free if you don't need notifications. Even if you're a large organization, it becomes super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I think the extension could be improved a little bit. Sometimes it takes a while to load the pages, so maybe faster loading times.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves scheduling issues by allowing me to create various event types for different clients and customize participant numbers. This is especially useful for group calls. I love the one-time copy link feature instead of sharing my whole calendar.

 ### 17. Simplifies Scheduling, but Pricing for Teams Can Be Steep

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tosin O. | Founding Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I really like the general ease of use of Calendly. It's great because people can easily book meetings without having to log in or create their own accounts. The brand recognition is a plus, too. I feel like it makes me appear professional, and I can update the branding on my booking page, so people know they're in the right place. Everything feels very legitimate and seamless. Additionally, Calendly helps me manage my multiple income sources by aggregating different calendars and avoiding double bookings, which saves me a lot of time by reducing back-and-forth emails about availability.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

There are some small moments where Calendly isn't a perfect solution to my problems, like when I'm working a part-time job or using a client's calendar. It's not like Calendly places the events across many or all of my calendars. Therefore, people might pop a meeting into my day at a time that conflicts with another calendar. It's not as helpful when someone does not check Calendly before scheduling. Lastly, I don't like how quickly the pricing goes up if I want to integrate team members. Paying for an entire additional user every year is quite cost-prohibitive, especially when I only occasionally need this feature.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly aggregates all my different calendars, preventing double bookings and keeping my schedule up to date. It saves time by reducing back and forth emails about availability.

 ### 18. Streamlined Scheduling with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sachin J. | Co-Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I think the easy interface in Calendly makes managing schedules with different slots convenient. I also find it easy to reschedule or delete any event. The analytics integration is quite useful, allowing me to get insights easily. Furthermore, using Calendly with Teams is really easy, making collaboration straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I think it can be helpful with Calendly to insert a couple of slots directly in my email. Right now, I have to paste the link, but sometimes I've seen in some other tools that I can just paste a couple of slots in the email body, and the user can click on a slot and directly book the meeting. So that is one step less for the customer to book the meeting. Also, setting up Calendly was slightly difficult. Not very easy, definitely, because managing slots, the interface was a little complex.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves calendar management by eliminating back-and-forth scheduling. I just share my link, and people can pick a slot. It handles meeting rescheduling and team coordination with round-robin scheduling, making sure calls are covered even when I'm unavailable.

 ### 19. Calendly Makes Scheduling Business Meetings Simple and Shareable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bahadur M. | Designing Team Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I mostly use calendly for scheduling our business meetings. As this tool generates online link and can easily be shared through emails and whatsapp where the other member of team can click on the link and join the meeting instantly. Irrespective of asking all of them one by one this is the platform that helps in conducting professional meet up in simple and easy steps.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

As I use calendly almost everyday and the CRM integration that it provides is little complex to handle. Sometime the complete integration of zoom takes a lot of time and permissions which makes the process of meeting scheduling little time taking but overall it's a good tool for businesses according to my user experience.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The user interface of calendly is also quite simple, we are able to learn about its basic features just in 3 days and it can easily get installed in our mobile phones. After integrating it with zoom and Google meet we are able to connect with our core team and clients all over the world just by generating the meeting links.

 ### 20. Calendly makes booking meetings as simple as it ever could be.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

It's such a super easy tool to use with a simply user interface and amazing performance. It integrates with Microsoft and ZOOM perfectly. It integrates with so many more apps as well, I just used Microsoft and ZOOM.
The free option is amazing and isn't particularly limiting at all. You don't really need support or onboarding. It's all so easy and simple to use. However there are loads of support services for anyone who needs it.

The app doesn't really need any AI as it's just a simply time booking tool.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

It might be cool and helpful to add some AI to the platform, or even if you could integrate some AI into it to make booking meetings and summarising notes easier and meeting prep easier as well.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't really encountered any problems with Calendly. I have spent the last 4 years using it and I would never go back. It's incredible.

