Our flagship product, Galarm, is an innovative alarms and reminders app that has been embraced by users worldwide. To support our operations, we rely on Bublup’s business plan for securely hosting our entire intranet, managing projects, tasks, and customer feedback—all in one place. One area where we previously felt Bublup could improve was in offering a way for users to connect with each other. Support was traditionally limited to email (and occasionally video conferences), but we always wished for a discussion forum where we could interact with other users and exchange tips and tricks.
We’re thrilled to see that Bublup has addressed this with the launch of their online community forums on their website! Kudos to the team for listening to user feedback and continually evolving to meet user needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
