You can make all in one, as you can work with your team for the customer, and you can live chat with them, making the customer happy. You can start from sratch and the platform will guide you and improve you.

Some employees are denied to make everything done through a virtual platform and generates a distrust. Should explain better what is it made with the info uploaded.

**What problems is C2Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can find all in one, as you can contact with your team and congratulate achievements in a really simply way. And no more spreadsheets are needed, the platform will guide you through everything.

C2Perform assists with to ensure that representatives are reliably meeting their performance objectives by providing normal input and instructing to assist them with getting to the next level.
C2Perform provides straightforwardness to representatives and managers about the expectations, goals.

C2Perform is a unique  one-stop tool that brings together a community of teams in one space to collaborate, coach, learn, reward and more
The flexibility to personalize the client platforms and yet still have a standard in place to guide clients for the best outcomes.  Also the partnership with the C2P leaders and collaboration on development and projects.

**What do you dislike about C2Perform?**

I wouldn't call this a dislike I would say an area of opportunity is strengthening the reporting abilities, and I understand this is coming soon.  

Improvements: More areas of the application with reporting ease.

**Recommendations to others considering C2Perform:**

C2Perform is a unique  one-stop tool that brings together a community of teams in one space to collaborate, coach, learn, reward and more.  The convenience of using one platform for multiple processes reduces manual actions, and creates more "time spent with the employees" which brings value, knowledge, employee growth, increased performance, and connection with teams at all levels.

**What problems is C2Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business Managers and Team Leads are using C2P as a central location for multiple workflow processes.

Attendance Development: This is being developed with C2P and will be available for use in a pilot.  This will help increase the desire for the tool.

The tendency of the platform to have little problems as systems/infrastructure is upgraded, with no notice or advance warning that something is changing or is broken.

Provides everything you need to implement a fully comprehensive closed-loop quality process. Specifically, employees receive immediate quality feedback that allows them to acknowledge and self correct their behavior, enables Managers to manage performance through Coaching & Feedback tools and provides invaluable trend reporting for root cause analysis.

**What do you dislike about C2Perform?**

Nothing. I've used this tool since 2015 and it continues to exceed my expectations.

Was faced with poor quality and customer experience performance in managing multiple client engagements. Implementation of C2 Perform's quality management, coaching and reporting functionality has consistently improved quality performance & our Manager's proficiency in performance management activities with their employees. As a BPO, our client expectations have consistently been met & exceeded with no financial performance penalties assessed.

How easy it is to learn the tool and use it. C2P provides a lot of flexibility depending on the use case and it's easily scalable across multiple projects.

**What do you dislike about C2Perform?**

Some things can be inconsistent for reporting when it comes to setting filters. But, the team is quick to implement changes when notified of an issue.

**Recommendations to others considering C2Perform:**

Think outside the box. No idea is a bad idea and the team at C2P are very capable of turning your ideas into a functioning part of the tool.

**What problems is C2Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documentation. Employee Engagement. Quality Assurance. I could go on and on. This solution has made my life easier since day 1. Because of C2P, we've been able to enjoy continued success with the projects utilizing the tool.

**What do you like best about C2Perform?**

It's all great.  Our Team loves celebrating milestones via the chatter feed each day, as well as sharing recognition.  We love the calibration functionality for QA, and the coaching tools are essential.

**What do you dislike about C2Perform?**

I wish the chatter feed history went back further.  I'd love to manage our annual performance reviews through C2P as well.  Also, would love the ability to invite outside parties (clients) to Quality calibrations without having to have a C2P account to review.  There's nothing that i "dislike" about C2P.

**Recommendations to others considering C2Perform:**

C2Perform is a comprehensive performance management and communication tool with practical benefits for any contact center organization.  The team at C2P is fully engaged in supporting any and all of our needs and has worked to optimize its benefits for our company.  We love C2P!

We use it for communications, Quality assessments and calibrations, LMS and coaching.  It has eliminated lots of manual processes and has had a positive impact on our teams as a whole.

**What do you like best about C2Perform?**

I really appreciate how intuitive C2Perform is.  I love how each module interacts with the other and how indepth the reporting capabilities are.  It provides visibility into Quality Assurance, Coaching, Training and even managing a Knowledge repository that other suites do not.  The Help Desk is quick to respond, business owners receptive to feedback and always trying to improve the platform for their customers.  I am really happy with my choice in using C2Perform.

**What do you dislike about C2Perform?**

There can be a few hiccups whenever changes are made to the platform, but the Help Desk is quick to respond.  I would prefer more real-time communication about enhancements or issues that arise, but I have noticed an improvement in this area over the past year.

**What problems is C2Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a problem managing our Quality Assurance program as it was very manual and not sustainable.  We also had limited reporting capabilities, however C2Perform completely solved both of these problems.  It streamlined the program management and had the ability to report on data I hadn't even considered.

**What do you like best about C2Perform?**

QA module and the connectivity between the modules. It is a single tool to monitor and improve agent performance from multiple aspects. No need for any other island and isolated solutions.

**What do you dislike about C2Perform?**

Reliability of some features (especially integrations, e.g. Quality Raw Data export). The branding of the new UI is not as customizable as it used to be with the old UI.

**Recommendations to others considering C2Perform:**

Process Transformation before Process Digitalization. :-)

**What problems is C2Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No need for isolated solutions to manage different aspects of agent performance, like coaching, knowledge base, quality, and attendance. Single cost for all modules so it's easy to plan with. The cloud based solution ensures almost 100% stability and there are no infrastructure costs.

**What do you like best about C2Perform?**

I like how you can customize the training materials, forms, and KB pages quickly without the need to submit them to an outside source.  Also that we own all our materials used.