 ### 21. User-Friendly with Visible Logo

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cynthia N. | Founder, Sustainability Marketing Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I liked that Calendly was free and easy to set up. It was a free tool that allowed me to have an online calendar available for clients to book a time with me at their convenience. The platform itself is easy, user-friendly, and has a super easy setup.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I didn't like that the logo of Calendly was big on the calendar and taking a lot of space. Aesthetically, it didn't look well, in my opinion. It was like too much advertisement of Calendly on it. I think they just need to make the logo a bit smaller, even better if it doesn't appear on the calendar at all. It made me look like if I couldn't afford to buy the plan, so it was obvious that everyone knew that it was a free service. That doesn't look well, especially if you are in the digital marketing business.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Calendly as it provided a free online calendar for scheduling appointments, making it easy for clients to book times at their convenience.

 ### 22. Streamlined Meeting Scheduling with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saniul A. | Senior Business Development Executive, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I use Calendly for setting up regular meetings with my clients and partners, and I love the simplicity of it. Once the setup has been completed once, it's good to go. I can include my available hours and specific time slots as per my own convenience. It's quite easy for the clients or partners too, as they can easily book a call without any hassle. Scheduling calls is easier because I can provide my convenient times for the meetings, and I don't need to set the meetings manually each time. By setting up my available hours, clients can instantly choose a suitable time slot without the need to wait or manually schedule a call from Google Meet.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

In the reports section there should be more filtering options for generating specific reports for my needs. The UI/UX could be improved I believe. There are certain points where the user needs some time to find.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to easily schedule meetings without manually setting them up each time. It simplifies booking with my available hours and time slots, making it hassle-free for clients and partners.

 ### 23. Effortless Scheduling, Perfect for Small Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Souptik D. | Co-Founder, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I use Calendly to schedule client reviews and design syncs, which keeps my calendar clean and clients happy. It solves scheduling chaos by eliminating back-and-forth emails about 'What time works for you?' Clients can pick time slots that fit my calendar, allowing me to stay focused on design rather than logistics. I like how clean and intuitive Calendly is, with no clutter or learning curve, and it syncs perfectly with my calendar so I can focus on design, not scheduling. Calendly also slots right into my workflow with Notion and Slack. The initial setup was very easy, taking under 5 minutes. It scaled perfectly for my small team of 2 to 10 people without needing complex admin setup.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I wish it had smarter time-zone handling for global clients, sometimes the auto-adjust feels clunky. Also, more customization for booking pages (like adding design system colors or micro-interactions) would be a win.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to schedule client reviews, keeping my calendar clean and clients happy. It solves scheduling chaos, eliminating back-and-forth emails. It integrates with Notion and Slack, fitting right into my workflow and letting me stay focused on design, not logistics.

 ### 24. Effortless Scheduling, But Needs Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prakhar P. | Machine Learning Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I use Calendly to automatically schedule meetings without having to take follow-ups, which saves time and automates booking while making me look professional with automatic calendar management. I love that I can set my availability once and create meeting types, then just share my link. When I set my availability, people know exactly when they can book me, and creating meeting types allows me to control the purpose of the meetings with pre-designed booking options. Also, the initial setup of Calendly is quite easy; you just install and log in.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

It feels sometimes too rigid. When we set availability it strictly follows that. There is no quick adjustment for specific days unless you manually change it. It can limit control over your day. Once people book randomly within your available slots, your day gets fragmented like one call at 2 pm and another at 5 pm.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to automatically schedule meetings without needing follow-ups, saving time, automating booking, and looking professional with automatic calendar management.

 ### 25. Effortless Scheduling with Versatile Event Types

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I use Calendly for scheduling meetings and events, and I share it with others so they can book time with me. It saves me time by allowing me to book time with people and others with me more easily. I like the ease of scheduling time and think it's nice to have different types of events. It is nice to be able to use it for webinars, individual meetings, group meetings, interviews, etc. The initial setup was pretty simple.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Sometimes you have to dig pretty deep to determine what the right type of event for your use. I would like more clarity on event functionality.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly saves me time by making it easy to schedule meetings and events. I share it with others to book time with me, and I appreciate the ability to use it for different types of events.

