What do you like best about C2Perform?

I wouldn't call this a dislike I would say an area of opportunity is strengthening the reporting abilities, and I understand this is coming soon.

Provides everything you need to implement a fully comprehensive closed-loop quality process. Specifically, employees receive immediate quality feedback that allows them to acknowledge and self correct their behavior, enables Managers to manage performance through Coaching & Feedback tools and provides invaluable trend reporting for root cause analysis. It's all great. Our Team loves celebrating milestones via the chatter feed each day, as well as sharing recognition. We love the calibration functionality for QA, and the coaching tools are essential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C2Perform?

I wish the chatter feed history went back further. I'd love to manage our annual performance reviews through C2P as well. Also, would love the ability to invite outside parties (clients) to Quality calibrations without having to have a C2P account to review. There's nothing that i "dislike" about C2P. What do you like best about C2Perform?

I really appreciate how intuitive C2Perform is. I love how each module interacts with the other and how indepth the reporting capabilities are. It provides visibility into Quality Assurance, Coaching, Training and even managing a Knowledge repository that other suites do not. The Help Desk is quick to respond, business owners receptive to feedback and always trying to improve the platform for their customers. I am really happy with my choice in using C2Perform. What do you dislike about C2Perform?

There can be a few hiccups whenever changes are made to the platform, but the Help Desk is quick to respond. I would prefer more real-time communication about enhancements or issues that arise, but I have noticed an improvement in this area over the past year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C2Perform?

I like how you can customize the training materials, forms, and KB pages quickly without the need to submit them to an outside source. Also that we own all our materials used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't necessarily dislike this but I would like more training tools as an admin that tell me how to effectively use the system. Oftentimes, I have to play around with different functions to explore what each does; but training was not always provided beforehand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