**What do you dislike about C2Perform?**

I don't necessarily dislike this but I would like more training tools as an admin that tell me how to effectively use the system. Oftentimes, I have to play around with different functions to explore what each does; but training was not always provided beforehand.

**What problems is C2Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Knowledge Base and Training modules to provide our agents with ongoing training and an at hand resource to the SOPs.

  ### 11. Tries hard but doesn’t make up for unintuitive interface

**What do you like best about C2Perform?**

The leadership team at C2 Perform is readily accessible to answer questions that aren't found within the FAQs. That might be damning with faint praise (answers aren't obvious) but they really do an extraordinary job of being accessible and communicative.

**What do you dislike about C2Perform?**

The interface is awful. Uploading new content requires so many tedious steps that are unnecessary in other LMSs. Editing any existing content requires just as many (if not more!) steps as uploading new content. Any "simple" action in C2Perform requires so many steps and mouse clicks!

**Recommendations to others considering C2Perform:**

Have all your content ready to go and keep it simple! Do not rely on C2Perform for building content.

**What problems is C2Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

C2Perform provides an LMS accessible to all our learning across the world. It provides the minimum expectations for an LMS in that it houses content and that content is accessible.

It was built with input from several LMS users based on their experiences with other LMS platforms and resulted in features like allowing clients to organize courses by category, automatically assigning courses based on start dates, managing skills and certifications and the "reassign until passed" configuration.  

You are correct that we are not an authoring tool, a decision we also made on client feedback who felt like they were held hostage by other LMS platforms that required the use of that system's proprietary authoring.  With C2Perform, clients can use any authoring tool they like as long as the content can be exported in xAPI (Tin Can) format, which is common among most authoring tools today.

That said, we'd appreciate the opportunity to speak with you to learn more about what we can do to continuously improve your user experience.   ### 12. C2 SAS Team Review

**What do you like best about C2Perform?**

The update for C2 created more opportunities to edit text in the accordions which was great. The ability to add pages and determine who has access to them is also awesome!

**What do you dislike about C2Perform?**

Some items that were removed in the update were used often by the SAS team. These include: Recently Viewed Pages, the full list of pages within KnowledgeBase, and the ability to modify the banners/color code (we used this often since we have multiple instances)

There is not one place for User profiles, Attendance, and Quality records. If we change a user to another instance, we have to make sure to download the attendance and quality to import to the new instance. Errors can occur if the same incident options aren't available. Sometimes we also have to search for a user under each instance until we find the right one.

Attendance Incidents does not allow the manager to submit a lunchtime in the hours so they have to adjust the shift actually worked to one that correctly displays the hours. 

Communication to users about impending changes can also drastically improve. It is not a great way to start the day when the software you use the most is changed when you log in and there was no notifications.

**What problems is C2Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are assisting branches across the US by screening/processing applicants prior to an interview. This helps to reduce applicants who are not qualified or meet the minimum.

We had removed Recently Viewed Pages in a recent release because the feature wasn't being used very often (most people were favoriting articles instead), but we've heard from several other folks who missed it.  So, we're bringing it back in our next release!

You can still customize banners and your sidebar messaging to each instance (including background colors and the messaging), and we'd be happy to help you with those.

Regarding the move of employee information - profiles, attendance and quality as you noted - the idea behind this is around security and companies wanting to operate different lines of business independently.  But fear not!  We've got some options now to make this easier for you and your team.  If you would like to learn more, please reach out with a note to info@c2perform.com or through the contact page (link below) and let us know how to reach you.

For attendance issue you noted, the reporting of incidents is designed to allow our user to record either the hours and minutes of the incident OR to input a start time and end time of the incident. We appreciate your recommendation to combine these two methods and an enhancement for this is already scheduled for our next release (end of April).

Finally, we know how critical it is for change information to be communicated to everyone.  We have been sending enhancement updates regularly, so please check with your C2 administrator to make sure they're receiving them.  We'd also be happy to add you to the distribution list, which you can do via email request or via the contact form.

Communicating the right information to the right audience and ensuring they receive it, while working from home. Use the Learning Management System (LMS) for the online course. Employee morale has improved. Quality performance was closely monitored and improved.

I like the updates that show recent updates when logging in. I like that Paul D. and Lee W. have been quick to assist me whenever needed.

I wish that there were more tutorials on how to navigate the system. I know that there are other features that our team could use but are not fully aware of. I want to fully utilize the C2Perform system to better assist our team!

The calibration that it brings. With multiple users working from different sites and referring the same set of documents it is just a perfect platform to accuracy to the final outcome.

in certain cases, the dependency on the client team to get the information updated seems to be a hurdle. the implementation needs to be at both ends to meet the desired results

better calibration of activities. effective user interaction. kills the majority of the knowledge gaps. singular platform to refer to relevant information.
can be an effective tool to reduce time spent on training and retrainigns.

**What do you like best about C2Perform?**

The knowledgebase.  It is easy for our employees to find the information they need quickly, and appreciate we can upload video, links, files etc to each page.

**What do you dislike about C2Perform?**

I believe the coaching and Agent Management modules can be better defined   The features within these are not clearly laid out and can the purpose of each feature seem to overlap.

**What problems is C2Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowledgebase library and training delivery - easy to administer and assign; user friendly
A solid employee recognition program - the badge and points system is intuitive and rewarding for our staff

**What do you like best about C2Perform?**

C2perform does a miriad of different areas for a relatively low starting cost. I found the ability to assign tasks automatically assigned to all emloyees within a specific role daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly to be a complete stress buster.

**What do you dislike about C2Perform?**

The quality assurance module seemed a little sparse and lacking in content, which is a pity really.

**Recommendations to others considering C2Perform:**

I would highly recommend this to both clients and other small independent businesses.

**What problems is C2Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease and comfort of the software allows management to be stress free and a lot more enjoyable as a job role.