 ### 26. Calendly Makes Scheduling Seamless with Smart Automation and a Clean, Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremiah I. | Business Operations Manager, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly has completely transformed how I manage meetings and scheduling. I really appreciate how effortless it is to coordinate with clients, colleagues, and partners without the endless back-and-forth of emails. The interface feels clean, intuitive, and easy to use, so setting my availability, customising meeting types, and integrating with the calendars and tools I already rely on is straightforward. The automation features like reminders, time zone detection, and buffer times save me countless hours and help me stay organised. Overall, it’s a reliable, professional, time-saving solution that makes scheduling seamless for everyone involved.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

While Calendly is incredibly useful, some advanced features, like certain integrations, reporting, and customisation options, are only available in the paid plans. It would be great if more functionality were accessible in the free version. Additionally, occasionally syncing across multiple calendars can be a bit slow or require manual refreshes. Overall, these are minor issues compared to the time and efficiency it saves.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly takes the frustration out of scheduling conflicts, endless email back-and-forth, and manual calendar updates. Because it lets others book meetings based on my real-time availability, it saves me hours each week and greatly reduces the chance of double bookings. Automated reminders and time zone detection help meetings run smoothly, and the seamless integrations with my calendar and other productivity tools keep everything organised in one place. Overall, it improves my efficiency and creates a more professional experience for both clients and colleagues.

 ### 27. Effortless Client Scheduling with Zoom Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle M. | Health Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I like the interface and find it really easy to use. The integration with other software like Zoom is nice because it makes booking appointments really easy, and I love that meetings are automatically generated. Using Calendly as a go-between for me and my clients makes scheduling fast and efficient. The app on my phone allows me to easily edit and block out my availability, and I appreciate the ability to automatically set holidays off. It's nice that Calendly solves the issue of repeatedly sharing my availability with clients, allowing for a much faster, efficient process where clients can book whenever it works for them.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

There could be more integrations for Calendly. It could work better with things like Square or Vagaro. Also, I think it's not customizable enough. I would love to be able to change appointments and sort them by color and have the actual calendar look a little bit more fresh and updated. Additionally, the app layout is a little bit less functional than the desktop version, and it took a little bit to get used to it.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to avoid repeatedly updating clients on my availability, making scheduling faster. They can see my schedule and book directly. Integrating with Zoom, it simplifies meeting setups as they automatically appear in my scheduler, saving time and hassle.

 ### 28. Effortless Scheduling, Needs Better Integration Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniela A. | Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I like that Calendly is easy to use. I also appreciate the fact that it converts meeting times to the appropriate time zones, which is relevant to the client. It's really user friendly and makes setting up meetings straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I think when it comes to being able to customize some of the integrations, it would help. Or being able to add sales tax on the payments that's more automated. Because with some services, individuals might be offering the service to different countries or different states. So having that built-in audit automation of the sales tax issue or at least being able to set that up appropriately would be a step in the right direction.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves the issue of finding a suitable meeting time, especially with clients in different time zones. It's easy to use and automatically converts meeting times to the client's local time.

 ### 29. Calendly Turned Scheduling Chaos Into Effortless Time Savings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michel d. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I’ve been using Calendly for a while now, and it’s fundamentally changed the way I manage my schedule. If you ever find yourself spending time sending “Does this time work for you?” emails back and forth, this tool feels like a non-negotiable asset.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

It has effectively turned my inbox from a scheduling battlefield into a place where work actually gets done. By removing the friction of all the back-and-forth, I’m saving at least two hours of administrative “busy work” every week. It’s the closest thing to having a personal assistant, without the overhead.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves the chaos of coordination. The benefit isn't just a booked meeting; it's the recovery of administrative time and the elimination of scheduling anxiety. It turns my calendar from a list of 'busy slots' into a strategic tool that respects my boundaries and my clients' time.

 ### 30. Flexible scheduling logic that cuts back and forth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samanta J. | Head of Talent Acquisition, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly is most valuable for how flexible it is around scheduling logic. The ability to create different event types, each with its own rules, availability, and conditions, makes it easy to handle a wide range of use cases w/o manual coordination. The advanced settings (buffers, limits, availability controls) are useful since I have different needs and types of external meetings. They allow me to protect my time, avoid overbooking, and adapt scheduling rules to different stakeholders and contexts.

Overall, it reduced back and forth, removed friction from coordination, and made scheduling predictable and scalable, especially in environments, like mine, where calendars are already overloaded.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Nothing major. It's a simple tool that does one thing. However, I prefer these days to use AI in my calendar. Calendly doesn’t provide much context around meetings themselves, which means it often needs to be paired with other tools for preparation or follow-up, and for rearranging everything.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves the problem of manual scheduling and the constant back and forth required to find meeting times - with all the time we waste on it. By automating availability sharing and booking rules, it removes a significant amount of coordination overhead.

