What do you like best about Bublup?

Highly visual and easy to use functionality to manage employees of all skill levels.

At Acintyo, our mission is to build productivity apps that help people manage their lives more efficiently. Our flagship product, Galarm, is an innovative alarms and reminders app that has been embraced by users worldwide. To support our operations, we rely on Bublup’s business plan for securely hosting our entire intranet, managing projects, tasks, and customer feedback—all in one place. What do you dislike about Bublup?

One area where we previously felt Bublup could improve was in offering a way for users to connect with each other. Support was traditionally limited to email (and occasionally video conferences), but we always wished for a discussion forum where we could interact with other users and exchange tips and tricks.

We’re thrilled to see that Bublup has addressed this with the launch of their online community forums on their website! Kudos to the team for listening to user feedback and continually evolving to meet user needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bublup solving and how is that benefiting you?

* All-in-one unified storage: Bublup's ability to save related, but content of different types in the same folder is amazing! Often while researching we have links to other web pages, notes, photos, videos that need to be colocated for easy organization, and Bublup have never failed in achieving that goal!

* Seamless Access Across Devices: Bublup’s secure platform works effortlessly on both desktop browsers and mobile apps, ensuring we have access to critical information wherever we are.

* Efficient Team Collaboration: With a team spread across the US and India, Bublup’s visual and intuitive "Group Folders" make collaboration smooth and effective.

* Customizable Notifications: Bublup’s notifications allow us to focus on what truly matters, eliminating unnecessary noise.

* Dynamic Content with "Rolls": The "Rolls" feature makes it easy to maintain a dynamic, content-driven section on our website. For instance, the "Reviews" tab on our product website (www.galarmapp.com) showcases this feature beautifully.

* Innovative New Features: We’re excited to start using Bublup’s private online community forums. This recent innovation inspired us to write this review because Bublup continually adds features that simplify content management and sharing, letting us focus on growing our business.

"Amazing organizational tool, horrible business practices"

What do you like best about Bublup?

This application allows you to store and organize every kind of information you could possibly need to. Everything from websites your want to remember, recipes, images, screenshots, to your own notes & files. You can keep it all in one place, organized how you want it as notes, folders etc. This app is works seamlessly with your other apps. You can log in to your account and access your data from multiple devices. Bublup is perfect for this of us that are "visual" . I have yet to find an app that compares. What do you dislike about Bublup?

This app was free to use for years and even had a referral system that gave you extra storage per referral. I had been a dedicated and loyal user for years. However, when they decided to go paid, they left no free or even affordable version available for their current customers. With little notice they simply stopped allowing you to interact with everything you had saved and will begin deleting your information. They gave one option to export your data in a very unuserfriendly way. I think this is a deplorable way to treat the users who had been loyal and helped bring new users in and make the app what it is today. $9.99 a month is an outrageous amount to ask. I have referred several users over the years and feel completely betrayed and unappreciated by this sleezy move. And cannot recommend it to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