In practice, this made it easier to schedule conversations quickly and avoid calendar conflicts. The ability to enforce rules around buffers, limits, and availability helped keep calendars manageable, even with a high volume of meetings. As a result, it saved time, reduced friction in communication, and allowed the team to focus on the actual content of meetings rather than logistics.

 ### 31. Efficient Scheduling with Seamless Google Integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barry K. | Inventory Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I use Calendly to schedule calls and meeting times like over a Zoom call or Microsoft Teams call for work, which helps me stay organized in terms of the daily schedule and what I need to get done. I like that it integrates with Google to set up reminders for when I'm gonna get a call or when I need to make a call and who I need to make it to. It’s really helpful that whether it's through my Gmail on my laptop or on my Android smartphone, it sends push notifications to remind me when somebody's calling or when I need to call someone. Also, the initial setup was very easy because it came already installed on my work computer.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Occasionally, it doesn't recognize certain email invites like through Yahoo Mail. It doesn't integrate well.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly helps me stay organized with my daily schedule and integrates with Google to set up reminders for calls and meetings.

 ### 32. Effortless Scheduling, Streamlined Workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishwjeet S. | Manager II (Outbound Sales), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I mainly use Calendly to simplify scheduling meetings without the usual back and forth over email. It helps me share my availability with prospects and clients so they can pick a time that works for them. I love how effortless it is, removing friction from scheduling. My favorite feature is the ability to share a simple booking link with real-time availability. It saves a lot of time and avoids the usual back and forth emails. Prospects can instantly pick a slot that works for them, which makes the whole experience smooth and professional. I have it connected with my Google Calendar, so all bookings are automatically blocked and synced in real time. I use it with Google Meet as well and have it paired with Salesforce to keep track of meetings. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I guess when dealing with multiple stakeholders or round-robin meetings, the setup can feel a bit rigid and take extra effort to configure properly, it works but not always as smoothly as you'd expect.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to simplify scheduling meetings without back-and-forth emails. It helps me share my availability with prospects and clients, who can pick a time that works for them, saving time and providing a smooth, professional experience.

 ### 33. Seamless Scheduling, Saves Time Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunny S. | Enterprise Business - APAC, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I genuinely appreciate how Calendly saves me time by eliminating the back-and-forth usually needed to find a suitable meeting time. All I do is share my calendar link, and it's seamless since it connects with my calendar, preventing double bookings. It's simple, easy, and pretty intuitive to create and share events. I mainly use the plain simple calendar links which are a 10/10 for me and save time, especially for someone in sales like me where saved time equals faster deal closure. The initial setup was seamless and pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

It would be phenomenal if there's an option to use voice as dictation for the event type to let them know what time slots are free. Sometimes you're juggling between two calendars, and since Calendly is connected to one, the manual process of choosing the available time slots or blocking non-available times is a little thing that can be improved upon.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to avoid back-and-forth scheduling, save time, and prevent double bookings. Sharing a calendar link is intuitive, and it speeds up deal closures.

 ### 34. Effortless Scheduling That Saves Time and Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elena C. | ceo, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

What I appreciate most about Calendly is how it removes the hassle of back-and-forth emails by streamlining the scheduling process and making it automatic. It integrates smoothly with my calendar, adheres to my availability preferences, and enables others to book meetings with just a few clicks. This not only saves time and minimizes unnecessary complications but also helps keep meetings well-organized and efficient, allowing me to concentrate on more meaningful tasks rather than getting bogged down by logistics.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

One aspect I dislike about Calendly is that many of the advanced features are only available with paid plans. Although the free version is helpful, its customization options, integrations, and workflow automations are somewhat restricted unless you choose to upgrade. This limitation can make Calendly feel less adaptable for more complex scheduling requirements unless you are willing to pay extra.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly addresses the challenge of inefficient and time-consuming meeting scheduling. By allowing others to book appointments based on my actual availability, it eliminates the back-and-forth of lengthy email exchanges. The platform also manages time zones, sends confirmations, and provides reminders automatically. Thanks to these features, I save valuable time, experience fewer scheduling conflicts, see a reduction in no-shows, and am able to dedicate more attention to productive work rather than coordinating meetings.

 ### 35. Effortless Scheduling and Seamless Integrations Elevate Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tommy C. | Customer Care Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

The main upsides of Calendly are automating scheduling to save significant time, reducing back-and-forth emails, improving professionalism with easy booking, minimizing no-shows through automated reminders, and offering robust integrations (Zoom, Google/Outlook Calendar) and advanced team features like routing and round-robin scheduling, all accessible through a user-friendly interface with a free basic plan.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Calendly's downsides include costs for advanced features, limited customization for complex rules, potential technical glitches like timezone errors or sync issues, dependency on technology, and a perception by some that it hinders personal relationship-building or gives clients too much control, while lacking robust built-in features like advanced lead routing or CRM functions, requiring reliance on integrations.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves problems like endless email chains for scheduling, time zone confusion, missed appointments, manual calendar updates, and inconsistent meeting communication by automating booking, setting availability, sending reminders, and integrating with calendars, saving significant time and friction for individuals and teams in sales, recruiting, and general business.

 ### 36. Manage Appointments Without Hassle

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

What I like best about Calendly is how well it fits into my daily work routine. I work as a Dietician & manage a homeopathy clinic and handle educational consultations. Calendly is easy to use and doesn’t require much effort to set up.
I use it regularly to manage consultations and follow ups, and it helps keep my schedule clear and organized. It has the right set of features for work, such as booking links, calendar sync, and automatic reminder emails, which reduce missed appointments. It also integrates smoothly with my calendar and Google Meet, making online consultations simple. Overall, Calendly saves time, reduces manual coordination, and supports my work in a practical and professional way.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Sometimes Calendly feels a bit limited when my schedule becomes busy. Setting up more detailed rules like buffer time between appointments or different availability for clinic and online consultations can take some extra time to adjust. Also, some useful options are available only in paid plans, which may feel restrictive for small practices. These are not major issues, but they can slow down work slightly at times.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves the problem of manual appointment coordination. Earlier, managing calls, messages, and availability took a lot of time. Now, patients and clients can book appointments on their own based on my schedule. This reduces confusion and missed appointments.
For my work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and while managing a homeopathy clinic and medical store, it helps keep daily consultations organized. Automatic confirmations and reminders save time and let me focus more on patient care and consultations instead of scheduling tasks.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Double-booking, calendar management, easy interaction with clients.

 ### 40. Scheduling Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan G. | New Business Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly helps with meeting times and bookings when you are available and when you're not. Definitely a must use when scheduling demos and other time sensitive meetings!

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Currently, the ‘Create and Share’ workflow for Managed Events uses a generic email script that we can’t edit. This creates friction for our users who have to manually rewrite the email every time they send a one-time link. We need the ability to prepopulate custom text for these specific single-use invitations.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves the problem of our team having to reach out to potential customers and scheduling everything oursleves. Now we can just send out a link that people can click on to schedule their own time, and Calendly works for us 24/7!

 ### 41. Effortless Scheduling and Seamless Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aman S. | Performance Marketing Head, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

What I like best about Calendly is how effortlessly it removes the back-and-forth from scheduling. Sharing a single link lets people book time based on real-time availability, which saves a lot of time and avoids confusion. The calendar integrations work smoothly, time zone detection is accurate, and the overall interface is clean and easy for anyone to use without explanation.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

What I dislike about Calendly is that many useful features are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which can feel limiting for growing teams. Occasionally, calendar sync delays can happen, and the reporting and analytics options are fairly basic compared to what advanced users or teams might expect.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendly solves the problem of manual, back-and-forth scheduling and time zone confusion when setting up meetings. By automating availability sharing and bookings, it saves significant time, reduces scheduling errors, and makes it easier to book meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams. This has helped us streamline coordination, improve response times, and focus more on productive work instead of administrative tasks.

 ### 42. Schedule interviews faster and more efficiently through Calendly!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

We used to use Excel to book a full day of phone interviews, but the effort was becoming much too manual. We ended up using Calendly in order to automate our interview scheduling with job seekers and free up administrative time. It is very simple for candidates to use, they can pick a time that works best for them, they receive an email confirmation of their call and it automatically goes into our recruiters Google calendars.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

There are a lot of features to set up on a link and it can be confusing for my team to follow. I decided to make a template that could be cloned since we tend to make many Calendly links. If one button is not clicked properly on properly within the settings of the link, the link may not display as we would hope.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast and efficient interview booking.

 ### 43. Effortless Meeting Scheduling with Calendly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mukesh R. | Marketing Team, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly is the software that helps us in scheduling business meetings quickly by sending a link with all the date and time details to the another party and when they agrees to the preferd time and date which happens just by clicking on that link then it automatically schedules the meeting and sends a reminder to both the parties. That's why it makes all the to do list online for us.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

If you are using free plan of the software then it is not customisable at all. Also, if you face any bug while maintaining all the to do list then their support team is also very unresponsive. They take more than 5 days to reply for a single complaint ticket.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As calendly can easily get integrated with Google calendar, workspace, Outlook and Microsoft. So, if you want to work use it as an API tool with different softwares for exchanging data then it is a most resourceful and useful software for any business but if you want to use it alone without integrations then it might not be the best option for you.

 ### 44. Smooth Scheduling, But Needs More Customization

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tameka B. | Community Transformer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

What I like most about Calendly is how easy it makes scheduling meetings without the usual back-and-forth emails. The ability to share a simple booking link where people can see my availability and schedule a time that works for both of us is incredibly convenient. I also really appreciate the automatic calendar syncing and reminders, which help prevent double bookings and reduce no-shows. Overall, it saves time, keeps my schedule organized, and makes the booking process smooth for both me and my clients.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

Some things about Calendly that could be improved are the limited customization options on the lower-tier plans and the pricing structure for some advanced features. Certain features like multiple calendar connections, detailed workflows, or more branding control require upgrading to higher plans, which can feel restrictive for small businesses or independent users. It would also be helpful if the interface offered more flexibility for customizing booking pages and forms to better match personal or business branding. Overall, while the platform works very well for scheduling, expanding customization and making more features available in the basic plans would make it even more user-friendly.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to simplify scheduling, making it easy for people to book appointments without back-and-forth emails. It syncs automatically with my calendar and sends reminders, preventing double bookings and reducing no-shows, saving time and keeping my schedule organized.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennae P. | Founder, Branding Coach & Designer, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

Calendly makes scheduling calls and appointments for my business incredibly easy. I can set up different types of appointments and even accept payments, and set up an availability calendar that works across different events, so I don't have to make myself unavailable 5 different times. I was able to integrate it in my website incredibly easily as well. I truly can't imagine using anything else.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I wish it could be integrated with more payment processors, but that is literally my only complaint. All the other features have been useful and helpful.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I require discovery calls to learn how to best help potential clients in my brand strategy and design business, because I've found that real-time conversations help me to convert faster. I've been using Calendly since I started offering these calls, and I've watched the tools and features improve over time. It is an invaluable part of the way I do busines.

 ### 46. Seamless Scheduling, Minimal Effort

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Calendly?**

I really love how Calendly creatively handles scheduling from the start. It’s super convenient how the platform lets me manage my schedule and provides an available booking management system for my audience and clients. They can book meetings directly at their convenient time, and it aligns with mine, saving a lot of email exchanges. I think it's fantastic how it was easy to use from the get-go. You just open a web page, and it guides you on when to book and how to book, which makes it really straightforward. It also shows the relevant time zones, which is great when coordinating with people in different regions. The way Calendly reflects meetings on my calendar and informs both parties is amazing and impressive. I think they have one of the best UI designs because it’s very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Calendly?**

I really cannot edit my time slots, like, for example, making it fifteen minutes instead of thirty minutes. I think there was a bug in it. I really did not know how to fix this. And I would really appreciate, like, booking a meeting. It can actually open it in the same place. Like, it would then take you to another web page or home page, like, simply from the email attachment. You can interact with the gadgets or the extension or the tool to book from without opening a new page.

**What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calendly to manage my schedule and provide a booking system for clients. It saves a lot of conversations and emails, avoiding unnoticed messages. Calendly helps me directly book meetings at convenient times, reducing miscommunication.

I really like that Calendly has a specific note area where I can write down my specific message for the students. It also solves my meeting and coordination problems and benefits me by giving clients the option of choosing increments of half hours and hours.
